Author's note: I'm going to use the English name for Choi Dong Soo (Charl Choi).
And no, I'm not racist, but… I have trouble with Korean and Chinese names ;)

"Ah haaa!!!"
The baby's whimpers soon slowly turned into cries as the child struggled in Tsubaki's arms.
The teenage girl displayed a lost expression before directing her pleading gaze toward her master in search of help.
"M-Master, I think he doesn't like me," she said in an embarrassed tone.
Jin let out an exhausted sigh while his eyes naturally turned toward the "traitor" responsible for this situation.
"What? He's your kid, your problem," Wasuke declared while grabbing his coat from the coat rack.
Indeed, Jin was back in the city of Sendai.
Unfortunately, he wasn't greeted by Kenjaku or Nayuta, but by his grumpy father.
The old man had sent him several messages. However, the curse user hadn't judged them truly urgent.
He had a lot of business to handle.
The arrival of his third subordinate was an event he absolutely didn't want to neglect if he wanted to quickly achieve his goal of total freedom, like Satoru and Sukuna.
Unfortunately, Wasuke had been waiting for him resolutely at his home.
"But Dad, I'm currently working on an important project with my colleague," he said while pointing to a man sitting relaxed in front of a computer.
The movements of "Charl's" fingers were so rapid that Wasuke doubted the credibility of his own vision and chalked it up to the stress of having taken care of baby Yuji for a month.
"Not my problem. You should have thought about that before being blinded by your desires," he remarked while heading toward the exit.
Just as he was about to open the door, he paused for a moment before looking toward Tsubaki and Yuji.
"By the way, what kind of relationship do you two have?" he asked while staring into Tsubaki's eyes in search of a lie.
Jin wanted to intervene, but Wasuke stopped him.
"Did I ask you?" he said while slightly frowning.
The authority of a worried father was no joke. Unconsciously, Jin froze in front of the old man.
"Uh… I'm in service to the Master," she said in a tone embarrassed by the "social" pressure emanating from old Wasuke.
At the teenage girl's reply, Wasuke nodded toward the shy girl to show his "understanding" of the situation.
"You seem a bit too young for him, if you want my opinion. But well. It's better than the last one, I suppose," he muttered the last part to himself.
"Dad!"
"Sir!"
Jin and Tsubaki's reactions drew a small smile from Wasuke as he shrugged toward them.
As if he hadn't just said something outrageous.
"What? You're scared of the police now? You should have thought about that before getting interested in a teenager, hehe," he replied while laughing a little.
Unfortunately, Jin couldn't find an excuse to contradict his progenitor's wild assumptions. He chose to stay silent.
Trying to clear up the misunderstanding would only make it worse.
"M-Master… it doesn't bother me—" Tsubaki stammered in a low voice.
"That's enough, I'm done," Charl interrupted while arriving in the apartment hallway with a map of Japan.
"Did I come at a bad time?" he asked while looking at Tsubaki's red face and Jin's troubled expression.
Cough.
"No, you didn't interrupt anything," Jin declared while coughing awkwardly.
He grabbed Charl by the shoulder before dragging him toward his office. Even though Charl understood that his new boss had playboy tendencies like the former one.
He decided to turn a blind eye.
After all, he had been brought back to life thanks to his authority. There was also the fact that the causal market had been clear with him in the darkness.
Betray his master, and he goes back there.
'I just hope he doesn't end up with too many illegitimate children,' he thought while recalling one of his former boss's killers.
Unconsciously, Charl thanked the heavens for having a daughter and not a son.
…
"Your idea of making money through black market missions is… excuse the following word, stupid," Charl declared while spreading the Sendai map on the table next to the one of Japan.
Tsubaki frowned while cleaning baby Yuji's poop but decided not to intervene.
Jin didn't take offense at the former businessman's remark. After all, he was one of the main reasons behind a delinquent's rise to accomplished politician.
Charl mastered the subject better than he did.
"So what do you suggest then?" Jin asked while relaxing in the armchair across from Charl.
The elegant man adjusted his glasses while an unsettling light reflected in them.
"I suggest delegating this kind of tasks to others, that's all," he replied while sketching an unsettling smile.
Bam.
Charl successively pointed to four points on the map of Japan before circling them with a red marker, designating them as strategic cities.
"We need to create an organization. However, it must not be legally linked to us," he said while staring into Jin's red eyes.
Jin thought for a moment about Charl's words.
The idea of creating an organization wasn't foreign to him, but creating autonomous cursed corpses took too much time.
Even the weakest required three corpses, but also a minimum of three months.
It would take him a decade to have an army with supernatural powers that could truly be useful.
That's why Nayuta was an anomaly born too early.
"You mentioned the word 'legal.' Are you thinking of non-sorcerers?" Jin asked after his short reflection.
Charl slowly nodded toward him.
"Ridiculous. Ordinary humans won't be very useful against cursed spirits or curse users," Tsubaki commented while shaking her head to show her rejection of the idea.
"If they attack, for example, a yakuza clan, then those can simply hire a curse user to deal with the problem," she explained while exposing the issue with recruiting delinquents.
Indeed, the idea of recruiting delinquents had been raised by Jin at one point. Unfortunately, he had underestimated the underworld of this world.
Delinquents work for yakuza clans, and those have ties with curse users, or even sorcerer clans.
Jin couldn't be everywhere to resolve the conflicts his subordinates would have to face.
He was limited.
'That's why I decided to continue creating autonomous cursed corpses,' he thought without hiding his frustration.
Despite Tsubaki's words, Charl remained calm. He even emitted more confidence.
"Who said anything about leaving ordinary delinquents without support?" Charl asked while smiling at Tsubaki.
The young girl was peacefully rocking baby Yuji after changing his diaper and cast a skeptical glance toward Charl Choi.
Jin did the same.
An ordinary person has no chance against a sorcerer unless trained and equipped with very good military gear. However, that path also has clear limits.
The moment the ordinary man encounters a Grade 2 sorcerer, he's done for.
"Can you explain your idea further?" Jin finally pushed Charl to elaborate more.
He doubted that the man nicknamed the elite would speak without real arguments to prove his point of view.
Indeed, Charl didn't disappoint him.
"Master Jin, your power allows you to obtain anything, right?" he suddenly asked.
Jin calmly nodded.
"If whether or not one is a sorcerer is determined at birth, then why not seek another type of power?" he asked while looking again toward Tsubaki.
"I understood that the soul is your specialty, right? Ordinary humans have it passively; isn't it possible to use it to fight?" Charl didn't develop his idea further, but the message was clear.
Charl Choi wants to militarize the soul-related powers that Tsubaki can offer.
A weapon usable by everyone, that sorcerers and curse users do not know about.
"Hehehe… HAHAHA!" At that moment, Jin burst into self-deprecating laughter.
The solution had always been right under his nose.
'Why did I forget that a master doesn't necessarily need a weapon to exploit their soul?' he thought while recalling images of Tsubaki's former owner and Professor Stein.

Charl Choi didn't know it, but he had just achieved Kenjaku's dream in 24 hours.
A form of energy different from cursed energy.

Author's note:
Kenjaku's goal in merging Japanese citizens with Tengen is the creation of a superior form of energy.
The main reason behind this act is boredom and curiosity, because he judges that cursed spirits and sorcerers have hit a wall with cursed energy.
Unconsciously, Jin has opened a new path for Kenjaku to explore.
