When a little girl from the neighborhood accidentally enters Akhil's house while playing, people finally come to know about his wife's condition. They immediately take her to the hospital.
When Akhil finds out, he rushes to the hospital to meet his wife. But she refuses to talk to him. Still, Akhil keeps trying again and again to speak to her.
"Radhika, I am sorry…
Please forgive me.
I know I have hurt you a lot…
But I still love you.
Please… talk to me."
But none of his words have any effect on Radhika. She just lies silently on the hospital bed, covered in a white sheet.
This deeply hurts Akhil. He begins to feel that maybe there is no place left for him in Radhika's heart anymore. With a heavy heart, he turns to leave.
Before he can even step out of the room, Radhika suddenly gets up and jumps out of the hospital window, ending her life.
Hearing the sound, Akhil turns back—but she is no longer there. When he looks outside the window, he sees her body lying on the road. Her head is already badly injured, and just then, a large truck runs over her, crushing her completely.
Akhil witnesses all of this with his own eyes. Since that day, he has never been able to forgive himself.
No one knew what exactly had happened to Radhika. For a long time, Akhil believed that she took such a step because he left her alone and she fell into deep frustration.
But later, when he found out that Radhika had also applied to participate in a competition conducted by Vijay's hospital, he began to suspect something.
He wondered—
"Could Radhika's case also be linked to the most famous case going on in the city… the Vijay Fraud Case?"
However, it was never confirmed whether Radhika actually got selected for that competition or not. Many people had applied, but only a few were chosen.
Still, Akhil strongly suspected that Radhika was also a victim of the Vijay Fraud.
He tried many times to find the truth, but couldn't get any solid proof. But when he was assigned to solve Vishal's death case, he saw it as a golden opportunity to uncover the truth behind the Vijay Fraud Case.
And today, when he saw Radhika's name among the selected contestants, he became certain that the competition was the real reason behind her death.
But even now, he had no evidence.
Akhil thought to himself—
"What exactly were they made to do in that competition… that every participant ended up taking their own life?
Whatever it is, I will find out. But how?"
To gather more information, Akhil goes to Vijay's hospital and secretly enters the record room to search for evidence. But he finds nothing.
Meanwhile, Ravi's condition becomes so bad that he loses his mental balance. Suddenly, he picks up a knife kept nearby and begins to injure himself by repeatedly cutting his own legs.
Blood starts flowing from his legs, but he doesn't stop. Then suddenly, as if he regains some awareness, he stops and begins crying and screaming loudly.
But there is no one to hear his screams.
He starts hitting the walls, then the floor, hurting himself even more.
On the other side, after disposing of the body, the four of them move ahead. This time, Vijay is driving the car, and Alka is sitting beside him.
Alka behaves in front of Vijay as if she is the most innocent and naive girl in the world. Vijay keeps looking at her childish behavior and smiles to himself.
But Ajay is getting extremely irritated by her actions. He feels that in front of Alka, Vijay doesn't seem to care about anyone else's problems.
After all, a dead body had been found in Ajay's car trunk. If this truth came out, he would be arrested for murder. Yet Vijay seems completely relaxed, as if nothing matters.
Vikas, too, feels suffocated watching this. He doesn't like how Vijay is ignoring everything else just because of Alka.
After wandering around, the three return to Anam's house.
Alka sits alone in the parking area—the same place where she had beaten a man to death with a stick.
Seeing her alone, Vikas thinks—
"This is the right time to talk to Alka."
In fact, Alka was waiting there just to talk to Vikas.
Vikas walks up to her—
"Hello, Alka."
"Hello."
"What happened? Why are you sitting here alone? Where is Vijay?"
"How would I know? Your dear friend Vijay never has time to tell me anything."
"Did you two fight again?"
"No… but look, it's already so late, and I don't know where he went without telling me."
"It's 11 o'clock."
"Oh, maybe he just went out for a walk."
"Wait… is it really 11?"
"Check the time."
Alka turns her wrist to look at her watch… but she isn't wearing one.
