Chapter 12
Jayjay's point of view
I woke up with a terrible headache. It was dark everywhere. I looked at the clock. It was 2:43. I was very hungry.
I decided to go to the kitchen and eat something. I slowly got out of bed. My whole body ached. I went to the door and slowly and quietly opened it.
I did this because everyone was probably asleep. I left the room and tiptoed to the kitchen.
But what I saw... was Aries.
He must have been hungry like me. He was searching for food in the cupboard.
I thought everyone was asleep. But I was wrong...
"You didn't sleep either?" I said, and Aries was startled.
"Why did you come so quietly and scare me?" he whispered, but his face clearly showed how angry he was.
"I'm sorry," I said. I couldn't look him in the face.
"Why are you here?" "He asked.
"I'm hungry. I missed dinner too. That's why I came to eat," I said, still unable to look him in the face.
"Okay, fine," he said, and as he walked past me, I stopped him.
"Aries!"
"What! Why are you shouting?!"
"Angelo... He told me everything. Why he hadn't spoken to me for so long... What happened in the past... and... that we're brothers..."
"Tss, so you found out, huh! You found out about all the things you did, huh! You found out that you stabbed me in the past, huh! You found out that we're brothers, huh!"
"I'm really sorry, Aries...for everything...for hurting you...I'm sorry..."
"Jay...will an apology change everything? Will we be able to be like brothers again? Don't! Don't apologize! Nothing will ever be the same," he said and turned his back. Just as he was about to leave, he said something that shocked me.
"Give me time...just a short time...I promise I'll do everything I can and I'll forgive you. But just give me time..."
"Are you serious?" I said in surprise.
"Do I look like I'm in a joking mood?" he asked mockingly.
I giggled. Even though I couldn't see his face, I could feel the happiness on it...
He turned around and went towards his room.
The moment he left, I started jumping up and down.
I looked like a rabbit. 🐰
I did it!
Without wasting any time, I opened the refrigerator and saw my favorite food!!!
Today luck was on my side...
I immediately grabbed the food and went up to my room. After entering my room, I locked the door and jumped onto my bed. I almost fell...
I opened the food and started eating. Ayyyy! It's so delicious!!!
I closed my eyes and savored the taste of the food. Just then, my phone rang.
When I looked, I saw a message from David.
From David:
"I miss you..."
What!
What is he saying!
To David:
"What are you saying! I told you to forget everything!"
From David:
"Ahhhh! Sorry, I sent it by mistake..."
To David:
"Okay, no problem."
From David:
"Why are you awake at this hour?"
To David:
"A midnight snack!"
Davidden:
"😄"
Davide:
"Why are you awake?"
Davidden:
"I can't sleep...something's preventing me."
Davide:
"Hmm..."
I hung up the phone and continued eating. Thousands of questions raced through my mind, but the most important one was: if he sent that message to me by mistake, who was he actually sending it to?
I finished eating and lay down in bed, thinking about all this. Although I wasn't very sleepy, I forced myself to sleep because, even though I didn't want to, I had to go to school tomorrow!
Ahhhh Angelo ahhhhhh...
I closed my eyes and fell asleep a few minutes later...

Keifer's Perspective
I woke up to Honey's voice...
"Heyyy! Wake up, handsome! We need to talk!"
It was 7:46. What are we going to talk about at this hour?!
I forced myself out of bed and opened the door.
Honey came in and started grumbling.
"Ahhh, you sleepyhead! I've been trying to wake you up for hours!"
"Honey, what can we talk about at this hour?!"
"It's an important matter!"
"Ahhh! Come on, tell me quickly!"
"Cylde... has already taken over eighty percent of the company's shares. What are you planning to do now?!"
"Tss, is that it? Cylde always loses to me and he's going to LOSE again!"
"Okay, calm down, champion..."
"Do you have anything else to say?"
"Do you have a plan? How are we going to get the company shares back? At this rate, Cylde will take over the company..."
"Of course I do. Don't worry about such things. Relax. I'll handle everything," I said confidently.
"Okay then, I'm leaving. Get these things sorted out as soon as possible so we can go back to the Philippines," he said and left.
My first order of business was to go to the bathroom. I came out about 15 minutes later.
I saw that Edrix had called me.
"Hey buddy!" I answered the call.
[Good, how about you?]
"Good, I'm in London."
[London? Cylde again?]
"Yes. I'm coming back today. But I won't be at school today."
[Okay bro. I need to get ready for school. Goodbye!]
"Goodbye bro," I said and ended the call.
I got dressed. My next plan was... to buy back the shares from Cylde...
I got ready and left the room. When I went downstairs, my car was waiting for me.
The driver came out and opened the door for me.
I got in. After the driver got into the car, he started driving towards the company.

Jay's point of view
"Jay, come on, get up, it's school time!"

I woke up with difficulty. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom. I came out after a short while. I put on my uniform. I tied my hair in a ponytail. I'd never done it before. But it suited me. My bag was already ready. I took it and went downstairs for breakfast, and at the breakfast table I saw someone I didn't want to see at all...
Yuri.
"G-good morning," I said.
Everyone looked at me. Aries smiled slightly and continued eating. Angelo smiled. Yuri smiled. Tita Gemma also smiled and said, "Good morning, Jayjay."
Yuri was sitting in my place. I sat next to Aries.
I started eating. What was she doing here?
"Jay, from now on Yuri will take you to and from school. No objections," she said and sipped her coffee.
I glared at him, then my eyes shifted to Yuri. She was looking at me too…
I looked away. I was still angry at her. I quickly ate my meal and got up from the table. As soon as I got up, Yuri got up too.
"Thanks for the meal," she said and came over to me.
"Let's go," she said, taking my arm and leading me out of the house.
"What are you doing?" I said, pushing her arm away.
"Stop talking so much and get in the car. We'll be late for school."
She opened the car door and waited for me to get in. I couldn't object. I got in and Yuri closed the door. She sat in the driver's seat and started the car. I looked out the window the whole way. Yuri looked at the road, but occasionally glanced at me.
We arrived at school. Yuri stopped the car. I saw this as an opportunity and quickly got out. She was parking the car.
I didn't wait for him and went straight to class. On the way, I bumped into someone. We both fell to the ground. When I looked, I saw it was a boy.
"I'm sorry. Are you okay?" he asked anxiously.
"Yes, I'm fine," I said.
He got up and helped me up. Then I saw his face.
Oh my god! He was so, so, so handsome!!!
My face flushed slightly. But I managed to hide it.
"I'm sorry again," he said and smiled as he walked away.
At that moment, Yuri came up to me. She looked jealous.
"Who was that?" she asked.
"I don't know him. We just bumped into each other," I said.
"Okay. Let's go to class," she said.
I nodded and started walking ahead.
When I entered the classroom, everyone looked at me in surprise.
"Jayjay!!!" Ci-n shouted and ran towards me.
I immediately stepped back.
"Stay away from me," I said, and went and sat next to David. He was sleeping. I touched his arm and woke him up.
"Ahhh. So you're back," he said, yawning.
I chuckled softly.
"I came because Angelo forced me," I said, and we both laughed.
I heard the Ulupongs' voices.
"David and Jayjay?"
"Did Jayjay forgive him?"
"It seems so, look."
Apparently, they didn't understand why I was talking to David.
A short time later, Yuri arrived and saw David and me. She rolled her eyes and sat down in her place.
Sir Alvin arrived, but he wasn't alone; someone else entered after him.
Oh my god! This...this...this...that's the boy I bumped into!
"Good morning, class!" said Sir Alvin.
Everyone glared at the new boy.
"Good morning, Sir Alvin!" we shouted in unison.
"This is Tripp palma. Your new classmate," said Sir Alvin.
So his name is Tripp.
"Hello, I'm Tripp palma. I want to get along with you all. Nice to meet you," said Tripp.
Then he suddenly looked at me. He seemed to be trying to recognize me.
I smiled at him. His eyes widened. Apparently, he recognized me. He smiled back.
"Do you know him?" said David.
"Uh-huh"
"Do you know him?" he said, pointing at Tripp.
"Ah, yes, we met this morning," I said.
He smiled at me. I smiled back slightly.
"Yes, Tripp, sit wherever you want," he said.
Tripp nodded slightly and smiled.
Without thinking, he came and sat next to me.
"Hi. I never thought I'd be in the same class as you," he said, smiling.
"Hi. Ahhh, I never thought so either. What a coincidence," I said.
He chuckled softly.
"My name is Tripp, what's yours?" he asked.
"Jasper Jean Mariano, or Jayjay for short. Nice to meet you, Tripp," I said.
"Nice to meet you too, Jayjay," he said.
And again I heard the Ulupongs' voices.
"Do they know each other?"
"Is he flirting with Jayjay?"
"Jayjay seems pretty happy."
"They won't come tomorrow and say we're a couple, right?"*
*"No way, I don't think Jayjay would do that after Keifer."
Keifer...
I really didn't notice. Where is he?
"Yes, we're starting the lesson," said Sir Alvin.
The lesson ended. I fiddled with things during the lesson. Sometimes I secretly talked to Tripp and David.
It was break time. Edrix quickly entered the classroom and shouted.
"Guys, come outside quickly!"
Everyone ran out of the classroom in a panic.
I was curious and followed them.
I couldn't believe what I saw.
Tripp...
He was fighting with a group. Everyone was watching him. Some girls were screaming.
Though I hadn't thought about it. Why did Tripp come to section E? Section E was the fighting section. I really hadn't thought about that.
I saw Freya. Even she was surprised.
After a while, the teachers arrived. Tripp immediately ran away. I chased after him.
Damn it! He was so fast!
"Tripp!" I shouted.
He heard me and stopped. He turned around.
"Jayjay?"
"I have some things to talk to you about," I said.
He came over to me.
"What happened?"
"Come with me," I said and took him up to the roof.
I pointed to the chairs and said, "Sit down."
He sat down. I sat down next to him.
"First of all, let me tell you this. If you're in section E, never fight in public. If someone sees you and tells the teacher, they'll immediately expel you. Also, section E is very different from other sections. Only people addicted to fighting are in section E. Seriously, everyone in section E is after a fight. When I first saw you, I didn't know this side of you. But you're pretty good. But as I said, don't fight at school. Otherwise, you'll get into trouble, and let me tell you this: as members of section E, we're nobody in this school. Nobody cares about us. Pay attention to that." I said.
"Everyone's after a fight. What about you? Do you fight too?" he asked.

My eyes widened in disbelief.
"Okay, I'll be careful. Thanks for informing me. I have a question. Who is Keifer? I overheard Section E speaking". He said.
Keifer!
"Keifer...He is the head of Section E.And also my ex-boyfriend. Or maybe I never had a boyfriend. He used me...not just him...the Section E...they all used me like a toy...We used to be family. We were always there for each other. But a week ago I learned the truth. Let me just say this. Keifer is very dangerous..." I said, looking into the distance.
She was silent.
"So where is he now?" she asked.
"I don't know, I think he'll be at school tomorrow."
"Okay. You've been through some tough times..." she said.
I nodded.
"Heyyy! Do you want to skip school?!" she shouted.
Skip school? Not a bad idea at all...
