Chapter 145 - Sword and Cane Training - Woman Master - Chapter 145

After checking on some of the masters, Conrad noticed that there are only two people that he believes are good sword masters.

He is not necessarily looking for Nen users; it would be great if they were Nen geniuses like Komugi.

Using a sword or cane too greatly and putting too much mastery over it and then unconsciously using nen without even being aware of it.

This was something he valued, and he believed that they would be great masters.

The two people he found were renowned masters. They have some videos and clearly are not just fake masters trying to make profit from the people.

One of them is in a city called Burksil. And the other one was in Yorknew City.

A man and a female cane master were a man and the sword master was a woman.

The name of the man was Elder Loe.

As the name suggested, he was an old man in his seventies but still did not lose any of his physical capabilities.

His history and expertise in the cane of use were almost otherworldly.

For one hour of class, he was priced at one million; that was a great deal for Conrad, and he could afford it, but for ordinary people, it was not possible.

The woman's name was Liliana; she was the daughter of the Sword Master Lord Matas. After learning from her father, it could be said that she was a real deal.

Not famous like Elder Loe, but still powerful.

Her cost was five hundred thousand jenny per hour. Which was still okay.

Conrad put his hands on his chin and nodded.

"Twenty hours for the cane and twenty hours for the sword, for the start should be enough."

"I will spend about thirty million yen."

"After everything, I should still have more than four hundred million yen."

"Still great."

He thought and then contacted the managers of both masters and put in his hunter license code.

 -

Inside of a courtyard, an old man sat in a meditating position; his eyes were closed, and he was resting and meditating.

From the outside he looked pretty comfortable and had a real aura of mastery around him.

While he was resting and meditating, a man arrived at the doorstep and bowed slightly despite the man's eyes being closed and then started talking.

"Elder Loe, we have a student that would like to train with you."

Loe opened his eyes and touched his long white hair and then spoke.

"I guess it is an important individual. You would not arrive if not?" he said without looking at the man.

The man was wearing a suit, and he looked pretty serious. But against Elder Loe, he was like a child.

"Yes..."

"This time, it is a Hunter; they already paid two million for two hours of class."

"If they liked the training and the classes, they said that they would like eight more hours of training."

Loe nodded.

"Okay then, let him come."

The man nodded.

"I will set up a meeting here in one week," and then the man left, leaving Elder Loe alone in his peaceful courtyard.

"A hunter..." he thought while alone.

"Those people are really strong and interesting."

 -

At the same time, in a big villa, a woman was training with a blade, hitting several of the dummies with unparalleled speed.

As she trained, a woman in a black dress arrived.

"Sister."

"There is an important student that would like to take sword training from you."

The woman was none other than Liliana.

"Oh."

"An important student, or a customer, you say." She stopped and looked at the woman in the black dress.

The woman in the black dress was really her sister. Her name was Lalana.

While one of them mastered the art of sword that was passed down from their father, one of them took the business side of things and managed the students and estates they invested in.

"Who is it?" she then asked.

Lalana smiled at her sister.

"It is a Hunter, name is Conrad; they agreed to take two hours of class first and already paid one million yen for it."

"He said that if they like what they see in the training, they would take eight more hours of classes."

Laliana smiled.

"Yeah, it is a big customer, as you say it."

"Hunters are generally dangerous and powerful individuals. I suppose he knows what he does and at least would have the capability to learn."

"Did he have time?"

Laliana thought and then said.

"If you agree," he said, "he can come to New York City the next morning."

Laliana nodded.

"Yeah, that is okay."

"We do not have many students right now. Morning is fine."

Lalana nodded.

"Okay, I will notify him."

"Put on a great air and give him a good class, sister; if he likes what he sees and believes he gets what he pays for, he could pay us more."

Laliana smiled and said nothing as she continued to train, swinging her sword left and right in a weird technique, graceful and also deadly.

 -

Conrad, who was in his room, drinking and reading a book about the general history of the continents, checked his phone and added.

"Good."

"Because I am a hunter, they take me seriously, and after they get paid, they quickly form a meeting and agree to train me."

"I should get a ticket."
