Skylar fought alongside Alucard, killing vampires and night creatures. She kept a steady pace with the Dhampire rushing ahead, killing as many as they could to locate Dracula. Skylar kept up with those who tried to kill Alucard from behind. Alucard made as much effort to keep Skylar safe. The trip through the castle was quick, with the kill count between Skylar and Alucard alone. By the end, she and Alucard made it to Dracula's study, where he stood alone. Isaac most likely sent away through a mirror. Skylar stayed semi-hidden behind Alucard as she stepped into the room behind him. The silence between Alucard and his father was thick beyond breathing room. Skylar stayed silent, standing with Alucard.
"Son," Dracula said, looking from Alucard to Skylar. An almost approving expression on his face, just past the icy stare.
"Father," Alucard said, stepping in front of Skylar, almost shielding her from his father. It was odd to see. Like Alucard wanted to hide her from the world, and keep her for himself. Dracula's expression didn't change. He looked almost proud of what he saw. "Your war is over."
"Because you say so?" Dracula almost taunted.
"It ends," Alucard continued. "In the name of my mother."
"It endures in the name of your mother." Dracula bared his fangs with those words.
"I told you before I won't let you do it." Alucard closed his eyes. "I grieve with you... But I won't let you commit genocide."
"Is this what you want for Dracule?" Skylar stepped in, her hand on Alucard's shoulder. "To know her father had to be killed by his own son, when someone else already killed Lisa's killer, yet you still do this?"
"And who are you?" Dracula watched her while she stood with Alucard.
