The cave wasn't very large, and Nina was lying on a rather cramped little bed with her cubs.
Nina lay on her side in the middle, surrounded by the cubs sleeping in every which way—some curled up by her stomach, others tucked by her hands... The cave was peaceful and quiet. Only Nina and the cubs were inside; the males had all headed out, afraid of disturbing their sleep.
Setan stepped softly into the cave and crouched by the small bed, watching Nina sleep.
