The night settled softly over the island, wrapping the villa in silver moonlight and the distant sound of waves crashing gently against the shore.
Aria stood in front of the mirror upstairs, adjusting the deep red dress Rafael had left for her earlier that evening. The silky fabric hugged her figure perfectly, elegant but dangerously tempting at the same time. The thin straps rested delicately against her shoulders while the slit along her leg made her feel even more nervous.
Which was exactly why she knew Rafael had chosen it himself.
Her cheeks warmed slightly as she looked at her reflection one last time.
