( PH 2)
night had not ended yet above the city,
a strange silence spread quietly. On the streets, normal nightlife continued.
cars,neon lights,small roadside shops.
But,behind this normality,a hidden
tension could be felt in the very breath
of the city.
Hunters were now fully alert. On the other side of the city,
on the top floor
of a large building,
the Hunters' command room was filled with light.digital screens lit up one after another. city map spread across them.
red markers flashed at several locations. Hunter officer looked at the screen and said,
"Energy spike detected again."
"Is it from the library incident?"another asked,
"Yes."
On the screen,a small pulse appeared again.he said quietly,
"Called."
Silence fell across the room.Their leader slowly stepped forward.
Black uniform,cold eyes.
He said,
"Initiate city lockdown."others
looked surprised
"Sir?"
"Trap."!!! he spoke again,
The next day,Morning.
college campus was alive as usual.
Students rushed to classes.coffee cups,laughter,conversations.
But Anie was not fully seeing any of it.
Her mind was still in last night, library, hunters, her power.
she stood under a quiet tree on campus.
Her hands extended forward.
"Focus…"
she whispered to herself,small vibration
in the air.then nothing she grew frustrated.
"How do I even do this…"
she murmured. then a voice came
from behind.
"You're trying the wrong way."
she turned Eli,he walked calmly
toward her.
"Power doesn't come through force,"
he said."You have to listen to it."
"Listen?"she frowned.he smiled slightly.
"Called power isn't a muscle."
He looked at her hands.
"It's an extension of your mind."
she tried to understand,
"I don't feel anything."
"Because you're afraid of it."he said softly, she remained silent he continued,
"Power doesn't respond to fear.It responds to belief."
she took a deep breath.she closed her eyes. sound of the wind, leaves moving
in the trees.distant student voices She began to listen to her own breathing.
and then a small movement In the air.
Between her fingers,a faint tremor appeared.she opened her eyes.
"Eli…"
Dust particles in the air slowly rose upward.Eli watched calmly.
"That's the beginning."
He stepped back,"Do it again."
Anie focused again this time the vibration grew slightly stronger.leaves
moved around her.a small spiral of wind formed.she looked in amazement.
"Am I doing this…?"
"Yes." he nodded,
"But this isn't power."
"Then what is it?" she looked at him confused,
"This is just your door opening."They sat under the tree.
"How do the Hunters find us?"
he,stayed silent for a moment.
"Energy signature,",,,,
"When the Called use power, it creates a wave. Hunters detect it."
"Then if I practice…"looked worried.
"Yes,they will come closer."he nodded while saying,.
"Then what should we do?"
he looked at her,his voice became serious.
"Do you know the first rule of the Called?"
Anie shook her head, then he explained
"Never use your power without understanding the cost."
"Cost?" she thought,he looked toward the city.
"Power always awakens something."
Suddenly he fell silent.his eyes became sharp.Anie asked,
"What is it?"
"They're here." she was shocked.
"Hunters?"...
"Yes."
In the distance, black vans entered the campus. hunters' emblem was on them.
"This is a trap."he stood up.
"A trap?" she stared..
"City-wide trap," he said.
"Your energy spike brought them here."
Her heart began beating faster.
"Eli…
what do we do now?"
"Now?" smiled,"Now you learn."
Hunters spread quickly across the campus. their scanners glowed, their eyes searched. Eli looked at Anie,
"Remember,power is not a weapon."
She listened silently. he continued,
"Power is a choice."he grabbed her hand.
"Run."
They ran through the trees.Behind them the voices of the Hunters.
"Target detected!"
Anie's breath grew heavy.but inside her
a new power was rising.now she
understood this was not just danger.
this was a beginning.
