As the day slowly came to an end, the sky began to change.
The bright blue turned into soft orange, and the sun slowly moved toward the horizon.
The laughter on the ship grew quieter.
Pinky Pig stood near the steering wheel, looking serious now.
"Everyone," she called.
Peggy and the others gathered around.
Pinky Pig opened an old map. It looked worn and faded, with lines and marks all over it.
She placed a small compass beside it.
"We have been sailing in calm waters," she said. "But tonight… things will change."
Kichy Rabbit's ears stood up. "Change?"
Pinky nodded.
"We are about to pass through the Red Passage," she said.
Everyone became quiet.
"What is that?" Chikku asked.
Pinky pointed at a narrow path marked in red on the map.
"It is one of the most dangerous paths in the sea," she explained. "Strong currents, deep waters… and creatures that move in the dark."
Miku's eyes widened. "Creatures?"
Pinky nodded. "Blue whales travel through these waters… and sometimes, sharks too."
Kichy gulped. "Sharks…?"
Peggy looked calm but focused.
"We will stay together," she said.
The sun slowly disappeared.
Darkness began to spread across the sea.
The waves grew stronger.
The wind became colder.
The ship moved more heavily now, rising and falling with the water.
Everyone stayed alert.
Kichy tried to stay brave, but his eyes kept moving everywhere.
"I don't like this," he whispered.
Miku stayed close to him. "Don't worry. I'm here."
Suddenly…
A loud splash echoed in the distance.
Something big moved under the water.
The ship shook slightly.
"Stay steady!" Pinky Pig called out.
More splashes followed.
Large shadows passed beneath the ship.
"Blue whales…" Chikku said softly.
Massive shapes moved slowly under them, powerful but calm.
For a moment, everyone watched in awe.
But then—
A sharp fin cut through the water.
Another one.
And another.
"Sharks," Pinky said firmly.
The ship rocked harder.
Kichy stepped back in fear… but his foot slipped.
"Ahh!"
He slid toward the edge of the ship.
"Kichy!" Peggy shouted.
In a moment, he fell into the dark water.
The sea swallowed him.
"KICHY!" everyone cried.
The sharks began to circle.
Without thinking, Miku jumped.
"I'm coming!" he shouted.
He dove straight into the water.
The cold waves hit him hard, but he didn't stop.
"Kichy! Hold on!"
Kichy struggled, trying to stay above water.
"Miku!" he cried.
A fin moved closer.
Miku swam fast, reached Kichy, and grabbed him.
"Hold tight!" Miku said.
He pushed Kichy upward with all his strength.
From the ship, Chikku and Peggy lowered a rope.
"Grab it!" Peggy shouted.
Miku lifted Kichy higher.
Kichy caught the rope tightly.
Chikku pulled with all his strength.
Slowly… slowly… they brought Kichy back onto the ship.
But Miku was still in the water.
A shark moved closer.
"Miku!" Peggy cried.
At the last moment, Miku grabbed the rope and climbed quickly.
Chikku pulled him up just in time.
The sharks passed below… missing him.
Everyone fell silent.
Only the sound of waves remained.
Kichy was shaking.
Miku sat beside him, breathing heavily.
"You're safe," Miku said.
Kichy looked at him… eyes full.
"You saved me," he whispered.
Miku smiled. "That's what friends do."
Peggy placed her hand on both of them.
"We stay together," she said softly.
The ship continued through the dark Red Passage.
The sea was still dangerous.
But now…
They were stronger.
Together.
