Sitting upright, he lifted the bottle to her lips. She took a small sip, the taste rich and warm.
Then he shifted her, laying her down on the bed.
Slowly almost reverently he poured the wine over her chest, letting it trail down her body… over her stomach… between her thighs.
Her breath caught as she stared at him, stunned.
He didn't care about the sheets. Didn't care about anything else.
Tonight, he wanted nothing but her.
Setting the bottle aside, he lowered his mouth to her neck, kissing, licking, savoring her skin before moving down, taking his time with her body.
Her breaths turned into soft gasps as his mouth traveled lower… and lower… until he spread her legs and claimed her completely.
A low, satisfied sound rumbled from him.
"I've been starving," he muttered.
Her body responded instantly, tension building until it snapped, pleasure crashing through her as she came undone.
She was still trembling from it when she felt him again the heat, the pressure, the promise.
