Leon stared at his opponents atop the fused giant before him with a gaze carrying a different kind of weight and said in a calm voice, "Originally, this is a weapon that should never have appeared in this world."
He paused for a moment before continuing. "Because there is truly no one in this world worthy of making me use it."
Then his voice rose with excitement. "But out of respect for your efforts and appreciation for everything you have given in your battle against me, I will use it and send you to the afterlife with honor! Hahahahaha!"
Leon then extended his hand into the air as though grasping something invisible. A powerful beam of light erupted for a brief instant before disappearing, and in his hand appeared a long blue spear pulsing with indescribably dense and concentrated chakra.
The moment he gripped it, the entire aura surrounding him changed completely. The air around him trembled, and even space itself seemed to compress around the spear.
Especially for Hiroshi and Ishin, they felt at that very instant that all their senses were screaming with all their might about the imminent danger, warning them to flee from the dangerous being before them with every ounce of speed and strength they possessed.
The battle instincts they had sharpened through years of training and warfare were urgently warning them that what stood before them now was a threat on an entirely different level from anything they had faced until this moment.
But after a difficult moment that felt like years, the two regained their focus and steadied themselves atop the giant despite everything their senses were telling them.
Leon shouted, impressed by their resolve. "Hahahahaha! What truly brave heroes you two are!"
Then he continued in a tone filled with sincere appreciation. "You truly are the heroes of this era. Otherwise, I do not expect there are many people capable of regaining their composure this quickly after facing me directly while I am holding this weapon in my hand."
At the same time, in the distant location where the members of the Uchiha and Senju clans were watching the battle, something terrifying and unexpected happened.
The moment Leon revealed his blue spear, everyone looking in his direction felt a wave of deep instinctive terror sweep through their entire bodies. The strength of some of them suddenly began to falter for no clear reason, and control over the chakra within their bodies became unstable as though something was interfering with their abilities. Some even clutched their heads in pain from a strange pressure whose source they could not understand.
One of the elder Senju shouted in a firm and urgent voice. "Do not look at him! Turn your eyes away immediately!"
The same thing happened among the Uchiha when one of their elders realized the danger and issued the same urgent warning. Everyone needed some time to focus on averting their eyes from Leon and regaining control over themselves and their disturbed chakra.
They all lowered their gazes and focused only on watching Hiroshi and Ishin without looking directly at the King of Beasts. Even so, some had already fainted from the intensity of the disturbance, while others entered temporary states of hysteria as though they were on the verge of losing their minds, forcing their companions to knock them unconscious before their conditions deteriorated further.
As for the Walt family, their reactions were completely different. They knew Leon and understood his level.
Emily spoke in a serious tone while watching what was happening to the members of the two clans. "That idiot brother of ours should not have released this much power. It may cause unforeseen effects on the surrounding world."
Her siblings chuckled lightly, understanding exactly what she meant, but at the same time they also respected Leon's decision. He wanted to end his opponents in the manner he considered worthy of them in this battle.
That was simply his way of expressing respect.
As for the Sage of Six Paths, Hagoromo, who was observing the battle from his position, he was looking at the being before him whose presence and concentrated energy had reached a level comparable to his own. More dangerous still, the power of this young man was far more concentrated and refined, making it significantly more dangerous in terms of influence.
This intense concentration of chakra was exactly what made it extraordinarily difficult for an ordinary human mind to comprehend the information conveyed by such power without being affected and losing its internal balance.
All of this deepened the Sage of Six Paths' sense of crisis as he seriously contemplated the origins of this family and the individual known as Dan. To him, Dan seemed to represent the unknown itself and endless mystery.
At the same time, Leon assumed a combat stance while holding the long blue spear in his hand as though preparing to throw it with all his strength. Then he looked toward the two patriarchs atop the giant with eyes full of excitement and anticipation and said, "Come then, Patriarchs! Use everything you have against this direct attack!"
The spear in his hand pulsed with overwhelming power, and the air around it visibly trembled even from great distances.
Hiroshi and Ishin exchanged one final glance. Both knew exactly what this coming attack meant, and both made the same decision at that very moment: to face it with every bit of strength and dignity they still possessed. Not because they believed they could withstand it, but because this was the only fitting way to conclude this long saga in a manner worthy of everything they had given.
Chakra began to surge from the fused giant with immense intensity as they prepared the final attack that would be the last one of this life.
