As we stared around I took the sky. It seems this clearing is circular. A hunger filled scream filled the air as the Wendigo charged. Its wolf skull was on it like a mask. The Wendigo skin was blue as I could see no muscles, just skin and bones. Its finger nails were sharp and black. Its lower half was covered in bone-like armor. "Hungry." The Wendigo roared. Its inky black hair rippled and floated as if it was possessed.
"Shark style: Torpedo." Niuhi said as a jet of water that took the form of a shark was launched at it. But it seemed to do nothing. It dagger like nails rushed at Niuhi. She blocked with her scissor spear. But it was a struggle.
"Gear Shift: Rage." Charles spoke as he blew off its arm with a red Bala. The arm hit the ground with a wet thud. The wound quickly healed in seconds.
"Hungry!" Wendigo roared out. Now charging at Charles. Charles smiled. Niuhi cut off one of its legs. Making it stumble to the ground.
"Goodbye." Charles said as he blasted it head off with a Bala. As the group started to walk off.
"Food... Food.. Food. Food!" Wendigo roared. Its head completely regenerated. Everyone looked shocked. Its mask reformed on its head.
"What the hell." Niuhi spoke as it charged once at Charles. Leaping at him. He shot it five times and it fell to his feet. It started to get back up again.
"Hungry!" It once again roared out. Charles kicked it across the clearing.
"Any ideas?" Charles said. It shakes its head a few times. Before charging at them again. The Wendigo drooling out of its skull.
"No clue." Niuhi said.
"None." Fulgur also said.
"Hungry!" Wendigo screeched. Almost within the striking distance. Charles shot it in both of its legs. Making it tumble at its feet. Instantly the wound started to heal. Charles once again kicked it to the other side of the clearing again.
"What should we do? We're at a stand still." Charles snarled looking at the once again charging Wendigo. As its mouth was opened wide.
"Hungry!" Wendigo chanted over and over again. Its hands stretched out wide.
"It has to have a weakness." Fulgur said. Looking at the crazed Wendigo. Charles shot it shoulder and did not slow down.
"Fire!" I yelled down at them. I swear it is common knowledge that its weakness is fire.
"Cool thanks for choosing to be helpful." Charles' snarky response came a second later.
"Your father did a whole lesson on Wendigo. How is it my fault that you forgot about it?" I questioned. Charles shrugged as he shot off both of its legs. As the wound was already half way done.
"Is this thing really starting to heal faster?" Charles questioned.
"Remember a Wendigo regeneration is based on how hungry it is, the hunger it gets the faster it will heal!" I yelled down. All of them nodded. It had finished healing and started charging again. The Wendigo inky black hair chased after it.
"Hungry. Hungry.. Hungry…" Wendigo chanted as Charles stomped on Wendigo mask pinning to the ground. The Wendigo started to flail. The mask started to crack under Charles' foot. It started to slash as his leg drew blood that slowly dripped down his leg. Flowing off the mask like a waterfall.
"So are there any other ways to kill it?" Charles questioned.
"Food! Food!! Food!!!" Wendigo was trying to get the blood on its mask in its belly. It kinda sounded like a puppy that just got fed.
"Not that I know of. Well killing via chopping it up into small pieces." I told them as then in a quick motion he launched the Wendigo back slamming into a tree. Charles was still smiling.
"Starlight: Heal." Charles said as the wounds closed as they never existed. As we heard cracking as a rib cage now jetted from the Wendigo skin.
"What the hell." Niuhi spoke still in shock at what they were watching.
"A Wendigo grows stronger by eating others; sometimes it gains more intelligence, sometimes the abilities of those it ate. But most times its physical power just grows. This is a newborn." I told them Charles snarls.
"Well, it looks like I will have to rip it to pieces." Charles said. His voice a low growl.
"That might not be a smart idea." Fulgur spoke up but was silenced by a single glare from Charles. Charles put on his ring.
"My partner." Charles said as Charlotte was there in her sealed state.
"Food! I shall Devour you!" Wendigo roared as it charged. It tore off a piece of flesh and ate it greedily. As suddenly white light let it mouth. Its body was covered in cracks. Each one of these cracks glow.
"Fool. Did your parents not teach you not to eat stuff from strangers?" Charles mocked. Kicking the Wendigo with a shattering of a tree. It slammed into the second one. It let out a pained howl.
"It feels like I am on fire." Wendigo said. As it slowly lifted itself. Letting out a battle cry. "I shall devour you." It restated.
"Foolish you shall die here." Charles said. Wendigo charged at Charles. Charles grabs the muzzle of the mask and crushed it in his hands. Wendigo eyes widened as a kick sent it flying. Through two trees this time.
"Master is going to kill that thing with ease." Fulgur said his voice filled with pride.
"Don't count your dragons before they hatch." Niuhi said as Charles flickered. But quickly returned to normal. The Wendigo once again got up with a roar. As Charles smiled it was cut off by flames shooting past him. Frying the Wendigo in seconds. Charles takes off his ring.
"Hello." The voice of Jackal filled the clearing. What in the world?
"How are you?" Charles said his voice was filled with an inferno of hate.
"Who do you think you? You should have burned your son to ash or buried him in concrete." The voice said as it walked into the clearing it was Lobo but he had a humanoid body and was wearing Jackal clothes. His fur was now jet black like Jackal. Having Dragon-like horns on his head.
"Lobo." Charles snarled. Charging at him blinded by rage.
"Noble Phantasm." Lobo said as a wolf formed behind Charles before it exploded. Launching Charles forward Lobo grabbed him out of the air and smashed him into the ground. Holding him down by his neck. The snow slowly settled. Lobo kicked Charles into the tree. The tree bark splintered as Charles slowly slipped to the trunk. Charles was glowing.
"Goodbye. I will be taking these." Lobo said as he was holding black gun Jackal and white gun Ivory. "They are too good for you." Lobo said a huge feral grin covered his face.
"Come back here you bastard!" Charles roared.
"Phantom Cloak." Lobo said as he disappeared in front of our eyes.
"Damn it! I am too weak!" Charles roars, releasing a blast of Starlight. It was blinding. "Lobo I turn you into a damn boots and a cloak you hear me you damn wolf!" Charles shouts, spooking quite a few birds.
