He brought water for her.
"Medicine li?"
She shook her head.
"Time nahi hua…"
"Tumhe time ka wait karna hai ya theek hona hai?" he said.
She looked at him.
A little surprised.
He gave her the medicine.
Waited till she took it.
Then adjusted her pillow.
"Ab so ja," he said softly.
Swati kept looking at him.
"Tumhe zarurat nahi thi aane ki…"
Abhi smiled faintly.
"Mujhe thi."
That line—
hit her somewhere deep.
A Different Silence
The room was quiet.
But not heavy like before.
This silence felt different.

"Kal jo bola… woh…"
She couldn't complete.

"Answer mat de abhi," he said.
"Bas theek ho ja."

In college, things were moving normally.

"Where is he?" she asked Aditya.

She nodded.
