Somewhere in the void, a tiny white soul floated endlessly. Then a bright light shone, and a giant hand made of pure light grabbed it—before vanishing back into the void.
Mc: Where..a-am..I
The MC muttered softly as he looked around, finding himself in a completely white room. Suddenly, an old man appeared, dressed in a white business suit. From his appearance, he looked to be in his sixties or seventies.
Wait… doesn't he look like Morgan Freeman from the movie Bruce Almighty?
Then, the old man who resembled Morgan Freeman suddenly spoke.
???: it's looks like you are awake Mr. kennedy.(Yeah mc's name will be the same as Leon. Leon Scott Kennedy)
Leon looked puzzled and said, "You… you look like Morgan Freeman. Are you really him? I'm a big fan of yours sir."
???:" Ah, my apologies—I forgot to introduce myself. You may call me the God of Life and Death. And no, I am not the person you're thinking of. I only appear like him because you wouldn't be able to withstand my true form… or my existence."
Saying this, the God waved his hand. A sudden pressure crashed down on Leon, throwing him around like a ragdoll. Seeing this, the God smirked slightly, then snapped his fingers.
In the next second, everything returned to normal. Leon found himself back where he had been standing before. He tried to steady himself, but it felt like he had been hit by a truck.
He quickly looked at the God and asked, "What was that for? What did I do to you?"
Leon wanted to beat the hell out of the God, but he knew he didn't have the power to do so. The God, amused by his reaction, said, "I simply don't have time for long explanations, Mr. Kennedy… so I used a shortcut."
Rage burned in Leon's eyes as he spoke. "A shortcut? Really? That's your idea of a shortcut—throwing me around like a ragdoll?"
A faint smirk appeared on the God's face. "It was… amusing, Mr. Kennedy. But tell me—do you remember how you arrived here?"
His tone was calm, almost casual.
Leon's face went pale as the memory returned. "Oh… no… no, no…" he muttered. "I was walking with my friends, just talking… then suddenly a truck with failed brakes rushed toward us. I pushed them out of the way… and it hit me instead."
The God nodded slowly. "Yes… Mr. Kennedy. I regret to inform you, but it is the truth. You are dead… and this is no longer Earth."
Panic gripped Leon as he spoke. "Then where am I…?"
His gaze dropped—and his breath caught. There was nothing. No hands, no legs… no body.
"…What am I?"
The God replied, "Ah… that. You are currently what people would call a spirit, and you are in the void. This 'room' you see is just a temporary construct I created.
"I'm not sure how you ended up here instead of heaven or hell, but it seems you survived even after being thrown into the void. Normally, mortals cannot survive here—after all, concepts like time and space don't exist here.
"The fact that you remained sane is… quite astonishing."
Leon's expression twisted in confusion. "So… you're saying I was thrown into the void instead of heaven or hell… and even though no one is supposed to survive here… I did?"
God replied: Yeah you were not supposed to be here it's happened because of an error in the flow which cause imbalance causing to throw you out of the existence into the void.
Leon's confusion turned into fear. He lowered his voice and asked, "Wait… what do you mean by the flow? And what does it mean that I was thrown out? What happens to me now?"
Hearing this, the God smiled faintly. "The flow is something beyond your concern, kid. Think of it like a river—where a person's spirit moves toward heaven or hell. But you don't need to worry about that right now. Due to certain recent events, I'm in a good mood… so I'll give you a chance to be reincarnated. How does that sound?"
Leon instantly snapped out of his despair, his eyes lighting up. "R-Really?! Like in novels and stories?"
The God nodded. "Yes. And as a bonus, I'll grant you three wishes."
Leon couldn't contain himself. "Hell yeah!!!"
The God raised a hand. "Calm down, young man. Listen carefully. You cannot return to your original world. The imbalance caused by your existence being thrown out makes it impossible. If I hadn't noticed your soul missing from the cycle, you would have been lost forever."
Leon replied calmly, "I don't have anyone there… so I don't mind. But where will I reincarnate? And… can I get more wishes?"
The God shook his head. "You will be reincarnated in the world of Resident Evil. And no—you only get three wishes."
Leon froze. "Wait… the world with zombies? I've seen memes, but I barely know the story."
"Yes," the God said impatiently. "Now hurry. Choose your wishes. You may also customize your identity and appearance."
Leon spoke quickly, "Then reincarnate me as Leon—but with the looks and charm of Leon from Resident Evil 9. Make my charm slightly enhanced. Also, make my birth earlier so I can join S.T.A.R.S."
"Done," the God replied. "But you'll also inherit his personality—calm, cold, and… what you call 'badass.'"
Leon smirked. "That's even better."
The God continued, "Now, your first wish."
Leon said, "I want a system that grants me the powers of Akainu—but without his weakness to water."
"Granted," the God said. "But you may inherit a trace of his nature."
"Second wish," Leon continued, "no one should be able to clone, replicate, or copy me."
The God nodded. "A wise request. Granted."
"My third wish," Leon said, "is resistance to viruses, mold, zombification, mutation… poisons—and even nuclear attacks."
The God raised an eyebrow. "Why nukes?"
Leon replied seriously, "If they can't kill me normally, they'll use extreme measures. I don't want to take that risk."
The God considered it. "I cannot grant complete immunity. However, your power will evolve—strong enough that such forces may harm you, but not kill you. As for poisons and harmful substances, your ability will neutralize them if they exceed your limits."
Leon nodded. "That's enough."
The God smiled slightly. "One last thing—your system won't activate immediately. It will take time."
He turned away. "Goodbye, kid. I hope you live well this time… Sayonara."
And just like that, Leon's existence faded once more.
As God said this he snapped his fingers and boom a bright light shines through him completely engulf everything Leon closed his eyes even though he doesn't have any(hahahaha brook's skull joke hope you get it).
