Time: Evening
Luni and Ariya had come to the market to buy vegetables. They were just picking out the vegetables when a little girl held onto Luni's dupatta/pallu and said lovingly, "Mummy."
Luni bent down and said softly, "No, I'm not your mummy."
The little girl asked again with innocent eyes, "Then who is my mummy?"
Luni looked at Ariya and said, "It seems her mother left her and went away."
Ariya replied, "Should we wait for her mother? Maybe she came here by mistake."
Luni picked the little girl up in her arms.
They waited for a long time. Ariya checked the time and said, "It's almost 11 o'clock. Looks like her parents don't care about her at all."
He looked at the girl's face, then gently took her from Luni into his own arms, held Luni's hand, and they started walking home.

A little later…
Luni's mother was worried. Why haven't Luni and Ariya returned home yet?
Just then, the doorbell rang.
When Luni's mother opened the door, she saw Ariya and Luni holding a little girl. Surprised, she asked, "Is this her child?"
Luni explained everything.
Ariya added, "Until we find her real parents, she will stay with us. If we don't find them… Luni and I will take care of her."
Luni smiled and looked at Ariya.
