[Jiraiya: To think such a thing happened!
Ōnoki: Young people these days... Ay: It was just an accident.]
Mei Terumī: What a pity for those two handsome boys.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: Cough cough, as you can all see, this was merely a coincidence. They were very resistant to it themselves.]
Hiruzen Sarutobi quickly typed out an explanation. He couldn't let the other nations develop strange misunderstandings about Konoha's culture.
[The farce ended with Naruto getting a beating from the fan club.
Afterward, the team placement began. Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura were assigned to the same class, officially forming Team 7.
During the lunch break, the team went their separate ways. Sakura immediately went looking for Sasuke, hoping to eat lunch with him. Naruto, meanwhile, followed Sakura, hoping to eat with her.
However, Sakura was in a hurry to find her Uchiha crush and completely ignored Naruto. The relationship dynamic within the three-person team was... delicate, to say the least.
"Honestly, I finally got into the same class with Sakura-chan, I thought something good would happen."
Naruto sat alone on a wooden beam, swinging his legs unhappily.
But as his gaze swept around, he saw Sasuke leaning against an open window on the floor below, eating a rice ball. A mischievous, devilish smile slowly spread across Naruto's face.
Naruto crawled silently along the eaves, positioning himself right above the window. Then, he flipped inside.
"Naruto, right?" Sasuke's voice was calm.
"Stay still for me!"
THUMP! CRASH! BAM!
A cartoonish cloud of dust and violence erupted from the room.
After a series of noisy struggles, silence fell. The window opened again, and 'Sasuke' jumped out elegantly.
"Pfft. As expected," Ino sneered, watching from a distance. "How could Naruto possibly beat Sasuke-kun?"]
[However, Ino was mistaken. The person before her wasn't Sasuke, but Naruto using the Transformation Jutsu.
In a fair fight, Naruto was no match for Sasuke. But Naruto didn't fight fair—he used the Shadow Clone Jutsu to ambush him indoors. Sasuke was completely overwhelmed, tied up, and gagged on the floor.
Afterward, the transformed Naruto went to find Sakura.
Sure enough, upon seeing "Sasuke," Sakura's attitude did a 180-degree turn. She was shy, proactive, and leaning in close. The atmosphere became romantic.
She closed her eyes. She leaned in for a kiss.
Naruto's heart pounded. He leaned in too.
GURGLE.
Just as their lips were inches apart, a sharp, violent pain exploded in Naruto's stomach. His face turned blue. The agony nearly broke his Transformation Jutsu.
He had no choice. He aborted the mission and bolted for the bathroom.
"Damn it! Why?! Why does my stomach have to hurt now!"]
[Naruto was furious. He was millimeters away from paradise!
After destroying the bathroom, Naruto felt better. He wanted to find Sakura again to finish what he started, but he ran into the real Sasuke, who had already broken free.
"How are you here?"
Naruto braked hard, looking at the Sasuke in front of him in surprise.
" The Rope Escape Technique. It's Academy-level stuff," Sasuke said, standing with his hands in his pockets, looking at Naruto like he was an idiot. Did he really think a few ropes could hold an Uchiha?
"What exactly do you want to do transforming into me?" Sasuke asked, his eyes narrowing.
"I just thought it would be fun, so I tried it."
Saying that, Naruto took a step back and formed a cross-shaped hand seal. Poof! Four or five Shadow Clones appeared, surrounding Sasuke.
"Shadow Clone Jutsu again?"
Sasuke took a defensive stance, feeling a bit pressured. Shadow Clones were physical entities. Fighting five-on-one, even against a loser, was a disadvantage.
"I'm actually very strong."
"I'm going to defeat you."
"And make you acknowledge me!"
"Prepare yourself, Sasuke!"
Each of Naruto's clones shouted a line, filled with determination.
GURGLE!
Suddenly, a synchronized wave of pain hit every single Naruto. The original and the clones clutched their stomachs in unison.
"THE BATHROOM!"
They all turned and stampeded toward the single toilet.
"Me first!"
"No, me!"
"Get out of the way!"
The clones began fighting each other, pushing and shoving in a desperate attempt to reach the throne.
"So stupid."
Sasuke watched them brawl over a toilet, shook his head, and walked away. Naruto's current appearance was truly too foolish to be a threat.]
[Naruto looks so sneaky. That grin is pure evil.]
[What's with these weird sound effects?! A strange fight in a dark room? Suspicious...]
[The one leaving through the window is Naruto in disguise, right? His walk is too bouncy.]
[For sure, bro.]
[Round 1 goes to Naruto! Total victory!]
[It was just a sneak attack. Doesn't count.]
[And this isn't the first confrontation, right? They fought many times at the Academy, and Sasuke won every time.]
[One can only say that after this, the roles shifted. Naruto's strength began to surpass Sasuke's.]
[I have to say, at this stage, the Shadow Clone Jutsu is broken. Used for ganging up on people in enclosed spaces? Few can resist.]
[Sigh... NaruSaku really is a regret.]
[Sakura has always liked Sasuke, hasn't she?]
[Young girls care about looks. It is what it is.]
[Here it comes! The God of Toilets, Naruto!]
[This is the moment Naruto regretted drinking that expired milk the most. If not for the diarrhea, they would have kissed!]
[The first kiss was still Naruto's (Sasuke), it was just delayed by a few years (Sakura).]
[That doesn't count, right? That later one was CPR/First Aid!]
[Who cares about Sakura? NaruSasu is the real regret, okay!]
[Sasuke basically has the female lead's script; it makes no sense for them not to be together.]
[It's friendship! It's a bond! Stop making it weird!]
[Oh no, this 'friendship and bond' stuff is hitting me right in the feels!]
Watching this farce between students, the people of the Ninja World couldn't help but chuckle. The younger generation felt embarrassed for him, while the adults felt a bit nostalgic for their own foolish youth.
"Naruto!"
Sakura looked at Naruto with eyes spitting fire. "You... you actually transformed into Sasuke-kun to deceive me?! You were going to kiss me?!"
"No... no, Sakura-chan, let me explain..."
Naruto waved his hands repeatedly, backing away guiltily. He hadn't expected his disguise to be exposed in 4K resolution to the entire room.
"How boring," Sasuke scoffed. He hadn't expected Naruto to use his face for something so trivial. In Sasuke's eyes, it was pathetic.
BAM! POW!
Naruto couldn't dodge Sakura's iron fist of justice. He was beaten until he saw stars.
"I didn't even get to kiss you, Sakura-chan! You hit too hard!" Naruto complained, rubbing the massive lump on his head.
"What did you say?!"
Hearing this, Sakura's face instantly turned red. "My first kiss is reserved for Sasuke-kun! How dare you try to trick me out of it!"
"So what? Anyway, the comments said that a few years later, didn't you still..."
Naruto grumbled, unconvinced.
Sakura suddenly froze. She glanced over at the text on the screen mentioning "First Aid," then back at Naruto, her gaze sharp as a scalpel.
"That was first aid! First aid! Do you understand?!"
Sakura was so flustered she threw another punch to silence him. That kind of future event—CPR or whatever—really shouldn't be mentioned in mixed company!
"Well, at least we know the direction you're good at. You can develop toward becoming a Medical Ninja in the future."
Kakashi watched the scene with a crinkled-eye smile, trying to diffuse the tension. However, his gaze grew slightly more serious as he instinctively looked toward Shikaku Nara, the Jonin Commander, standing nearby.
Shikaku met Kakashi's gaze and gave a barely perceptible nod.
Medical Ninjutsu... saving Naruto... War Arc references.
Kakashi's heart tightened. The intel they were getting was scattered, but it was painting a picture of a very dangerous future. He fixed his single visible eye back on the screen.
The air in the office suddenly became a bit heavy.
Naruto looked up blankly, scratching his head. He didn't quite understand why the mood had shifted from "comedy" to "serious" so quickly.
[On the screen, the lunch break ended, and everyone returned to the classroom.
One by one, the Jonin instructors arrived and took their students away.
Team 8 left. Team 10 left.
Eventually, the classroom was empty.
Only Team 7—Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke—remained. They sat in the silence, waiting for their Jonin leader, who was nowhere to be seen.]
