Chapter 2 - My Hidden Ability

Ryan's thoughts came to a halt when he felt something soft and wet dragging across the back of his hand.

The young woman was licking him.

'Damn it, it's the debt system I designed... but how is this even possible?'

Ryan observed the floating system window and the young woman. With a mixture of disbelief and something that looked far too much like satisfaction.

She grabbed him tightly and continued licking him; then her wet tongue traveled the entire length of his finger before smoothly sliding the tip of Ryan's finger inside her mouth.

She gave him a gentle bite and fixed her eyes on Ryan.

Mirian was completely flushed.

"Don't... don't look at me. You're... a pervert," Mirian whispered in a low voice and continued sucking his finger, reaching up to the second knuckle.

Ryan smiled. "And you say that while doing this?"

"You know... this can't be helped," Mirian complained with eyes full of tears.

'She's right, once the debt collection starts, it doesn't stop until it's finished. Even witnessing it, I find it hard to believe I actually transmigrated...'

Ding!

[Debt collection applied]

"Helen... Ryan is a pervert!" Mirian shouted after regaining her mobility.

"Hey, stop doing those things. Tsk, this is annoying. As we figured, after S-rank you can't level up in this place," Helen complained as she approached.

Her straight black hair reached down to her shoulders, swaying as she walked forward.

Ryan ignored the girls in front of him for a moment, paying closer attention to the system notifications updating on the screen.

[Debt Bonus: +50 points]

[Debt Bonus: +45,000 EXP]

Level: 59 → 60

[Level Bonus: +20 points]

[Attributes increased: +10 in all stats]

[Level 60 reached]

[x10 Milestone activated: +100 to all stats]

'That x10 milestone, I programmed that too. Is it supposed to be exclusive to me?' he reflected, looking around. 'It was a feature in development, and it wasn't supposed to come out in this patch...'

Mirian stood up, turning her back on Ryan.

And without looking at him, she extended her arm.

"Take this." Mirian handed him a handkerchief.

"A handkerchief?" Ryan muttered.

"Yes... wipe yourself already, it's embarrassing," Mirian exclaimed in a complaining tone, shrugging her shoulders without turning around.

Ryan took the handkerchief and began to wipe himself, calmly observing his surroundings.

Helen looked at him inquisitively, but said nothing more.

Although it took him some time to process what was happening, he finally accepted that, somehow, the possibility existed that he had been transported into the game he was supposedly hired to work on.

'In that case, I want to confirm something.' Ryan crossed his arms and uttered a few words out of curiosity.

"Status."

In front of his eyes unfolded a transparent blue interface.

'Damn it, if I had known I was going to transmigrate, I would have leveled up my stats...' Ryan thought as his eyes swept over every detail of his attributes. Then his gaze went straight to the last section.

'Luck? That attribute wasn't supposed to come out in this patch either. Now I remember I haven't even tested it, but there it is... and what about my skills?'

"Skills."

[SKILL STATUS]

Basic Skills:

› Recovery

› Physical Enhancement

› Magic Enhancement

Unique Skill: None

Item Skill: None

Extra Skill:

› Debt

'There it is, the debt bug. The description says it will only work on women with low energy, low health, or those expecting help from the player. Meaning... from me. That's exactly how I designed it.'

"Ryan, what's wrong? You're so distracted. Let's rest now." Helen approached, taking him by the hand and forcing him to walk.

"Yeah... But where are we going?" Ryan asked.

"What do you mean where?" Mirian interrupted. She leaned in a bit to look him in the face as she walked beside him.

"This is the one-hundredth floor of the dungeon. We can only go to one place."

"And what place is that?" Ryan questioned.

Mirian sighed softly. "Well, home. Since we conquered the one-hundredth floor, we can keep the boss room."

"Ah, right," Ryan nodded without rushing, following them. He would figure out the rest later.

He followed them, and they walked for a couple of minutes; in the distance, the white doors of the boss room could be seen, which now, according to Mirian, belonged to them.

'It's definitely Mirian and Helen, the heroines of that game, but this isn't the place where I used to play... I mean, I don't remember being in this dungeon.'

Ryan had many questions, but at the same time, he wanted to avoid acting stranger than he already had.

"Alright, how about you take a shower first, Ryan?" Helen suggested once they were all inside the room.

"Yeah, alright," he said with a forced smile.

Although Ryan saw four doors, the sound of falling water came from only one of them, so it wasn't necessary to ask where the bathroom was.

Mirian looked at Helen with some concern. "But... Helen, you're hurt. Ryan, heal her, please."

"No, wait. I'm fine," Helen replied, sitting down on one of the chairs in the room.

Mirian crossed her arms. "Don't be stubborn... you never know when demons might come. We have to be prepared... Ryan, please heal her."

"Tsk... but think of an order first," Helen muttered, looking at Ryan with a very red face.

'Right, because when I heal her, she'll have to follow an order. So... What should I order her?'

Ryan thought, and then nodded as if the best possible idea had just occurred to him.

"Don't worry, I've got it." Ryan extended both hands, pointing them toward Helen's body.

"Recovery," he chanted, and Helen's body lit up with a soft green color; it looked like an aura covering her body. Her short black hair moved within that aura of energy, and both her wounds and fatigue began to fade away.

The light surrounding Helen dispersed.

"Alright, I think that's all," Ryan stated.

Helen stretched her limbs. "Yeah, I appreciate it. Now, please... order me to do something, Ryan."

"Alright. Go guard the refuge entrance while I take a bath," he ordered.

"Yes!" Helen responded with excitement and left.

Ryan entered the bathroom; it wasn't what he expected. It actually looked like a small pool, or like a hot spring bath, except there was no steam and the water looked natural.

He took off his clothes, grabbed a towel from a basket at the entrance, wrapped it around his waist, and got into the water.

'I shouldn't be relaxed. I mean, I was just sent to this stupid world, and I don't know if there's a way to go back home... though, it's not like I want to go back to that life either.'

Ryan leaned his back against the stones of that water-filled pool.

"Status," Ryan uttered, and the system window unfolded instantly.

[CHARACTER STATUS]

Available Points: [70]

EXP: 0 / 250,000

'Alright... for now, let's increase that luck,' he thought, and with his finger, he began allocating his points. He spent all points on Luck.

Luck: 0 → 70

› Drop Rate: +0% → +35% You now have a higher chance of obtaining rare and epic items in dungeons.

› EXP Bonus Trigger Chance: 0% → +20% There is a chance to obtain additional EXP when acquiring experience.

[Automatic debt collection initiated]

'Luck works for what I imagined, and debt collection activated. Helen should already be guarding the refuge entrance. By the way, those girls... They don't look like simple NPCs,' he muttered as he stretched, feeling the water relax his body.

"What is an NPC?" a curious voice sounded from the bathroom door.
