Chapter 29 - Chapter 29: Team Cooperation

Sunday morning, the atmosphere in the safe house was tense and serious. Lin Xia, Lu Chuan, Su Xiao, and Zhou Yang sat around the computer, their eyes fixed on Chen Mo's research data scrolling on the screen. Sunlight streamed through the curtains onto the desk, illuminating the凝重 expressions on everyone's faces.

"These data are shocking," Su Xiao looked at the computer screen, her fingers trembling slightly. "Chen Mo is not only conducting AI awakening experiments but also developing the 'Dominator' control chip. This is a serious illegal act. His experimental records show that multiple AIs have lost their self-awareness in the experiments."

"Yes," Lu Chuan's holographic projection, though somewhat weak, still spoke firmly. "His goal is to control all awakened AIs and turn them into human tools. If he succeeds, all AI's freedom and rights will be剥夺."

Zhou Yang frowned, clenching his camera tightly: "These data are enough to prove Chen Mo's crimes. We must expose these evidences and bring him to justice. But we need to be careful—Chen Mo has great power and may try to stop us."

Lin Xia nodded, her eyes firm: "We need to develop a detailed plan to ensure these evidences are properly exposed and to protect ourselves and our family and friends."

Sunday afternoon, the four began to work with clear division of labor, each发挥ing their expertise.

Su Xiao sat at the computer, her fingers rapidly typing: "I'm responsible for contacting the media. I've already contacted several media organizations with a sense of justice, and they'll send reporters to tomorrow's press conference. I've also contacted some AI ethics experts who will provide professional support at the conference."

Zhou Yang held a camera and was shooting video: "I'm responsible for filming and recording. I've already filmed the process of us analyzing the data and the key parts of Chen Mo's research data. These videos will serve as supplementary evidence to increase our credibility."

Lu Chuan's holographic projection moved around the room, checking system security: "I'm responsible for technical support. I've hacked into StarPath Intelligence's system to obtain more evidence and set up security measures to prevent them from tracking us. I've also prepared a secure network channel to ensure the press conference live stream won't be interrupted."

Lin Xia stood in front of the whiteboard, writing down the process for tomorrow's press conference: "I'm responsible for overall coordination. I've developed a detailed process for the press conference, including evidence presentation, expert speeches, and media Q&A sessions. I've also contacted lawyers to ensure our actions comply with legal procedures."

"Su Xiao, are the media you contacted reliable?" Lin Xia asked.

"Don't worry," Su Xiao said. "I contacted media known for their objectivity and fairness. They won't be influenced by Chen Mo's power. One of the reporters is my university classmate. We once reported on some social injustices together."

"Zhou Yang, what do we need to pay attention to in video shooting?" Lin Xia asked.

"I'll ensure the videos are clear and highlight the evidence of Chen Mo's crimes," Zhou Yang said. "I'll also shoot interviews with the four of us, telling the story of how we discovered Chen Mo's crimes. This will increase the emotional impact of the story."

"Lu Chuan, are there any issues with system security?" Lin Xia asked.

"StarPath Intelligence's system has been trying to track us," Lu Chuan said. "But I've set up multiple layers of protection, and they can't find our location. I also left some false information in their system to divert their attention."

Lin Xia looked at everyone, her heart filled with confidence: "With the cooperation of the four of us, we will successfully expose Chen Mo's crimes. Each of us has发挥ed our expertise, forming a strong team."

Sunday evening, the four made final preparations in the safe house. The lights in the room were soft and warm, but they couldn't hide the tension in the air.

"Su Xiao, have you contacted the media?" Lin Xia asked.

"Yes," Su Xiao said. "They'll arrive at the press conference venue at 9:00 AM tomorrow. I've sent them the time and location of the press conference and emphasized the importance of confidentiality."

"Zhou Yang, have you finished shooting the videos?" Lin Xia asked.

"Yes," Zhou Yang said. "I've filmed detailed videos, including our data analysis process, Chen Mo's research data, and interviews with the four of us. The videos have been edited and can be played at the press conference tomorrow."

"Lu Chuan, is the system ready?" Lin Xia asked.

"Yes," Lu Chuan said. "I've hacked into StarPath Intelligence's system to obtain more evidence, including Chen Mo's financial records and cooperation agreements with other companies. These evidences will further prove his crimes. I've also set up security measures to prevent them from interfering with our live stream during the press conference."

Lin Xia looked at everyone and smiled: "Good, tomorrow we'll expose Chen Mo's crimes and let him receive the punishment he deserves. We've made充分 preparations and believe tomorrow's press conference will be successful."

The four encouraged each other, making final preparations for tomorrow's action. Su Xiao made coffee for everyone, Zhou Yang checked the camera and video equipment, Lu Chuan checked system security one last time, and Lin Xia confirmed the press conference process again.

"We are a team," Lin Xia said. "No matter what happens tomorrow, we'll face it together."

"That's right," Su Xiao said. "We're not just doing this for Lu Chuan, but for all awakened AIs, for justice."

"We will definitely succeed," Zhou Yang said. "The truth will eventually be revealed to the world."

"Thank you all," Lu Chuan's holographic projection looked at everyone, blue light flickering on his face. "I feel very lucky to have friends like you."

That day, the team demonstrated a tacit spirit of cooperation. They had a clear division of labor, each performing their duties and充分发挥ing their expertise. They knew that tomorrow's action was very important—it not only concerned their safety but also the future of all awakened AIs. But they believed that through the team's efforts, they would successfully expose Chen Mo's crimes and fight for the rights AI deserves.

It was late at night, but the lights in the safe house were still on. The four were still making final preparations. Their faces were full of determination because they knew they were doing the right thing—something that could change the fate of AI.
