Initial Symptoms: Suffered a 140V current, surviving with extreme electrical burns, constant pain. Discovered almost immediately as he'd worked with the main production plant for Rejuvenate, a skilled electrician with a special talent in detecting energy through magic, that reasoned he was trapped in a massive surge of electricity, and rushed to the medical facility of the plant, seeing signs of a strange affliction, he was immediately transferred to R.I.H. Arcana Menjum facility, attending doctor, Michael Joyten.
This is doctor, Michael Joyten, after my experience with Erik...sorry I mean Subject 0428, poor man...after the patient, Subject 0428 transformation, I was assigned to check that being's health status, while Dr. Kimberten talked to him, and check it's psyche, meanwhile I was assigned a new patient, his name is Joe Wilson, a worker connected to the HETEX production plant.
My records, says...ohh God, he survived over 100 watts of electricity, suffering intensive electric burns and was transfered to this facility, I...I won't fail again...[Sighing] I'll get ready to meet Mr. Wilson, tomorrow, this is Dr. Michael Joyten signing off.
DAY 4. I'm doctor Michael Joyten, originally I'd tried to have contact with Mr. Wilson, but something unexpected happened, the patient was sleeping, when I went to examine Mr. Wilson a surge of power happened, not only did the light flicker on and off, then I and my team then saw, Mr. Wilson being surge with current of electricity.
He started screaming in pain, as he was electrocute again, we couldn't approach him, when all the equipment connected to Mr. Wilson overloaded and exploded, stopping the surge of electricity, through his body, immediately I had my team treat him...we've treated his burn, and checked his heart, that level of a current should cause a fatal arrhythmia.
Instead of hearing silence...Mr. Wilson's heartbeat...though accelarated, it was normal...it's...it's almost inconceivable, so I issued this recommendation, that no electrical devices be used near the patient, instead magic is used to keep seeing the status of the patient...it's almost...no, no, no I'm ending this record, Dr. Michael Joyten signing off.
DAY 18. Seems my suspicions were correct, [Sigh] another incident happened, when a janitor, brought a floor buffer to clean and shine the room of the patient, when Mr. Wilson woke up, and suddenly the charge within the floor buffer, surge with energy, and explode, a smaller surge of electricity went straight to Mr. Wilson.
Causing a minor shock, in comparison to the last major one, days ago...whatever occurred to Mr. Wilson, he has become...what I can compare to a literal lightning rod, drawing in all electrical currents from various sources, and suffer a electrocution, because on level of this shock, Mr. Wilson, is still awaken, but in incredible pain.
This reinforced my recommendation on the use of solely magical power devices to treat the patient, [Sighing] [Background: I never seen a man, in soo much agony, but still alive...
DAY 21. Morning, this is Dr. Michael Joyten, I'm with my patient, Mr. Wilson...how are you, are you comfortable, Mr. Wilson? [Subject 0808 speaking]...Pain...agony...I feel everyone...of my nerves, still...still on fire... Like I put my hand...on a livewire...without the current stopping. [Ratting] Please make it stop!! [Screaming] Make it stop, please!!? [Dr. Joyten speaking] Calm down...[Accelerated beeping] Over a hundred, God!!
Nurse, nurse, nurse!! [Rattling, screaming] [Steps] [Background: Doctor, what's wrong?] Please restrain the patient, I'll have too...(high static)

I'd had to tranquilize the patient, he was suffering from not just a panic attack, and has been complaining that he is still in pain, still being electrocuted, this is...is not just alarming but unprecedented, I don't even know what to diagnose this under.
I'll have to have a consultation with some of my seniors, for a better diagnosis and treatment for Mr. Wilson, but at least without the proximity of electrical charges, we can prevent further cases of electrocution for the patient...or as many want me to refer him as, Subject 0808...
Why do we have to treat them, as something other than humans?

Recorded Changes Skintone-Paler with persistent burns, from a constant experience of electrocution. Other Changes-Subject, continues to suffer immense pain and discomfort, burns refuse to heal, and eyes have turned a onyx black, another anomaly uncovered is when subject is in extreme stress, equipment in a certain range starts malfunction, regardless of possessing electrical or magical energy operation.
DAY 66. Dr. Gregor Bunth speaking, having finished my latest check-up with subjects 1307, and 0808, the latter being a personal request from my still...inexperienced...colleague, doctor Michael Joyten, after running into a roadblock in his treatment of Subject 0808, also designated the Electrician, for obvious reasons.
My interaction and meeting with Subject 0808, was...quite surprising...after finishing my latest round of examinations on subjects, I went to Subject 0808, as a personal favor to Dr. Joyten, and I tried to record the interaction, but the surge corrupted the entire audio log, instead I'm forced to make this log, through my own recollections...returning to the main subject.
When I'd entered the patient's room, it was clear that he was in excruciating pain, screaming, and shattering his teeth in absolute agony...pleading for relief, and help...I'd tried to calmed down Subject 0808, and even tried administering something to numbing the pain, when it happened...his affliction has intensified, as electricity started to emanate from the Subject's own body, electrify everything in the room, even shocking a poor nurse, he...he didn't survived.
All the while, Subject 0808 was suffering as well, as the spark of electricity burst out of his body, limbs, eyes, and other orifices, I too nearly was electrocuted...if not rushing out the room, and calling for assistance, I'd died.
After some guard, we're insolated suits managed to secure the Subject, placing him in a suit as well, did that incident ended with no more fatalities, I informed Dr. Joyten, that was best is a fully isolated room, and requesting Dr. Colton to prepare a special magical device of any kind, to deal with this new issue...now Subject 0808 not only draws electrical energy, he produces it, without any negative effect, aside from constant pain...he might be the most unique line of mutation, instead of causing mental breakdown, and extreme physical changes, it made the Subject's body resilient to electricity itself...and if I have a say on the patient's future, I'd say put him down, make his suffering end, cause...I belive that the energy, now originating from his body, will soon need a better source, to produce it...in layman term, I think he hasn't truly changed yet.
We're only delaying that process, so instead of another monster, wouldn't be better to let him die as a man?
That all for my report, and recollections of that day, as I said, I have no say in Subject 0808 future, I just gave my honest opinion, this is Dr. Gregor Bunth signing off...
DAY 110. After Subject's relocation, and being placed in Dr. Colton's machine, a serious mutation occured, the machine that Colton designed, was meant to drain all excess and produce energy from the subject, instead it was overloaded, wires, shard of metal, and more were infuses, and welded onto the body of Subject 0808, now he won't stop producing and shocking himself with electricity.
I'm doctor Aron James, and like my colleague Dr. Bunth stated, the log can't willstand the energy surges from Subject 0808, so until that resolved we must only report recollections, and written records of interaction and treatment with the Subject, Colton remodeled one of the Zero Ground rooms, to absorb the excess electricity and covert it to power the facility.
I of course was against this, but after Reese he'd reported what he's done to the council, they'd approved it, as a valuable option...regardless of the well meaning, this is exploitation!!
A man who can't sleep, eat, or rest, cause of never ending pain is being used, as damned power source, until he's cured, that utterly inhumane, [Slamming] I say it's the very definition, after that I'd made Reese give me, every report, proposition, and blueprints of any future invention or potion or treatment he wants to administer to the subjects, giving to me for approval!!

Recorded Changes Other Changes-Wires impaled and infused to the arms, legs, and spine all connected throughout the body of the subject, metal shard have inbedded into various part of the body, and some of the machines clamps melted onto the neck, wrists, and ankles of the subject, burns shine in a spectral blue, bursting with electricity, constantly surging of electricity and pain.
That bastard, James!!! [Slamming, thrashing, shattering] How dare he do this to me!!?
Monitor me, like I'm some foolish intern, [Yelling] this is because I'd finally showed him up, that right I did, I finally made the council see the benefits of using these subjects, instead of wasting resources to cure these afflictions and anomalies, occurring to them.
