Dan pointed his hand toward the empty space before him, and a massive tear opened in the fabric of space like the curtain of a gigantic stage near the red rocky planet he had chosen. The spatial rift continued expanding rapidly until it surrounded the enormous planet from every direction in a three dimensional enclosure that covered its entire surface. The planet completely disappeared from view, leaving behind only the strange gray emptiness at that location within the star system.
Then he made another gesture with his hand in the opposite direction, and the enormous spatial rift gradually began to close, like a theatrical curtain slowly descending until it vanished completely. In the place where the red planet had been moments earlier, nothing remained at all. It had disappeared from the star system as though it had never existed from the very beginning.
A moment later, Dan vanished from his position in outer space and appeared inside the inner world, looking down at the massive red rocky planet he had just transported through the spatial rift. It now floated within the gray void below him.
"Alright, now the next step is to dismantle it completely."
He muttered to himself as he prepared to begin the process. Soon afterward, the enormous planet began breaking apart into incredibly fine dust, and its colossal size rapidly shrank. The world that had seemed so immense only moments ago gradually transformed into a gigantic cloud of dust and microscopic particles.
In truth, this destructive technique was his favorite among the many abilities in his arsenal when it came to attacking enemies, because it allowed him to reduce a target to nothing without leaving behind any trace of its existence or even evidence of its death. The technique itself was originally based on his Thread Technique, which he had trained extensively during his early years in this world when he was still weak and searching for combat methods that suited his style.
As for its current evolved form, Dan preferred to call it by a simple and straightforward name: Destruction. It utilized incredibly fine threads on a scale far too small to ever be seen by the naked eye, and those threads reduced the chosen target into something no different from fine dust floating through the air.
The main reason he had chosen to use this particular technique for dismantling the massive planet was because he intended to recycle every material within it as efficiently as possible for the construction of the inner world. He wanted to use everything without exception, especially the rare and valuable materials hidden deep within the planet, such as various heavy metals and uncommon elements found only in planetary interiors.
As for the planet's scorching core, once he separated all of its valuable materials, he would absorb all of the heat stored within it and convert it into pure natural energy through the Fermentation Seal before spreading that energy throughout the inner world to nourish it. Nothing would be wasted. Every part of the planet had a useful and specific purpose within his plans.
As for the inner world itself and its planned final form, Dan had decided that it would take the shape of a large, relatively flat continent rather than a spherical world like ordinary planets. Although such a flat shape was physically impossible under normal circumstances, since massive amounts of matter naturally generated powerful gravity, and powerful gravity inevitably forced matter to gather and compress into a sphere, the only stable form for a large celestial body.
However, Dan would directly control the entire inner world and impose his own will upon its physical laws without difficulty. In particular, once he began using the strange negative energy generated by the quantum-level oscillation of the inner world's boundaries, he would be able to completely reverse the effects of natural gravity and maintain the flat shape he desired with perfect precision. The negative energy would function as a form of reversed gravity, preventing matter from collapsing into a spherical shape and keeping it flat exactly as he wished.
Of course, in the future, once the inner world finally reached the scale, size, and level of development he envisioned, he intended to allow it to assume a natural spherical form. But certainly not now. Not before he had developed it completely according to his plans and expectations.
For his current purposes, a flat world was far superior because it granted him greater control over the various terrains and environments he wished to create. He could build towering mountain ranges in certain regions, deep valleys in others, vast plains, dense forests, winding rivers, and enormous lakes, all with exceptional precision regarding their locations, sizes, and shapes. The flat design gave him far more freedom in construction and planning.
Meanwhile, the planet continued breaking apart at an increasing speed. The outer rocky layers turned into fine dust, followed by the denser middle layers, and then the deeper regions rich in heavy metals. Everything was being dismantled with meticulous precision.
At the same time, he separated the different materials according to their type, density, and properties. Precious metals were gathered into one group, ordinary rocks into another, and rare elements into a third.
The process was extremely complex and required tremendous concentration, but within only a few hours, the massive planet that had taken billions of years to form would be completely transformed into organized and classified raw materials ready to be used in the construction of the new inner world.
Once the dismantling process was complete, he would begin the next phase: actual construction. He would shape the terrain, raise mountains, carve valleys, distribute fertile soil, and spread mineral deposits beneath the surface in their proper locations.
And when everything was finished, the inner world would become a masterpiece on a cosmic scale, a world designed entirely from the ground up to be perfect for safe and comfortable human life. There would be no random natural disasters, no unexpected earthquakes, and no dangerous volcanic eruptions. Everything would exist under complete and absolute control.
