Chapter 14 - Chapter 13 :The Beast King’s Kiss: Rebirth of Broken Hearts

A deadly silence had taken over the backyard of Singh Haveli.

The screams of the hunters had faded…

Only Valentine's heavy breathing echoed in the darkness.

Even in his Half-Wolf form,

he held Sonal close to his chest—

like she was the only thing keeping him alive.

His golden eyes burned like flames in the night.

Hearing the gunshots and Valentine's roar,

Gayatri and Roshan rushed into the backyard.

The moment Gayatri saw that massive beast-like figure beside her daughter—

she froze in terror.

"Sonal! Come away! That creature will kill you!" she cried.

But Sonal held Valentine's rough, fur-covered hand tightly.

"No, Maa! He is not a beast…

If not for him, your daughter wouldn't be alive today.

He is my protector," she declared with unwavering courage.

Roshan looked at Valentine, still shaken.

He knew now—this was no human.

But seeing the trust in his sister's eyes…

he felt something unexpected—

Respect.

Inspector Ravi raised his gun, aiming straight at Valentine's forehead.

"Valentine! Control your beast.

The law of this village is me!" he roared.

But behind him, Jack's injured men were still trying to escape.

Before Ravi could act—

Sonal stepped in front of the gun.

"Sir, where was your law when Vikram Singh sent these hunters?

Where were your police jeeps then?"

Her voice trembled… but her stance didn't.

"Today, this 'beast' saved us.

If you want to arrest him—arrest me first!"

Ravi stood stunned.

This wasn't fear.

This was power.

The power of a Luna.

Valentine leaned closer, whispering coldly—

"Inspector… silver bullets couldn't kill me.

What do you think that small gun can do?"

Back in the forest, Alina hadn't stayed behind.

She had felt it—Sonal was in danger.

Following Valentine's trail,

she silently reached the haveli.

Hidden behind the dense hedge,

she watched everything.

She saw her brother fight like a king—

and pride filled her heart.

But then—

Roshan entered the scene, leaning on a stick.

Her heartbeat quickened.

Roshan, though supporting his sister,

was searching the darkness… for someone.

And then—

Their eyes met.

In the darkness,

Alina's blue eyes glowed faintly.

Time stopped.

No words were spoken—

yet everything was understood.

Love… longing… connection.

Alina smiled softly—

and in that moment, Roshan forgot all his pain.

But the moment Valentine's Alpha roar echoed again—

She vanished into the shadows.

Suddenly—

The Moonstone in Sonal's bag began to glow.

A deep blue light spread across the entire backyard.

As Sonal held it in her hand—

Visions flooded her mind.

Fragments of the past…

Valentine's past life…

the ancient pact…

And then—

The truth.

She wasn't just a guardian.

She was the Divine Key—

the one who could fully awaken the Moonstone.

Meanwhile… in Central Jail

Vikram Singh sat in the darkness… smiling.

With the help of a corrupt officer,

he was already planning his next move.

He wrote in his diary:

"The Key is in Sonal's hands.

To awaken the Moonstone… her blood must be offered."

After the hunters fled—

Silence returned.

In that darkness…

Valentine, still in his Half-Wolf form,

leaned forward—

and gently kissed Sonal's forehead.

Right in front of Gayatri, Roshan, and Inspector Ravi—

The Beast King…

became nothing but a lover.

Valentine picked up the locket Jack had dropped.

At that moment—

Ivan arrived, pretending to be worried.

"Alpha! This locket belongs to our most trusted inner circle!

Someone is betraying you from within."

His voice was tense… convincing.

"I'll return to the palace immediately and investigate," he said—

carefully diverting suspicion away from himself.

And just like that—

He slipped away.

Valentine stood frozen.

A storm began inside him.

A traitor…

Inside his own kingdom.

A knife…

hidden behind loyalty.

Who was it?

The air in the backyard was thick with the smell of blood and soil…

but now, an even stronger storm had risen—

A storm of emotions.

After driving the hunters away,

Valentine stood there in his Half-Wolf form.

Seeing him like that, Inspector Ravi felt completely lost.

Lowering his gun slowly, he spoke—

"Valentine… the world now knows what you are.

But right now… I need time to decide—

are you a protector… or a predator?"

With that, he walked away into the confusion.

But the real battle… had just begun.

Gayatri stood there, her eyes blazing like fire.

She rushed forward, grabbed Sonal's hand,

and pulled her away from Valentine.

Turning toward him, she shouted—

"Stop! We trusted you as 'Bharat' till now.

But the day you faced my husband in your true form… I had doubts.

And today, seeing this monstrous form—

I am certain… you are not human!"

Valentine lowered his head silently.

His golden eyes dimmed.

With humility, he said softly—

"I will do anything for Sonal, ma'am.

Protecting her… is my only duty."

But Gayatri did not bend.

"That is exactly what I fear!" she cried.

"You belong to a wolf clan… and we are humans!

This unnatural relationship—society will never accept it.

Can fire and water ever become one?"

Sonal struggled to free her hand, tears streaming down her face.

"Maa! Love has no boundaries of blood or clan!

He may be a beast… but he has more humanity than anyone!"

Roshan stepped forward, leaning on his stick.

"Yes, Maa… after father went to jail,

he is the one protecting us."

But Gayatri's heart refused to listen.

"My husband is already a criminal… in prison!

Now all I have left… are my children."

Her voice broke… yet remained firm.

"If this strange love continues,

this entire village will throw us out!

I cannot accept this!"

With that, she turned and walked into the haveli.

"Mom… Mom!" Sonal cried—

and collapsed onto the ground,

weeping uncontrollably.

Valentine knelt beside her.

He wanted to touch her…

but held himself back.

Still, his eyes spoke strength.

"Don't cry, Sonal…

your tears weaken me," he whispered gently.

Roshan sat beside her,

stroking her hair softly.

From the darkness—

Alina came running.

She had heard everything…

Gayatri's harsh words… Valentine's pain.

Tears filled her eyes.

Without a second thought,

she ran straight into Roshan's arms.

"Roshan… will our fate be the same?" she cried.

Roshan held her tightly.

His own eyes were wet.

Valentine watched his sister…

his heart breaking silently.

He explained everything to her—

about Gayatri's refusal…

about the impossible barrier between worlds.

Alina and Roshan clung to each other,

unable to let go.

Two Worlds… Four Hearts

On one side—

a brother and sister from the wolf clan.

On the other—

a brother and sister from the human world.

All four…

bound by love.

All four…

breaking under its weight.

Sonal wiped her tears.

She stood up.

Something had changed.

Her voice was no longer weak—

It carried power… certainty… destiny.

"Enough…"

She looked at all three of them.

"This love… is not something we created.

The Moonstone brought us together—

500 years ago, and again today."

Her eyes burned with determination.

"This is not just love…

this is divine will."

"These small walls built by humans—

cannot stop what destiny has written."

She raised her hand, as if making a sacred vow—

"We will be together.

No matter what."

Ending

That night…

The backyard of Singh Haveli

was not just filled with darkness—

It became the witness

to the rebirth of four broken hearts.
