"This morning it feels warmer or am I just adjusting to the cold?" Charles asked as he finally started to stretch, popping his joints.
"You finally awake." Fulgur said with a smile on his face. Charles wore a smile on his face.
"Yeah guess I am." Charles said as his stomach roared. Well he did not eat yesterday.
"You're hungry." I said landing on his shoulders his adorable face had a toothy grin.
"Yep." Charles said a small blush on his face. From his embarrassment.
"Let's go out and hunt." Charles said with a smile on his face.
"Yeah." Fulgur said. As they both walked out. Mountains of corpses of Chaos Beast littered on the floor being carved up.
"What is this?" Charles questioned. There were at least a hundred corpses. Blood making a crimson lake. As Charles suddenly tense.
"Do you like it?" Rein voice cut through the air like a knife yet still felt like silk at the same time.
"Hey Boss! Can we hunt?" Niuhi asked with a massive smile on her face. Her tan skin shining in the light. Rein and Niuhi glare sparked like lightning. Well, she is defending the title of the strongest woman in our camp. Both of them have glares on their faces.
"Sure." Charles said as he started to walk off. Into the forest.
"See you later, it will take some time for it to be done." Rein said creepily.
"Okay." Charles said looking uncomfortable. As he walks off. Fulgur and Niuhi were following behind. They went into the forest, the snow crunching below their boots. Hearing a pained howl spitting the hair into two. Charles' smile grew to a crazed look.
"What?" Fulgur asked, looking a little concerned.
"Looks like Lobo found my little gift." Charles said with a smile.
"What gift?" Niuhi said with a smile creeping on her lips. Looking at Charles.
"Just a small present of things to come." Charles promised.
"Okay. I will ask later." Niuhi said as she looked around. The sound of growling entered the air like a shark in water.
"Don't." Charles said his psychotic glare Niuhi visibly shivered under his looks.
"Let's get back to the hunt." Fulgur said. As a snarling sound was heard. As a Wolf with spikes coming out of its back it had bone like armor draped over it. He bears quite the resemblance to Lobo but bigger and scarier. His tongue sparks a breath of flames coming out of its mouth.
"Your Charles I thought you would be taller." The wolf spoke.
"May I know your name?" Charles asked if his glare felt like he was trying to kill with looks.
"You can call me Inferno. I am the youngest of the first litter of Lobo and Loba you killed my mother and my younger siblings." Inferno said flames spring from his mouth curing around his head.
"This is the best news. I will slaughter even more of you. How many more? I can't wait to see his despair." Charles spoke his voice was so over-saturated with malice. Inferno seemed to snicker.
"You should have buried your sin in concrete or burned it to ash." Inferno said.
"What does that mean?" Charles asked his face was flushed with pure blazing rage.
"I don't tell you but you will find out soon. You and my father hate each other so much. I find it strange you're both strong so why?" Inferno asked.
"Hahaha." Charles laughed before letting out a sigh. "Malice has power that fuels humans, allowing it to be more terrifying than any monster." Charles spoke as the Inferno head was cut off and rolled onto the ground.
"Thank you for buying me time. Sharko." Niuhi said with a smile showing her shark-like teeth.
"Take this as your first lesson, never play fair." Charles spoke looking at the head at his feet. Blood was pouring out of the head creating a puddle of crimson. As Charles raised his foot over the head like a hammer his head crushed the head. Spraying blood, brain and the teeth all over the floor and covering Charles' boot.
"Brutal." Niuhi spoke, mocking her voice.
"You killed him." Charles started with a deadpan look. "Maybe it's because it's been so long I have lost track of time." Charles spoke in a voice.
"Yeah, maybe everyone is becoming much more lethal." Niuhi said with a smile.
"What do you mean by that?" Fulgur asked.
"Only about half of those Chaos Beast were hunted by Yaga." Niuhi said coldness stitching itself into every word. Charles was shocked.
"They were able to hunt that much." Charles said his face showed his shock like a painting.
"Yeah they have got their act together they see you and Gabriel as the ones to add them to our leaders." Fulgur said bowing to Charles.
"Me a leader? Don't make me laugh, I have no quality to be a leader." Charles said looking at Fulgur with a grin on his face.
"Let's get back to our hunt!" Niuhi said with a toothy grin. As she leads the other two of them.
"Same Niuhi looking for blood in the water." Charles said with a small smile gracing his lips.
"Help! Help! No-" A shrill scream filled the air. As everyone started running to the noise. But when they got there was nothing.
"No blood. No tracks. What happened here?" Charles questioned looking around. A sense of dread.
"Weindgo." I said but everyone looked confused.
"What?" Charles asked.
"Help! Help!" Weindgo said, circling just out of sight. Pale yellow eyes were in the shadows.
"What a Weindgo?" Charles asked again.
"It is a type of Chaos Beast they are known for constantly feeding on others. They said it was one of the seven threats." Fulgur said with a glare. The seven threats being Vampires, Werewolves, Weindgo, Succubus, Vengeful Spirit, Demons. The seven Chaos beasts that cause the most death.
"But what is it doing here? They don't migrate here until the winter." Charles said.
