Marcus pulled up documents. "The feds have been building a case for eight months. RICO charges. Conspiracy. Money laundering. Drug trafficking. They have surveillance. Wire taps. Financial records. Everything."
"How?" Isla demanded. "We've been careful. We have protocols. How did they get all of this?"
"Because someone inside gave it to them. Someone with access to everything." Marcus highlighted a section. "The warrant application mentions a confidential informant. Someone described as 'close to the organization's leadership.' Someone who's been cooperating since February."
