Jay's POV
I know people might think I am stupid enough to believe in Love in first sight, but they don't know how it feels, honestly even I didn't believe untill I saw him.
The introductions were over and I was desperate to meet him and as if god heard me I heard an announcement, "Enrollments will be made by the club Presidents"
My grin grew wider. I immediately changed my option from music to entrepreneurial in my form and moved forward to submit my form to him.
There was queue and everyone around was excited, I was too but for a totally different reason, The crowd moved forward and my eyes was locked on him.
I finally stood infront of him, but I went speechless, never in my life I have speechless.
Keifer: "Hello"
I couldn't reply o just nodded my head and gave him my form.
Keifer: "You have selected music, this is entrepreneurial club"
Jay: "I know I changed it"
Keifer: "May I know why"
Jay: "After listening to your speech I got interested in it"
Keifer: "You got interested because of the speech"
Jay: " Yeah i got interested in you"
Keifer: "What?"
Jay: " I mean in your club"
He nodded.
Keifer: " Your club activities will start soon"
I nodded had to move even though I didn't want to.
I was so excited for the club, I went to my friends
Mica: "I thought you were taking music?"
Jay: "Plans change" i say with a wide grin
And everyone was asked to move their respective club room
I went to our and everyone settled down and he was standing in the middle of the room, he was giving his introduction speech for the club and I got know he was in 2nd year business management and I did a little dance in my head but suddenly I had a fear what if he had girlfriend and that terrified and everyone was asking question to him
Jay: "Are you single?" I asked and the whole room went silent
He looked at me at with pure shock and his best friend started laughing and everyone was looking at me.
David: "Ofcourse he is" he said laughing and then Keifer glared at him and, "Let's move on"
The agenda was discussed and everyone showed involved, even I did because I wanted him think that I am a passionate person. It finally came to an end and everyone started moving outside the room but I didn't because I noticed he was staying back so I slowed and stayed, untill everyone went out.
Then I finally moved and said, "Bye" to him
He gave a slight nod and I moved, slightly disappointed because I did not get to talk to him.
Then he called, "Excuse me, Jay right?"
I nodded and went towards him
Keifer: "You are not supposed to ask such kind of questions here"
Jay: "Sorry, I just wanted to know"
Keifer: "What are you going to do with that information?"
Jay: "it's because I think I am in love with you".
He was totally stunned when I said that.
Keifer: "Wait, what? You don't know me"
Jay: "I know it sound stupid, but it is true, I Love you" I said sincerely
Keifer: "Please don't waste your time, I have lots of things do"
Jay: "Love is not a waste time for me and I am sure you will realise that and I am not giving up on you, You can take your time"
He did not know what to reply and I went out before he could say something.
I went out and left a breathe which I didn't know I was holding, I did not know where I got the courage to say such things to him, even o was shocked when I said that to him.
The next day, we did not have club, so I was little sad that I will not be able to meet. And was going to the library and I instantly got happy because he was sitting alone in the table with headphones and he was were glasses and he looked so handsome and my legs immediately went towards him and I settled opposite to him and as I sat he glanced at me and was little shocked to see me here and I smiled at him.
Keifer: "What are you doing here?"
Jay: " Admiring you"
Keifer: "Jay I have to talk you"
Jay: " Sure go ahead" I said with a smile
Keifer: "Not here, let's go out"
I nodded and we went out to the basketball court and no one was present.
Jay: "Is this a date?" I asked grinning
He gave me a glare and left a breathe and said
Keifer: "Jay, I think you are really a passionate women and you are meant to do great things, Right now even if I want I cannot on love and all that kind of stuff"
Jay: "But if you are not in that situation, you would consider us?"
He left a breath again and said,
"Jay, you are not getting the point"
Jay: "Then explain it to me clearly"
Keifer: " Okay, fine, My parents are not anymore and I soley have to take care of my brother and myself, so I cannot lose focus, I have to focus on my career and my brother right now and I hope you understand"
I stood stunned when he said that, I wasn't able to speak anything and he was about to leave when I held his hand and said,
" I am sorry you had to go through everything alone, but as you said I am passionate person, I am passionate about love and us to and never think Love will be distraction to your focus or career, infact love makes you stronger and push you more towards your goals and I am not going to go anywhere because I believe in my love for you and I am also not going to push you, but all I am asking is don't shut me out, atleast try to be my friend"
I said looking into his eyes.
