"Thank you." I thanked him. He then removed his coat, walked closer to me and wrapped his coat on me. "I'll update Boaz and call for a driver to drive you to your accommodation." Said the secretary to Yeshua. He nodded in response and the secretary walked away.
"What a gentleman." Said Tabitha as she stood beside me while following the secretary with her look. I bet she's cold. Not soon after, a coat was wrapped around Tabitha as well and it came from Jaime. He's still got a lot to learn. Speaking of coats… I looked at Yeshua and He looked at me. "Oh. I left mine back at the venue." Yeshua said. "Left what, Teacher?" Matthew asked. "My coat." Yeshua answered with a smile.
"Shall I get the van or…?" Asked Andrew. "Who's coat is this?" whispered Tabitha to me. "Jaime's," I whispered back with a smile. "Do you think he only gave me his coat because of my comment about the secretary?" Whispered Tabitha again. I just chuckled. "Mark said that he'll call for a driver for us." Yeshua answered to Andrew.
Not long after Boaz's secretary, who Yeshua called Mark, walked back towards us. "They are on their way here to check on Miss Maria and I will be the one to drive you instead." Said the secretary to us. He is such a strict gentleman."Thank you, Mark." Thanked Yeshua with a smile as He placed His hand on Mark's shoulder. The secretary just nodded in response.
Not even five minutes had passed, a white car arrived. And another car. Ruth and Boaz came out of the white car while Naomi and her husband went out from the other car. "Maria! Oh, thank God you're okay!" Said Ruth as she ran towards me and hugged me. I hugged her back. Is this what it feels like to have an older sister?"You don't have to be afraid anymore. Mark already took care of everything." Said Boaz. Ruth and I let go from our hug. "Isn't that your coat, Mark?" Asked Boaz as he looked at Mark and pointed at me. The secretary just cleared his throat.
"Oh, Maria!" Called Naomi as she also ran towards me. She then held my face and began investigating it. "You have bloodshot eyes! Did you drink it? How are you feeling? Do you feel anything?" Asked Naomi as she continued investigating my face. "Mom, stop it!" Ruth said as she stopped Naomi from moving my face around.
"I can't help it! She feels like a daughter to me!" Said Naomi as she looked at Ruth. In just a short period of time? Then I looked at Yeshua with my brows raised and widened eyes., Yeshua looked at me and nodded with a smile. "You don't have to worry about anything, Maria. We'll take care of all of you while you're still here in the city." Said Naomi as she held both my hands. I looked at her and smiled. "I do hope that I did not cause any trouble at the event." I said with a faint smile.
"The event was coming to an end anyway. The guests were leaving when it happened." Said Boaz as he placed his arm around Ruth's shoulders. Naomi then looked down at the coat that I am wearing and looked at Mark. "Isn't this your coat, Mark?" Asked Naomi while still holding my hand. They really know Mark's clothing."He's close with Boaz and became part of the family as well." Whispered Yeshua to me. I just nodded in response.
