Kawashima Toya shook his head gently. "I can call it a success, but hardly a victory."
"Alwassa was too honest—honest to the point of foolishness."
"He didn't prepare any countermeasures. He simply arranged for First Sovereign to fight me and left it at that."
If it were any other villain, they would have undoubtedly swarmed him with minions or traps before the final confrontation. Even if Toya could defeat those obstacles, it would have bought enough time for the final boss to fully revive.
But Alwassa had only deployed First Sovereign. There were no other obstructions in sight.
Naturally, the Evil God was easily knocked out of the world's texture.
"Don't sell yourself short, Darling." Nyaruko's face wore a playful smile. "No matter the method, you defeated a Deity."
"Just think about it: thousands of years ago, First Sovereign splitting Alwassa in two also required assistance from the Eastern Pantheon."
"True, but I'm still not strong enough."
Toya sighed. "I can feel that I'm far from reaching my limit."
Currently, he had reached the zenith of humanity.
However, his instincts told him that the true peak wasn't here. It lay in the distant past—or perhaps, the far future.
Only when he pushed everything to the absolute extreme would he qualify to ascend to the Divine Throne.
"Mhm, that's right." Nyaruko nodded in agreement. "When Darling reaches his limit, he can challenge that broken mirror."
"Only by reaching the limit can you qualify to step into the future and ascend from man to God."
"A thousand years..." A look of wistfulness flashed in Toya's eyes. "It will take me another thousand years to reach that limit."
According to the System's projection based on his current progress, it would take a millennium of self-honing to reach perfection.
For him now, a thousand years was just a number.
Having defeated a Heretic God and having The Third Perpetual Motion Machine, his sublimated constitution granted him immortality.
But for someone who once had a lifespan of barely a century, the number "one thousand" felt incredibly long.
He couldn't even imagine what he would become in a thousand years.
Nyaruko smiled playfully. "Darling, you indeed need a thousand years to reach the peak naturally."
"But the Great Cycle is only a thousand years away."
"So, you need another method to reach the peak ahead of schedule."
Toya's eyes flashed with a sharp glint. "What method?"
This was his primary concern. If he spent a thousand years reaching his peak, the Great Cycle would already be upon them.
By then, what would he use to face it?
Below the level of a Deity, it was impossible to resist the Great Cycle.
"Darling, the Mirror of Past, Present, and Future can help you."
Nyaruko said with a smile, "It has the ability to let you cross worlds."
"However, there's currently a major flaw: it can't take you to specific worlds."
"But it can greatly shorten the time needed to reach your limit. Maybe you could do it in five hundred years."
"That mirror can cross worlds?" Toya was astonished.
He had always thought there was only one way to cross worlds: keep getting stronger, and maybe one day the System would unlock world travel.
He hadn't expected the Mirror of Past, Present, and Future to enable direct crossing.
"What am I waiting for? I'm going to cross worlds right now." Toya couldn't wait and prepared to head to the basement to find the mirror.
Nyaruko didn't stop him, smiling as she watched his retreating back.
"My eyes are as sharp as ever."
"Out of countless beings, finding Darling... he will become the new God of the entire Root."
"And the last new God."
[Ding! Host's intent to cross worlds detected.]
[The Will of the Root begins to provide assistance, calibrating the crossing function of the Mirror of Past, Present, and Future.]
[Forging the path to Godhood for the New Divinity!]
"Oh? Providing assistance?" Toya's interest was piqued. "What kind of assistance?"
"I look forward to it."
Returning to the estate's basement, the Mirror of Past, Present, and Future—which he thought would only open at a specific time—had activated ahead of schedule.
The familiar sphere of light floated within the mirror, speaking in a humble, polite voice.
"Respected Savior, are you fully prepared?"
"This is an endless journey of ascension. Unless you attain Godhood, you cannot return."
"On the path of ascension, there are only two outcomes: perish halfway, or return basking in the glory of a Deity."
"Cannot return..." Toya fell silent.
If he couldn't return, it meant he had to abandon everything here to walk the path of godhood.
According to Nyaruko's estimate, returning would take at least five hundred years.
In five hundred years, everything he knew would have turned to dust.
[Darling, go without worry!]
[I, along with the Cthugha, will freeze the time of this world, awaiting the return of you, the Ascended Deity!]
At that moment, a magnificent, holy divine voice resonated through the sky.
This wasn't Nyaruko's usual voice, but the voice of her true form—the Crawling Chaos, Nyarlathotep.
With the support of an Outer God, Toya stepped into the Mirror of Past, Present, and Future without hesitation.
"May fortune favor your journey." The sphere of light said quietly before disappearing.
"No way back, huh?"
"I must keep moving forward until I return as a God."
Toya glanced behind him. The path back had vanished without him noticing.
He had only one way to go: forward.
In the chaotic, hazy passage, faint songs seemed to play, as if congratulating Toya on the official start of his road to divinity.
.....
Germany. Einzbern Castle, Underground Workshop.
Inside a fluid-filled culture tank, a stunningly beautiful woman with long, shining silver hair and ruby-like eyes blinked in confusion. She stared at the red markings that had appeared on the back of her hand.
"What is this?"
Irisviel von Einzbern's ruby eyes showed a trace of bewilderment. "It looks like a Command Seal, but it's different."
"Command Seals don't usually look like this."
Silver and iron to the origin.
Gem and the archduke of contracts to the cornerstone.
"Eh? Why am I suddenly chanting the Heroic Spirit summons?"
"I can't summon now. It's not the time."
"It won't work..."
A struggle flashed in Irisviel's eyes as she tried to stop the summoning ritual rising from her throat.
But the incantation completed itself, and a complex magic circle appeared on the floor of the underground workshop.
It was the Heroic Spirit Summoning Circle, capable of calling forth heroes from various eras to fight for a Master in the Holy Grail War.
Bright crimson light illuminated the entire basement. The terrifying, surging magical energy fluctuations even startled the homunculi in the castle above...
And a cold man known as the Magus Killer.
As the crimson light gradually faded, Toya appeared, clad in majestic silver-white armor, holding the Sword of Promised Victory.
Toya opened his azure eyes and looked at the breathtakingly beautiful silver-haired woman before him.
"Servant, Class Savior."
"I ask of you, are you my Master?"

THE END
...….
...….
And that's a wrap!
If you check the source of the story, there are still about three volumes left covering different worlds. There was honestly so much left to explore:
Fate/Zero
- Artoria meeting a "noob" King Arthur who doesn't even have a kingdom.
- The ultimate showdown: Gate of Babylon vs. Gate of Food Reserves (100 years worth).
- A fake king savior infiltrating the Kings Banquet.
- The noob king and Meri teaming up to finally take down Merlin.
FGO: Babylonia
- Someone getting targeted by the Human Order (Human Principle).
- Total chaos while messing around in Human History.
- The essential experience: Bullying Ishtar and flirting with Ereshkigal.
Mondaiji
- Getting a Spirit Status straight from Little Garden.
- Seeing abilities like Godslayer, King of Eternal Daylight, Last Savior reach sublimation.
- The transformation into the Final Trial of Humanity.
...….
...….
So, WHY?!
Because there are only so many chapters in a volume. I can accept 58 chapters for the Fate/Zero and treat it as transition and 27 for Babylonia, but 61 chapters on Mondaiji just to end the story? That's stretching the worldview way too far, especially since the original author only followed the anime and skipped the light novels.
Anyway, this chapter feels like the perfect spot to wrap things up, so I'm ending the story here.
Thanks for reading! I'm going on hiatus to handle some real-life stuff before I start anything new.
Peace out!
P.S. I have some old translation practice files gathering dust. I can upload them while I'm away if you're interested, but fair warning: the quality is a bit messy and some chapters might get some cut. I never planned to finish them, so don't expect perfection! If you want to see them, drop a comment on this paragraph.

Kasumigaoka Utaha: "Come over to my place, Kazushi-kun. I just bought some new stockings... want to see?~"
Yukinoshita Haruno: "Step aside, little girls. You can't handle a man like Kazushi yet—leave this to Big Sister."
Yukinoshita Yukino: "Sister?! What are you even saying?!"
