"Hey, hey... isn't your Captain a Chop-Chop Fruit user? Why does he look like he ate the Rumble-Rumble Fruit?"
Aramaki could feel the lightning spear in mid-air locking onto him, but he was tangled up with Hawkeye and couldn't dodge.
As a high-ranking Marine, he had seen the Devil Fruit Encyclopedia and knew that there was a Logia-type Rumble-Rumble Fruit that could manipulate lightning.
"It seems to be due to static electricity generated by friction or something similar. The Captain explained it, but I didn't understand."
Hawkeye's black blade, Yor,u continuously sliced across Aramaki's body, but Aramaki's vitality seemed endless; there was no blood at the wounds, and they healed quickly.
"No matter how many times you cut me, it's useless. I am immortal," Aramaki laughed. "Your attacks are futile."
"There's no such thing as immortality in this world! If we can hurt you, we can kill you!"
Hawkeye knew that Aramaki's monstrous recovery power was inextricably linked to his Devil Fruit.
The [Indra's Arrow] in mid-air finished accumulating power and shot out like lightning, piercing Aramaki's chest.
The power of the thunder erupted, burning Aramaki's body into charcoal.
But Hawkeye didn't relax, because the charred figure in front of him was still speaking, "That hurt so much, but unfortunately, it's still useless..."
A green light flashed, the charred outer layer peeled off, and new skin rapidly regenerated. Moments later, Aramaki stood before everyone completely unharmed, as if he had never been injured.
"Do you want to continue? The result will be the same no matter how many times you injure me. My vitality is infinite."
Unfortunately, the Shichibukai were all battle-hardened veterans who simply didn't believe Aramaki's words.
"If once isn't enough, then a hundred times. I want to see what kind of Devil Fruit can grant immortality."
Buggy waved his hand, and a second [Indra's Arrow] began to form in mid-air.
These damned guys... Aramaki cursed silently. He had absorbed a lot of vitality in Udon Prison, but it was still limited. If he let these guys continue the siege, he might actually end up dying here.
"Captain Buggy, aren't you running a Military Dispatch Company? Kaido's subordinates must be valuable to you, so why insist on engaging with me?"
Aramaki had looked into the Buggy Pirates' business: dispatching mercenaries to war-torn areas. They need Kaido's subordinates.
"Kaido is already dead, so recruiting them shouldn't be difficult for you."
Compared to the remnants of Kaido's forces, Nico Robin was far more valuable, and Aramaki had already made his decision.
"Something is wrong... your actions are nothing like an Admiral. What exactly are you planning?" Buggy sensed that something was amiss.
Although Admirals have different definitions of justice, none of them are cowardly individuals who fear death.
For Aramaki to abandon the Three Disasters, there must be something of even greater value on the ship.
"I just don't want to engage in meaningless fighting. If Captain Buggy doesn't agree, then we can just continue this stalemate."
Flowers that could rotate grew on Aramaki's head and shoulders, carrying him up into the air.
Up here, he could take less damage.
"Do not step into the cabin easily, or I will detonate the Spore Bombs below," Aramaki warned.
This Devil Fruit Ability is quite convenient, Buggy thought with some envy.
The Chop-Chop Fruit also allows floating and flying, but it has a limited range, and the feet must have a place to stand.
And if he uses Geppo to fly through the air, he cannot achieve complete fragmentation; his legs must remain intact.
"Then detonate them. With your flying ability, you should be able to withstand our attacks and break through. So why are you wasting time arguing here... what are you waiting for?"
Buggy locked onto Aramaki's position, and the second [Indra's Arrow] shot out.
"He was waiting for me, little Buggy. [Yata no Kagami: Light Shield]."
A lazy voice sounded, and a yellow light shield, like a mirror, blocked the [Indra's Arrow].
The [Indra's Arrow] struck the light shield, a fierce energy erupted, and the shield shattered, dissolving into countless yellow light particles.
The yellow light particles coalesced into a human form. Admiral Kizaru, wearing sunglasses, sporting stubble, and possessing a tall, slender figure, appeared beside Aramaki.
"What a terrifying attack. I almost couldn't stop it," Kizaru said, patting his chest and feigning fear.
"Mr. Borsalino, I'm glad you're here." Aramaki breathed a sigh of relief.
"That Sakazuki guy said the situation was extremely urgent, but it looks like nothing serious happened. Rookies truly are monsters," Kizaru said with an exaggerated tone.
"Mr. Borsalino, since you're here, let's capture these guys," Aramaki said, eager to fight.
As the only veteran remaining among the Three Admirals, Kizaru's strength had always been a mystery.
Aramaki remembered Sakazuki's evaluation of Kizaru's strength: he was someone who could rank among the Admirals purely based on his Devil Fruit Ability.
Although Kizaru always claimed publicly that he wasn't proficient in Haki, Sakazuki scoffed at that notion.
"Perhaps he is the strongest among the three of us; he just never goes all out." This was Sakazuki's assessment of Kizaru.
"Are you serious, Aramaki kid? That's an enhanced Four Emperors Crew we're facing..." Kizaru looked incredulous. "Do you misunderstand our capabilities?"
"I can desperately hold them back; Mr. Borsalino only needs to defeat them one by one," Aramaki insisted, making a final effort.
"I came to save someone, not to fight to the death. Aramaki kid, Admirals are meant to balance the power on the seas, not to be used as consumables."
Kizaru felt that this guy was practically a younger version of Sakazuki, acting too fanatically.
They were facing Buggy, whose strength had mysteriously increased, Hawkeye, who had never fought seriously, and several Shichibukai, each with their own unique techniques.
If they truly fought to the death, it was uncertain who would win or lose.
The Buggy Pirates were mortal enemies of the World Government, but not necessarily mortal enemies of the Marines.
"Alright then." Seeing that Kizaru was only here to assist, Aramaki reluctantly abandoned his plan.
"Captain Buggy, now can we talk?" Aramaki said loudly.
Buggy was also estimating the strength of both sides and finally decided to drop the fight.
Kizaru's strength was unpredictable, and since the Glint-Glint Fruit was famous for its speed, there was no way to keep either of them here.
"Leave the World Government battleship, and you can go," Buggy said.
"Didn't Captain Buggy say he didn't care about the remnants of Kaido's forces?" Aramaki was so annoyed he laughed.
"Might as well take what's free."
Kaido's subordinates are all Zoan-type Devil Fruit users, tough and durable. They could be useful for restoring production if they occupied Wano Country.
As for the Three Disasters and the Tobi Roppo, they would decide later based on the situation.
"Fine. However, there are some CP0 personnel on the ship, and I need to take them with me," Aramaki stated.
Buggy agreed to Aramaki's condition.
"Peace is better," Kizaru said, watching Aramaki enter the cabin, and began chatting with Buggy. "Little Buggy, you've changed so much. You look like two different people compared to how you were during the Marineford War."
Kizaru looked at Buggy. "When you dodged my light beam attack back then, I knew you weren't simple..."
"Wasn't that because you held back?" Buggy wondered.
"How could that be? I didn't know you then, so why would I hold back?" Kizaru looked slightly puzzled.
Could Buggy really possess Haoshoku luck?
"I was with Luffy at the time, and I thought you were going easy on the straw hat crew..."
Buggy actually wanted to ask Kizaru if he was a spy for the Revolutionary Army, but there was a commotion on the deck.
A thicket of vines burst through the deck, binding a group of individuals who were nearly sucked dry into corpses.
Aramaki walked out, leading a group of CP0 members dressed in white robes.
"Kaido's subordinates are all here. We're leaving, and these guys are yours," Aramaki said.
He created a small boat out of plants and was about to leave with the CP0 members.
"Wait a minute..." Buggy suddenly called out to Aramaki.
"What, Captain Buggy doesn't want to keep his promise?" Aramaki gripped the katana at his waist.
"You're the one not keeping the promise," Buggy said, looking at one of the CP0 members, whose devilish figure couldn't be concealed even by the wide white robe.
"Is that person with the measurements 100, 60, 90, and J-cup breasts really part of CP0?"
