The next day, the air school felt different , irene dressed in blue mini skirt that is above knees with a white shirt she adjusted her bag on her shoulder, scanning the courtyard.
And then she saw a boy she had never seen before in school standing near the entrance, surrounded by a small group of students whispering and staring.
His dark hair fell slightly into his eyes, and his posture was relaxed and cool
But what caught Irene's attention the most is his eyes, they didn't look human ,Even from a distance, there was something sharp about the eyes,the are observant and Calculating.
Irene frowned slightly and looked away.
"New student?" mia asked beside her.
"Looks like it," Irene replied.
Across the courtyard, the boy's gaze followed Irene as she walked away.
A faint smile touched his lips.
"So that's her…"His voice was low, almost amused,Interesting
In the other side lucian was walking with his head up until he sees the new boy staring at irene earlier
The moment he sees the boy, something in his chest tightened.
His senses sharpened instantly and then their eyes met,Lucian paused for a while, he didn't look away and the new boy didn't too
Then the new boy smile widened as if he found his target
The boy tilted his head slightly, as greeting him without words.
Then, slowly he turned his gaze toward Irene.
Lucian's expression darkened immediately.

Irene was halfway to her class when she suddenly felt as if someone was watching her again and She turned and froze when she found out the the person
The new boy was standing closer to her now
She was sure he hadn't been there a second ago.
"Hi," he said smoothly,His voice was calm.
"I'm new here.", he added
Irene blinked, caught off guard.
"Oh… um, hi.", she managed to sound normal
Something about the way he look at her made a chill run down her spine.
Before they could share more words a hand grabbed her wrist.
"Stay away from him," Lucian said sharply.
The new boy's smile didn't fade In fact It deepened
"Well," he said, looking directly at Lucian,"That's not a very polite way to welcome someone."
Lucian stepped slightly in front of Irene, his body tense.
"Stay away from her okay? " , lucian said
Then the boy leaned in just a little, his voice dropping low enough that only Lucian could hear then he said"are you talking to me? "
Lucian's eyes darkened instantly,and Irene looked between them confusely
Okay, what is going on", irene asked and anyone of them did not say a word before the new boy turned and walked away as if nothing happened
Irene pulled her hand away from Lucian."Who is that?" she demanded.
Lucian didn't answer immediately.His gaze was still fixed on the boy's retreating figure.
"I don't know honestly, but i know that is human and he is up to something ", he whisper
Irene's breath caught
" But don't worry, there is nothing to worry about "
Before she could say more the bell rang and they went to their class
