On the Battlefield
With the plain completely reduced to ruins, Minato and Kizaru exchanged a brief glance before simultaneously relocating to another area of the battlefield.
"As expected of a Marine Admiral," Minato said calmly. "True strength isn't just about power—it's about speed and judgment as well. You're clearly the kind of opponent no one wants to face."
Kizaru listened quietly, then replied in an even tone,"My teacher once said I relied too much on my Devil Fruit. But now, my strength has surpassed his—and it's all thanks to how far I've developed the Glint-Glint Fruit."
His smile grew faintly dangerous.
"So now, I'll prove just how far I've taken it."
"Yata Mirror."
Buzz!
Kizaru brought his hands together near his chest. A brilliant beam of golden light burst forth, like a reflection bouncing off a mirror.
In the same instant, his body turned into light and shot forward along the beam.
Whoosh!
Kizaru vanished from sight and reappeared directly in front of Minato, his right foot glowing intensely.
"Have you ever been kicked at the speed of light?"
Minato's pupils shrank. The blinding light and violent wind rushed toward his face. When Kizaru's kick closed to within a hair's breadth—
Swish!
Minato instantly activated Flying Thunder God and disappeared.
One-Punch Man World
"So fast!" Bang exclaimed in shock. "Their speed would place them among the very top of S-Class heroes."
"Especially that Minato," he continued. "His teleportation is true instant movement—even faster than running on two legs."
Flashy Flash's expression darkened. He had always believed few could rival his speed, yet a single combatant on the Multiverse Battlefield had shattered that assumption.
Aboard his ship, Boros laughed with excitement."Magnificent! Their speed satisfies me. I wonder how they compare to me—the Dominator of the Universe. I want to fight them."
While their destructive power didn't impress him, their speed certainly did.
Dragon Ball World
Goku nodded thoughtfully."Minato's Flying Thunder God is similar to Instant Transmission, but it seems his teleport range is shorter."
Gohan frowned slightly."If so many people can teleport instantly, why didn't Dad ever teach me Instant Transmission sooner?"
Back on the Battlefield
Seeing Minato reappear, Kizaru narrowed his eyes."Another marked kunai. You left it behind when we moved, didn't you?"
About a hundred meters away, a kunai lay embedded in the ground. When they had relocated earlier, Minato had discreetly planted it.
"Just a small trick," Minato replied evenly. "And I didn't bring only a handful of marked kunai."
He formed seals rapidly.
More than a dozen Shadow Clones appeared at once, each wielding a kunai, charging toward Kizaru from all sides.
"Clones again?" Kizaru said coldly. "They shatter with a single hit. They won't do much."
Swish!
Kizaru swung the Amaterasu Cloud Sword in a wide arc, dispersing several clones instantly.
The remaining clones ignored the kunai passing harmlessly through Kizaru's elemental body and instead charged with Rasengan.
"I told you—this won't work," Kizaru said, slashing through them.
Then—
Minato vanished.
As Kizaru shattered another kunai, a chill ran down his spine.
Minato had appeared directly behind him.
"You really do have a lot of these," Kizaru muttered, realizing too late that he'd missed one.
"Rasengan!" Minato shouted.
Boom!!!
"No matter how many sneak attacks you try, it's useless," Kizaru replied calmly.
His body turned to light once more as he spun around, driving his sword straight through Minato's torso.
"Ugh—!"
Minato coughed up blood, his face going pale, yet he still managed to throw another marked kunai.
Kizaru caught it and laughed."Flying Thunder God must drain your stamina. Your last move was slower—I felt it."
Then—
Bang.
The wounded Minato suddenly turned into a puff of white smoke.
"What?!" Kizaru's pupils contracted violently.
He had clearly felt the sword pierce flesh. There was no mistake.
"Rasengan!"
Boom!!!
In the instant Kizaru froze, Minato's true body appeared and smashed a Rasengan directly into his chin.
Bang!!!
Kizaru was blasted into the air and slammed heavily into the ground.
The entire Multiverse fell silent.
Sengoku stared in disbelief."What just happened?! I saw Minato get stabbed—he even bled!"
Garp's expression darkened."That one must've been a clone… and this was the real body."
Aokiji frowned."But clones disappear instantly. Why would it bleed?"
Naruto World
Naruto finally let out a breath he hadn't realized he was holding.
"You scared me… I really thought Dad was badly hurt."
Jiraiya grinned proudly."As expected of Minato. His battle sense hasn't dulled at all."
Kizaru slowly stood, wiping blood from the corner of his mouth. He touched his chin, relieved his bones weren't shattered.
Fixing his gaze on Minato, he asked coldly,"That was a clone, wasn't it? Then why did it bleed when I stabbed it?"
"You're correct," Minato replied calmly. "It was a Shadow Clone."
"In our world, clones aren't just tools for attacking—they're tools for deception."
"The clone contained my chakra. When you struck it, it converted chakra into a blood-like substance, convincing you that you'd injured my real body."
"You hesitated for just a moment. And that moment was enough."
Minato's eyes sharpened.
"If I'm not mistaken, you were about to destroy the kunai in your hand—but you were a step too slow."
Kizaru's expression shifted repeatedly.
He had never imagined a clone could be so convincing—realistic enough to fake blood itself.
And for the first time since the battle began, he realized something:
This fight was far from over.
