"Yeah... I know." Rostam hid the Dodoco as he noticed that Rosaria was gone as the sound of hurried footsteps were heard outside.
"Defend the Gate! Get our Archers Ready before they near the Bridge!" Orders were commanded outside his room as he opens it up and soon saw Knights running out of the church.
"What's the Situation?!" Rostam Ordered as a few Knights soon Halted before going towards Rostam.
"Acting Grand Master, You're Awake?!" "No time, situation. Now!" Rostam Hurried towards the church door's as the Knights fill him in on the situation.
"There's a Horde of Hilichurl'ls and Mitachurls being lead by Lawachurls and Abyss Mages heading towards the city!" One Knight said as Rostam's eyes began to glow as the area around them suddenly felt cold and heavy.
"Inform Kaeya, Eula, and Amber to take Position, Evacuate the Citizens near the Gate, and Equip our Archers With Elemental Potions! The Abyss Mages and the Lawachurls have elemental shields, so normal arrows won't hurt them as much as elemental Arrows!" Two Knights Saluted before informing the other knights.
The remaining knights went ahead towards the Gate to evacuate the Citizens near it, Rostam closed his eyes as he uses Anemo and the Winds began to gather Around him.
"By the breeze of forgotten time, lend me thy aid once more... Storm Of The North!!" The Winds soon turned Violent as it soon blew towards the incoming monster party as it slow down their advance, Rostam soon used Geo as he molded and shaped the energy into two Familiar blades. Blades that took the motif of the ying and yang.
"Haven't used these babies since Morax and Osails Final Battle..." Rostam took the two blades as he uses Anemo to get high into the Air as he deployed his glider to head towards the City Gates, He switched to Geo again as he began to make Geo constructs that took the shape of Many weapons.
"Weapons At The Ready!!" Soon the completed Constructs took aim as the Archers at the Gate finally got to their positions as they raised their Bows as well, Arrows Coated in Elements as they aimed at the Lawachurls and Abyss Mages.
"FIRE!!" The constructs soon shot towards the incoming horde as they flew at imposible speed, many Hilichurl'ls and Metachurls died at the impact of what was best described as Klee's regular Saturday at one of Monds Lakes. the Archers let out a volley of Elemental arrows as they soon began to pelt the Abyss Mages and the Lawachurls, Draining their elemental shields. Many Metachurls placed down barricades giving some of the Hilichurls some breathing room, soon their archers began firing back in retaliation as those at the walls dodge the incoming volley.
"I think it's time for me to get serious!" Rostam soon landed at the front of the gate as he made sure that the Barrage of Constructed Weapons were still firing, He soon ran towards the Closet Lawachurl as it's elemental shield were down.
"BLAZING PROMISE!!" The weakened Lawachurl was slashed with Pyro as the Geo Lawachurl began charging at them, Seeing the incoming monster, Rostam sent the Lawachurl he had attacked off the bridge as he Switched Elements again.
"TECTONIC CRASH!!" The Blades were soon infused with Geo as they Transformed into Claymores as Rostam slammed the newly reformed blades against the charging Lawachurl, The Cries of Abyss Mages were heard as one by on they were being taken down by the collected effort of the Archers at the Wall.
"Support Master Rostam!" Can't, too many monsters to get near him!" "Incoming Bubble!" The Vanguard soon broke formation as a Hydro abyss mage tried to trapped them in a bubble but it was soon shot down by one of the Archers as it's elemental shield was broken and was soon handled by a Knight with a Claymore.
"THE SPIRIT OF THE FOREST AWAKENS!!" Soon a wave of Dendro was spread out as many Monsters were coated with dendro energy but in the process Rostam Got Hit in the gut by a fireball from a Pyro Abyss Mage. The abyss forces were set ablaze by pyro Arrows or Got Quicken by Electro arrows or maybe they got bloomed by Hydro arrows that were followed but by either electro or Pyro either causing Aggravate or Burgeon.
Many behind the gates were worried about both their recently reawakened Grand Master who was in the front lines and getting hit by a lot of attacks both physical and elemental, then the Frontline knights, as many wounded knights were dragged back inside by the nuns of the church while the rearguard began to replace the wounded in the front.
"I need a Healer!" "The Archers Need More Arrows!!" " Wagner is forging new ones as we speak!" "We Need A resupply of Elemental Potions, Were Down to our last Box!" "Out of My Way! Out Of My Way!" The gate became chaotic but it somehow functions properly, A Knight With boxes of Elemental Potions and Arrows as he arrived at the top of the gate. Soon many Archers began to resupply as the sound of Multiple tremors and flashing lights we're seen at the bridge.
"Hold The Line!!" "Man Down, Man Down!" "Incoming Bubble!!" "Someone get that Abyss Mage, I'm Sick And Tired Of Their Bubbles!!" Suffice to say, the Frontline was holding but we're being suppress by the Hydro abyss mages.
Slowly but steadily the Horde of Monsters began to dwindle as a small group of Hilichurl and Metachurls began to retreat, Rostam sliced a Abyss Mage in half as he looks around and asses the damages.
"Status Report! How are the Wounded?" A Knight salutes towards Rostam as he cautiously looks around, wincing a bit as he held his bruised abdomen.
"Besides some scars, Burns, Electrocution, Being trapped and drowned by a bubble, and being slammed by Metachurls. A lot of us are in rough shape but all in all, there was no reports of anyone being killed." The Knight rubbed his sore abdomen as the area where a fist from a Metachurl was still throbbing in pain.
"I want those that are ready to battle to replace those in the Frontlines, informed Wagner that the Knights might need repairs on the equipment after the coast is clear." The Knight nods as he left Rostam to relay his orders.
"It seems you've done it again Grand Master and you didn't even left us any." Rostam looked behind him as he saw Amber, Eula, and Kaeya walking towards him covered in soot and Dirt as he had a fake look of hurt on his face.
"Sorry bud, maybe next time." Rostam said as he looked at Eula and Amber as they began to relay their side of the battle.
"We have defended the villages as you requested Grand Master Rostam!" amber puffed out her chest with pride as both you and Eula smiled at the ruffled up outrider.
" The scouts reported that the remaining monsters have retreated and have been estimated to be going towards Storm terrors lair." Eula said as she looked at her clothes and thought of changing before returning to her duties.
Rostam finally let's out a sigh of relief as his weapons began to deconstruct and fade away, those above remained however Incase the monsters regroup and try again.
"Good job Everyone, head inside and heal up. I'll stay out here and act as the look out." Kaeya and the others nod as they made their way towards the gate, Rostam looked at the distance as he saw that the storm at Storm terrors lair was beginning to calm down.
"It seems like they had solved the problem, I should inform Sarah on making a feast for both the Knights and a secret one for both Lumine and her Party." Rostam quitely noted down as knights began to clean up the bridge as they tore down the Hilichurl barricades, Arrows that weren't broken, and some even took their mask and other material they dropped so it could be used for Alchemy.
"Hope Klee hasn't woken up yet, Otherwise I'm in big trouble." Rostam had a strained smile on his face as he remembered that he left Klee in the Church without even leaving her a note.
"... Wonder what's Rosalyn and Alice are up to? Usually by now either Alice Calls me on her Dodoco or Rosalyn sends me a butterfly to tell me she wants to see me, yet none have made a move... I wonder if their ok?" Rostam look at the city in worry as he had to go to the Port tomorrow to see if it was attacked or not, he just hopes that they weren't in trouble.
(Meanwhile in Nod-krai)
"EDDY!! What Did I Tell You About Facing An Entire Battalion Alone?!?!" "Miss Alice, Please!" Alice was being held down by Lohen and Varka as they knew how over protective Alice became after the last time He faced an entire Monster party alone.
"B-But Master Rostam wasn't alo-" "Archers and Gate Guards Don't Count!" Alice spat in Venom as she remembered the last time they used this excuse.

"Eddy What Happened Too You?!" Alice asked in worry as Both Rostam and Kleiner where severely injured and covered in bandages, they looked at each other before looking back at Alice.
"Well you see-" "He Faced An Entire Army When I Specifically Told Him I could do it Myself." Rostam Instantly looked at Kleiner in betrayal as Alice Glared at Rostam.
"Says The Man That Lost Both Arms When He Tried That Last Time." Rostam Shot back as it was Kleiner this time that instantly looked at his friend in betrayal .
"And I Told You That I'm Not The One With A Wife And A Kid!" Kleiner buts heads with Rostam as they both began to argue about who was in the wrong this time.
Kleiner and Rostam (Edward when they first Met) were best friends who used to explored a lot in their younger years, but it all changed when the two met Alice when they both heard a huge Commotion one day and met the Bomb Loving witch.
*AHEM!!* Alice Cleared her throat loudly as both of them paused mid fight as they saw Alice wearing her angry Smile.
"May the Aeons Protect you from this endeavor." Kleiner said before running away leaving the very angry Alice with a soon to be dead Rostam.
Kleiner didn't tell them but a couple years ago he met an Alternate Version of Himself Who had marry Alice and Had Klee as His Daughter but after hearing how much his alternate self told him how Klee missed her dad and how rarely he came back home, it's suffice to say that Rostam was somewhat better father than his Alternate self was because he can watch Klee grow while his other self was busy to come back home and had little time to spend with his Klee.

He was also very glad that he's single right about now, cause he doesn't know how his other self and Rostam could handle the walking disaster that is Alice and Klee.

"And The Knights were only near or At The Gate?" Signora growled as the rooms temperature began to change again.
"Y-Y-Yes M-My Lady, Th-Th-They were!!" A different scout replied as he was shivering from the extreme cold.
" For Archon's Sake Rostam!! Why Can't You Let The Knights Do The Defending Themselves?!" Signora huffed in annoyance as she tried her best to get her temper under control.
No matter how many years it has been since their last meeting, he was still the selfless and reckless Rostam she fell in loved with.
*Sigh* "Just Inform the Others that I will be having a ..."Meeting " with the acting grandmaster later." Signora had a Angry smile on her face as she can't wait and have a little "chat" with Rostam later.
