Liuxian's expression changed almost immediately.
Before Guiying had the chance to say another word, Liuxian gently slipped one arm around his shoulders while the other carefully supported his back. His movements remained steady and unhurried, though the concern in his eyes had become impossible to conceal.
"We're leaving now."
His voice stayed calm.
"There isn't any reason to wait until nine if your condition is getting worse."
Uncle Li nodded in immediate agreement.
"I'll pack breakfast so Young Master Guiying can eat on the way if he feels better later."
He turned without another word, moving quickly toward the kitchen while quietly instructing the other staff to prepare a light meal and a thermos of warm water.
Guiying slowly closed his eyes.
The dizziness lingered for several more moments before gradually easing enough for him to steady his breathing. He leaned lightly against Liuxian, waiting until the room finally stopped spinning before opening his eyes once more.
