Discovered after patient went to the hospital, for uncontrollable vision, claiming he could see in the dark, or the brightness was too extreme, and more, it was later uncovered he was the chosen test subject, for a Rejuvenate treatment against blindness. Good morning, my name is doctor Michael Joyten, I've been selected by Dr. James to be apart of this team, in order to treat anomalies that various patients have suffered, after having some form of contact with the magic, dubbed; Rejuvenate.

DAY 1. This is the progress documentation of Erik Kristin, assign as Subject: 0428, at his first official day in R.I.H. Arcana Menjum, he seemed healthy, aside from the obvious vision impairment.
Assigned doctor, Michael Joyten, the subject, is suffering from multiple visual problems reporting that the patient, has been a test subject of a of a Rejuvenate treatment to restore total vision loss.
Aftermath of this treatment, subject has displayed that he has report various types of visual effects, ranging from night vision, heat detection, brightness augmentation, and various other visual afflictions.
Still no clear sign of the source of these issues, I'm recommending patient to be given a special glasses, blocking all form of vision, to ease the patient migraines, caused by the extreme overload of visual sense. Signed by Dr. Michael Joyten, first interaction with Subject 0428.
DAY 11. This is Dr. Joyten, it's been eleven days since Erik have entered our care, as the patient pleaded that I address him by his first name, so I complied, he is a good person, and a very cooperative patient.
I still don't understand why doctors James, and Colton want me to refer Erik, as Subject 0428, but regardless in documents and file, I'd address the patient as his assignation.
Aside that my check-ups, and examinations with Erik, I've uncovered that his afflictions is very delicate, I believe that is feedback, that overload through his brain for humans, with a long-term blindness and not possessing magic...ohh right, Erik Kristin, is a rare none magic user, this is important to record this fact.

Okay, let me continue, [Clear throat] examinations done to patient's eyes, have confirmed some and more visual afflictions, than originally stated.
The subject...sorry, I mean the patient, at times has or better said regained his normal vision, perfect 20/20 from eye exams, but that's when other afflictions happens, at one moment Erik could see, then in his own words, "I see too much" we've recorded that the patient, Erik, is capable of seeing through night vision, heat detection, brightness augmentation, plus more.
Recently we've uncovered that he can also see, movement pattern and vibrations, x-ray, and quite possibly mana sight, which is the most shocking given the situation.
Mana sight or the ability to perceive fluxes of magic, is a rare gift, and a impossibility for Erik, as stated before he isn't a magic barer or practitioner, meaning it both physically and magically impossible for him to possess this kind of vision...did Rejuvenate, be the cause of this?
Could Rejuvenate awaken Mana Sight, in people?

This is Dr. Michael Joyten, it's 7: 27 of the afternoon, after I was called to check on the patient, Erik Kristin, after nurses reported that Erik was suffering from somekind of intense pain.
Immediately they sedated and took Erik to the emergency room of the facility, there I, along with a small team of nurses, we've examine the patient Erik...ohh God, I didn't expect my findings.
While we check, Erik's body we discovered several black lumps on Erik's back, the back of his arms, and waist area, upon touching these, bruised excesses, they'd felt solid, but not firm, I thought that this might be a excess of mana, creating painful puss pocket, it not common, but this have been recorded on people without magic, being overexposed to it.
We sterilized the first excess, located on the middle of the upper back, upon cutting, we expect puss or blood...[Gagging, long breathe]...instead we uncovered an eye.

Yes a eye, an actual huge eye, bulged out, no longer restrained by skin, it started moving and looking at us, in a frantic manner, not knowing what to do, I injected sedatives around the eye, and it closed the skin, just like a eyelid, fearing that these excesses, are actually other eyes, I demanded a ophthalmologist specialist to continue the emergency treatment.
Thirty-four...we've opened and numb all these thirty-four eyes, then we've carefully moved the patient back to his room, and I asked Dr. Colton for a special assistance to keep these eyes, in the dark, because these eyes aren't blind, but possess direct link to the optical nerves of the patient, and all able to have the multiple visions, as his primary eyes.
If left un-blindfolded, the visual feedback will cause a massive overload, and agony to poor Erik...[Sighing]...I'll tell Erik what's happened to his body, once he wake up, the level of sedatives in his system, should kill him, but instead, placed him on a temporary comatose sleep, all we...I can do is wait.

Recorded Changes Body Structure-Strangly dispite being kept on nutrients, and health preservation potion, subject seems more withered, but x-ray have shown possibly more and other masses froming.
DAY 40. [Sigh] This is Dr. Michael Joyten, my patient, Subject 0428, Erik Kristin, has finally awoke from his coma, during his twenty-nine day sleep, along with the initial thirty-four eyeballs uncovered from his body, Erik's body has become...malnourished...if that the correct, description of his state...
But the examinations, we've did on Erik's body, while he'd slept, we uncovered...other abnormalities, growing underneath his skin, when the nurses informed me of Erik regaining consciousness, I'd immediately made this recording, I'll tell Erik what's happened, and we can finally find a way to help him...God all he wanted, was too see again, and this happens?

Recorded Changes Skintone-Grown scales, becomes hard and dark almost black in color. Body Structure-After the reawakening of Subject 0428, the body grew emencely, sprouting multiple, various limbs, tentacles, and eyes, with a central eye as the main body, possibly a mouth hidden in the mass.
[Clearing throat] This is my personal log 5, my name is Dr. Reese Colton, and this is my personal observations of Subject 0428, also assigned the perceiver, subject originally was transfered to Arcana Menjum, for eye issues, from a experimental eye restoration treatment.
After nearly more of month, of being hospitalized in the facility, he'd mutated becoming what can be considered, a unknown, multi-limbed and eyed creature, capable of seeing in multiple forms of visions, and from various angles without issues.
But the other, anomalies is that Subject 0428 has gain the ability to manipulate perception of others, increasing the danger of interacting with the subject directly, but that isn't my interest.
After examining of Subject 0428 blood samples, I've been able to make great progress of not only, healing blindness, but quite possibly awaken mana sight, from any subject that have Subject 0428 injected, initial test with this Subject's blood sample, hasn't ended in a positive result, but I'll keep refining and experimenting on these samples.
Aron, I'll prove that these subjects, are better used for Rejuvenate's improvement, I'll keep my personal logs, hidden for now.
