Chapter 123 - 123 END

Then they read his information.

They noticed that he had no Epithet listed.

Nezu saw their bewilderment and said, "Well, apparently he doesn't want to disclose it. But during the survival examination, his main element was wind."

Mabui played a video of the blonde man. He was skilled with kunai, and from his palm, they could see a sphere of wind condensing in his hand. He used that sphere to climb and destroy every monster in his path. But they also noticed that he kept muttering to himself.

When they reviewed his combat ability, it was sloppy. However, he displayed overwhelming strength compared to the monsters he faced. They saw how he studied his surroundings carefully. Even his examination result was good — 40/70.

Final answer:

"There's no way I'll be in a pinch. I'm the future Hokage of this world. Things like this are a joke."

They saw the conviction and arrogance within his words.

Hokage?

Wasn't that the title of Hashirama? Did he want to be like Hashirama or something?

They assumed the blonde man was simply inspired by Hashirama's legend and wanted to follow in his footsteps. They didn't truly understand what he meant, so they settled on that idea.

One teacher looked at the man who claimed he would become the Hokage of this world and smiled at his enthusiasm.

Kurenai and Yoruichi seemed to remember this guy from the hall earlier.

They voted again, and the votes were completely in favor of Class A. They considered his Uzumaki last name a guaranteed sign that he must be hiding some kind of secret weapon. His control over his own Chakra Authority was already good.

Nezu declared that he would be placed in Class A.

The projection continued.

Next was a woman with eyeglasses — Tashigi.

They saw her using her smoke ability to propel herself upward and deliver strikes and slashes to her enemies. With her Logia ability, she was untouchable.

Since the monsters ranged only from F to C rank, they couldn't touch her. But if the monsters were above C rank, that would be a problem. The dark scales covering the anomalies could hurt those who were intangible and even bypass defensive abilities.

Still, seeing Tashigi use her ability in so many ways already showcased her capability.

The teachers voted her into Class A.

Her Logia power was incredible, but it lacked raw power. Her one weakness was her sight. They would need to adjust that by making special contact lenses for her and enhance the output her ability could provide.

The evaluation continued.

There were many unique examinees. A certain girl received 32 votes for Class S, which was surprising because she had no combative ability — but she excelled in recovery.

Tenya Iida, the guy with turbo engines on his legs, was placed in Class A. Mabui's cousin also passed the evaluation and received a spot in Class A.

As they continued voting, only five examinees remained to be evaluated.

Then a profile of a handsome man in a white robe appeared on the projection. He looked composed and refined, but Mei and Nemuri didn't seem to care about him.

The others were expecting them to tease and argue like they usually did whenever a new "game" appeared — pretending just to create a reason to fight. But today, they didn't react at all, leaving the rest dumbfounded.

They read his information.

Spirituality Authority Category: Zanpakuto

Epithet: Not available

They all thought the same thing — perhaps he was also secretive about his Epithet.

They watched as the man materialized a black sword and used it to slash monsters as if it were nothing. They could see a dark aura surrounding the blade. He also seemed capable of teleporting.

They observed his strength, agility, and — like the blonde man — he was muttering to himself.

They studied the way he handled his sword, his precision, and how he would locate other participants, checking them one by one as if searching for something.

They couldn't decide at first where he should be placed, but his slashing ability combined with teleportation was undeniably valuable.

The teachers voted him into Class A.

The remaining examinees were reviewed.

One was a woman in a maid outfit who could create anything she wanted with her Akima Authority. She specialized in weaponry and seemed capable of producing any weapon she desired. She received 32 votes for Class A.

Another was a woman with her hair styled in two buns. She used scrolls as her main weapon, summoning numerous weapons from them — enough to last an entire day of combat. She was placed in Class A for her utility, especially in group battles. Her lethality and application were carefully judged.

The last was a girl with a Genetics Authority. She could make objects weightless. With her ability, she could plan ahead and create strategic advantages. However, she lacked combat capability and awareness, so the teachers voted to place her in Class B.

Many examinees were graded for what they could do, even if some lacked certain aspects and were placed lower than expected. But the difference between them would soon bloom. Those who could truly prove themselves would surely outshine the rest.

They had been given entry — a place to grow stronger.

Now they only needed to show their guts and demonstrate what they could do.

Every teacher had their own student they voiced for, their own expectations set upon them.

First year was merely an analysis of what they could do for now. U.A. maintained competition between classes — a fight to see who would truly stand at the top of the pyramid.

Those who persisted would surely obtain what they desired.

Out of over fifty students, the first two were instantly removed from evaluation due to misconduct and misbehavior that needed to be corrected first.

What remained were the chosen new first years of U.A.

A new era had begun.

Many players had entered the stage. Some believed they owned this chaotic world. They thought they knew everything — how it worked, how it should be played.

But—

The narrator was cut off from his nonsense.

Unohana asked Nezu,

"What about my boy?"

The teachers, who were about to stand and leave, suddenly stopped.
