So, the deal was an arranged marriage in exchange for money. Though the deal got cut off, because Serina died and the Wilkins thought Keifer would be emotionally instable, because the one who raised him died. But Tiffany wasn't happy with that. Her parents convinced her by saying that the both of them should grow up first and then decide.
