Chapter 207: Tang San Driven Out by the Blue Silver King

"Father, you said my Blue Silver Grass can awaken a second time?" Tang San asked as he followed behind Tang Hao.

After parting ways with Yu Xiaogang and the others, Tang Hao had taken him in a direction that led neither to the Star Dou Forest nor to the Sunset Forest.

Hearing the question, Tang Hao sighed faintly.

Tang San's martial spirit wasn't an ordinary Blue Silver Grass—it was the Blue Silver Emperor, merely dormant and yet to awaken.

Originally, Tang Hao had planned to let Tang San absorb the hundred-thousand-year Blue Silver Emperor right leg bone after the tournament to reach the Spirit King realm. Then he'd take Tang San to meet the Blue Silver King to complete the evolution of his spirit.

But now those plans were ruined.

Tang San had broken through early using the Blood Demon Ritual, and the Blue Silver Emperor's spirit bone had been stolen by the evil mystic.

With his Haotian Hammer crippled, Tang San needed help. Perhaps during the Blue Silver Emperor's second awakening, the Haotian Hammer might recover as well.

That was Tang Hao's thought—a desperate attempt worth trying.

"Your Blue Silver Grass comes from your mother. It's not an ordinary plant but the Blue Silver Emperor, a martial spirit that can stand alongside the Haotian Hammer," Tang Hao explained slowly.

"Blue Silver Emperor?" Tang San was stunned.

Seeing his son's shock, Tang Hao nodded. After a brief moment of silence, he decided to reveal everything.

Within ten minutes, Tang Hao told his son the full truth.

When Tang San learned that his mother was the hundred-thousand-year Blue Silver Emperor in human form, he was speechless.

Then, upon hearing about her being hunted by Spirit Hall and forced to sacrifice herself for his father, anger replaced his shock.

Now he finally understood why his father, despite being a Titled Douluo, had hidden away in Holy Spirit Village—and why he bore such hatred toward Spirit Hall.

"Damn Spirit Hall! One day I'll avenge Mother!" Tang San growled through clenched teeth.

"I'll deal with Spirit Hall over your mother's matter. For now, just focus on your second awakening," Tang Hao said with a faint smile, leading Tang San toward the forest where the Blue Silver King resided.

Five days later, they arrived.

The moment they stepped into the forest, Tang San felt a familiar aura surrounding him.

"This is the place," Tang Hao said calmly. "Among the Blue Silver Grass, there can only be one ruler—the Blue Silver King. He can help you awaken your Blue Silver Emperor bloodline."

Tang San's excitement shone in his eyes. "Father, what should I do?"

"Sit down." Tang Hao pointed to the ground.

Tang San hesitated briefly but obeyed.

Tang Hao stood beside him. "Release your Blue Silver Grass and concentrate. You're already a Spirit King; you should be able to sense it. Your fifth spirit ring was originally meant to be gifted by the Blue Silver King, but since you've gained one early, that no longer matters. What's important now is that the Blue Silver King helps awaken your Emperor bloodline."

Tang San calmed himself. No matter what the process involved, he trusted his father completely.

Closing his eyes, he released his Blue Silver Grass. The dark-blue vines streaked with faint crimson patterns swayed gently around him.

The forest was filled with ordinary Blue Silver Grass, pale green in color and far less vibrant than his.

Reaching out with his spiritual power, Tang San sensed their emotions—admiration and joy.

But just as he began to sync with them, everything changed.

Those same plants suddenly trembled in fear, withdrawing rapidly as if fleeing from him.

"Who dares intrude upon the Blue Silver Domain!" a cold voice echoed from the air.

The tranquil forest erupted with movement. Massive vines writhed from the ground, thick as tree trunks.

Tang San's eyes snapped open just as one enormous vine lashed toward him like a whip.

Startled, he dodged aside but was still struck, the blow whipping pain across his body.

Tang Hao rushed forward, catching his son and helping him up.

Seeing the red mark on Tang San's face, Tang Hao's expression darkened.

Glaring at the restless vines, he shouted angrily, "Blue Silver King! What are you doing?"

"Invaders—leave the Blue Silver Forest!" a clear yet stern female voice rang out.

Tang Hao froze. This wasn't how it was supposed to go.

With Tang San carrying the bloodline of the Blue Silver Emperor, the Blue Silver family should have treated him as royalty. Why, then, were they attacking?

"Blue Silver King! Can't you sense the Blue Silver Emperor's blood in his body? Is this how you treat your sovereign?" Tang Hao demanded, frowning deeply.

"There is only one sovereign among the Blue Silver family!" the voice retorted sharply. "The Emperor has already awakened—and it is not this tainted one!"

"The Emperor's bloodline can never carry such a foul aura! Intruders, leave this forest at once!"

Tang Hao was speechless.

There could only be one Blue Silver Emperor at a time. After Ah Yin's death, that should have been Tang San.

But the Blue Silver King claimed the Emperor had already awakened!

Tang Hao's pupils contracted. Could it be—the evil mystic who had stolen the Blue Silver Emperor's seed had somehow revived her consciousness?

Had Ah Yin awakened already?

His expression darkened further. Remembering Luo Ling's mocking words before he left Spirit City, Tang Hao suddenly felt a piercing ache of humiliation.

"Blue Silver King! Are you certain the Emperor has awakened?" Tang Hao shouted.

"The Emperor awoke long ago! Leave this sacred forest, corrupted ones!" the Blue Silver King declared unwaveringly.

Tang Hao clenched his fists. If what she said was true, then Tang San's chance at awakening the Blue Silver Emperor had vanished forever.

A wave of frustration surged through him as he glanced at his son's reddish-veined vines. With a long sigh, he turned away.

The Blue Silver King, misunderstanding their silence, launched another wave of attacks.

Though Tang Hao was a Titled Douluo far stronger than her, the Blue Silver King showed no fear.

This was her domain—the Blue Silver Field—where she could wield the life force of every Blue Silver Grass in the forest. Against such overwhelming unity, even Tang Hao couldn't act recklessly.

Sensing another surge of hostile energy, Tang Hao quickly pulled Tang San into his arms and leapt back dozens of meters.

After a tense few moments, he looked at the thrashing vines surrounding the forest, his face cold and shadowed. Finally, with a silent curse under his breath, he turned and left the Blue Silver Forest with his son.
