{Done, I also included dragons classified as divine transformation types which are some of the Tian faction aka the Chinese faction dragons. Though they appear as dragons they are registered as Gods and can hardly use Dragon energy. However, you do need to start training long distance sensing.}
The information instantly appeared inside Ophis's head.
'Yeah, yeah, I know. This is just so convenient.' Ophis replied.
Looking over the information on the dragons locations she was a bit surprised.
'There are even less than I was expecting, by quite a lot too.'
Around 80% of all dragons exist within the underworld, the other 20% spread across the world and different random dimensions.
"There's barely a couple thousand of us huh." Ophis said out loud.
"Indeed, though the population has stabilized in recent years and has slowly begun to increase." Great red responded.
A grin spilled across Ophis's face, "The future is truly looking interesting."
Raising a hand she focused on the position of each dragon then with a snap of her fingers.
*Vbroov!
With the sound of space being warped and shredded thousands of dragons appeared in the vast field before the Infinite and the Dream.

"Shit, shit, shit! Why the hell did they have to drag me into this mess!" A female voice screamed, clearly in a panic.
Her wings flapped and her magic sped her up even further, she speeds through the at her top speed as though running from something.
"I told those dumbasses this wouldn't work out and guess what!? It didn't!" She shouted in anger.
"Look where you guys are now, captured and probably going to be used as hunting practice for those crazy women until you guys end up dead." She continued, speaking as though they could hear her.
"…" her expression was a grim one her snout twitching and her jaw clenching causing her scales to stiffen.
It's not as though they were her friends or anything, they were just fellow clan-mates that asked her to come with them on this little adventure of theirs.
They wanted to investigate the forest that the Goddess Artemis and her followers reside and train in. It is said that many legendary beasts live in the forest which serve as training tools for Artemis and her huntresses.
They were there specifically for the descendants of the famous Calydonian boar, her clan members wanted to have a taste of this mythical boar species. And this was the perfect time to do so as Artemis and her huntresses usually leave for Olympus for some type of competition, they didn't know the details just that it was something they went to every year.
Who could've known they would come back early this time?
As the group of 5 dragons had entered the enormous forest everything was just as expected, the forest was lively with chirps of birds, sounds of various insects and many other things. The animals were not being cautious which means no hunting was being done.
Just to make sure they'd sent one of the group members which was an "earth" elemental dragon who specialized in earth plant life to scout the various camps and the main living area of the huntresses, which was a relatively large 4-storey house.
He came back with an all clear, there was nobody in any of the camps or the main house.
It was their time to strike.
Or well, that's what they thought.
They explored the forest for a while trying to find these boar. The only thing they really knew about these boar is that they are larger than regular boars by a lot, though not as large as their ancestor, and that they have hide harder than steel and tusks capable of penetrating through metal like a finger through water.
They trekked through the forest for hours but found nothing, if they had to guess they probably covered about half the forest, maybe a little less than half.
They all were confused in why they couldn't find anything, they of course encountered quite a few animals in their search but they were only enhanced regular animals. Nothing truly extraordinary.
They had stopped to discuss what may be happening, it ranged from the Greeks lying to the boats possibly sensing them and are in hiding.
That was until they heard the voice of a woman talking behind them.
"Dragons this time, it's been a while since your kind tried this. Maybe the tournament being cancelled early wasn't such a bad thing." Is what the woman said.
And that's all she remembered, the instant she'd heard the woman's voice she'd instantly taken off into the sky at full speed, she didn't even bother to look at the woman, there were a limited amount of people it could've been after all.
She shook her hand and looked forward and sped up. As long as she lived it didn't really matter. She warned them things wouldn't go well and they decided to go anyway, they gave nothing to do with her now. Nothing at all.
"Ack!" A jolt of pain suddenly tore through her wings.
Looking between them she realized that both were tore through by what she assumed were arrows before she could even register it.
Her flight patterned faltered but only for a moment, every dragon Knows the weakness their wing membrane holds so every dragon from a young age is taught how to fly without the use of their wings.
As someone who's extremely cautious she's practiced it and every other safety technique created by the elders of the clan. The only thing she hasn't learned is teleportation and that's only because it hasn't been taught to her group yet. How she wishes that wasn't the case right about now.
She looked forward and noticed she was already almost close to the clans territory. It was just out of the Olympians territory.
"al-almost there!" She said speeding up even further, she was beginning to push her magic to the limit, her dragon energy rapidly draining.
"So you all are apart of that clan. How unfortunate." A woman's voice said from above her.
Her heart skipped a beat and her flight staggered harder than when her wings were shot through.
Golden ropes formed from out of nowhere and wrapped around the dragons body before she could even react. She attempted to wriggled free however, the ropes only became tighter. Her wings became essentially glued To her body because of the tightness of the rope bidding them to her body.
Her arms and legs weren't treated much better as they pulled up onto her underbelly.
And slowly she felt herself begin to lose speed, the rope is stopping her use of magic alongside her dragon aura was already almost fully depleted.
'But I was so close…'
"Don't worry though, we'll pay them a visit once we're done with you 5." The woman continued.
The woman floated right above the dragon flying alongside her without her ever knowing.
"I do have a question for you however." The woman said, "Have the dragons of your clan fully lose their pride? Turning tail and running without even trying to fight is unbecoming of any dragon I've faced."
That sentence gave pause to the dragon and her struggling, it was a question she's been asked among her own race many times. Pride this pride that. It was completely infuriating, why is pride the determining factor in all this. Is survival and the continuation of our race a far more compelling achievement over satisfying this useless thing we call pride.
Her jaw clenched and her teeth grit together in anger.
The dragons maw opened and answered "What use is pride, if you just end up dead."
The Goddess blinked at that answer, a little surprised at the fact a dragon said such a thing.
"Well, that is true. Pride has no meaning if you die just to satisfy it." The Goddess answered back with a shake of her head.
At this point the dragons flight had long lost its speed and now they were simply hovering from the Goddesses power.
Another golden rope appeared, this time however, it was in the shape of a lasso. The lasso slide itself onto the dragons neck while the long end fell neatly into the Goddesses hands.
"Enough chit chat, it's time to head back." The Goddess pulled the lasso causing the dragons head to pull back and her body to turn back towards where they flew from.
'Is this seriously where it ends for me? For us?' The dragon wondered.
She watched as they began to float back towards the large forest.
'…If this is truly the end…Then theirs no reason for me to worry about survival.' She'd already been caught and by the Goddess Artemis no less. There was no way she was escaping. She swallowed her pride and abandoned her clansmen for the sake of survival, but now if she was going to die anyways might as well make it and unenjoyable one for this Goddess.
Concentrating, she began to build up her remaining dragon energy. Her rope may be able to suppress the outward use of magical techniques however there's no way it could truly suppress dragon energy.
The energy built up slowly as to not cause suspicion. She pulled every last drop from with in herself, in this moment she no longer cared if she died, she dint care if this doesn't actually end up affecting this Goddess in any meaningful way, this is simply her fina moment to express her own sense of pride.
Her dark pink scales grew dim as she pulled her energy to her center. Finally pulling all her energy she began waiting for the prime opportunity to strike. She wasn't going to simply self destruct, no, that would be too easy to dodge. She had to be more creative than that. She needed something that would be a guaranteed hit.
Unbeknownst to the dragon herself, the properties of her dragon energy began to shift in accordance to her desire.
She focused her senses on Artemis and her alone, ignoring the rest of the world. Every movement, every breathe, and every little twitch was felt.
As they reached above the main house where the rest of her clansmen were tied up and the other huntresses waited for Artemis's return, Artemis looked down at them, taking her eyes off the dragon she now stood on.
'Now!' The dragon thought, but as she prepare to fire off her attack the world shifted.

"Huh?" Both the Goddess and the Dragon questioned at the same time.
They both looked around to see thousands of dragons who were also looking around as they too had no idea what was going on.
"Hmm? What's a Goddess doing here?" A voice suddenly said.
All the dragons looked up, though the more keen ones already knew what was up there.
Looking up they witnessed the sight of the True Dragon and another being they could instinctively feel was at the same level floating alongside each other.
"What in th-" with no warning Artemis disappeared from the dragons back and in the same moment she appeared floating in front of the black haired girl, they could all feel she was a dragon as well. She was far too strong for them to not have ever heard of her, unless…
"Seems she was caught up in the teleportation." Great red said his voice booming across the clearing. This was the first time most here had ever heard him speak. Well, it was the first time many of them had ever really seen him from this close as well.
"Whats the Goddess of the hunt doing with dragons? Don't you usually stick to your boars and stuff like that?" The black haired girl asked the Goddess.
Artemis coughed to calm her hammering heart "…A few dragons snuck into my forest to steal some of our prey. I was just gonna teach them a lesson you see." She explained awkwardly.
Though the dragons except a few didn't know who the black haired girl was Artemis knew exactly who she was. Any God or Goddess not living underneath a rock knows who she is.
The one who annihilated most of the Celtic faction, the one who turned the once coldest place across all the realms into a first hellscape. The Infinite Dragon God.
"..Is that so" The Infinite Dragon said suspiciously, squinting slightly.
Sweat ran down Artemis's back, she stood before the two strongest being in the entire world. Both capable of erasing her with just a breathe and she was caught messing with their kin too.
"Meh." The infinite said with a shrug "I don't really care, we aren't their care takers, whatever happens between them and others doesn't really have anything to do with us." She continued.
"Of course unless someone goes are trying to wipe out every dragon around the world, but that's its own issue." She said thoughtfully.
Looking past Artemis she saw that 5 Dragons were tied up in Golden rope bindings.
"Release your bindings and I'll send you back, whatever situation you have with them can be handled if you meet them again." The infinite instructed
Complying instantly, Artemis released her bindings, the bindings holding the 5 dragons quickly fading away.
"Good, off you go then." With a swipe of her hand the infinite teleported the Goddess away.
The dragons once dark pink scales were now a dull gray, she was now completely different from how she once was.
Watching the Goddess be teleported away she whisper a promise to herself "This isn't over…"

Looking over the crowd of Dragons Ophis took noticed of a few of the stronger ones, of course there was Tiamat who she could instantly recognize as she felt the strongest and had the same description as what she had seen of her online. Pale blue western dragon with celestial blue scales.
'Hard to believe that's an actual color name sometimes.'
Next was of course the Midgardsormr for just how long it was, from the looks of it, it was about half the size of Great red at his full size, though he technically doesn't have a full size since he can change size at will.
And the final one was Fafnir, a golden western dragon who for some reason, lacked wings.
In a flash a blue light Tiamat transformed into her human form, her pale blue hair flowing down her back.
Raising a hand she asked "Can we know why we've been pulled here?"
'Oh yeah.'
Coughing into her hand awkwardly Ophis said "Sorry about that, was a bit distracted."
"I've brought you all here today to make an announcement. You all may have realized already that this world is filled with Dragon energy and for those with extremely keen senses that it is already filled with dragons besides yourselves." Ophis said, her voice echoing across the crowd.
The dragons looked between each other in curiosity some already understanding the situation and others having no clue.
"I've brought almost all dragons from across all the outside realms here, and that is you all. Looking around you may notice that there aren't that many of you, just a few thousand at best." She continued "You all should know why that is but I'll explain for those that don't. First of all, dragons have no realm for themselves, simply residing in the recesses of other races realms like the underworld, the nine realms of the Aesir Gods, and other random spots across the world. This causes you all to not be able to expand as you wish and severely limits where you can and can't go.
Secondly, due to the increased use of politics in the supernatural world dragons can't really move around as you once could before. Alongside some other races still treating dragons as though they are something to be hunted.
It didn't use to be so bad, back before the supernatural world was hidden away from the humans, but of course that's the reality of the situation.
Dragons have slowly dwindled but has stabilized at its current number, however, the current number is far too low." Ophis explained, taking a pause to let everything sink in.
"So, Red and I created this realm just for dragons, where you all can live without having to worry about other factions and their rules." Pausing a little for dramatic effect she continued "You all will be given a dimensional key so you can come and go from wherever you enter from. You can pass along the key to other dragons you may encounter, as I did exclude a few due to their circumstances. Alongside this, you may also let other races into the realm, however, they are not allowed to stay within the realm for more than 30 days. Though, if they can survive the dragon energy in the atmosphere and environment for that long, that would be an achievement on its own."
Stopping her explanation Ophis gave a sign to show that they may now speak.
Instantly voices lit up the clearing, several attempting to ask questions but those were answered with a simple glance. She wasn't going to be answering thousands of questions, everything she explained is all she was going to be saying.
This turned away all questions except one, "Are there any rules we need to follow? Also, no disrespect but why did you two do all this? You've never taken any interest in us before after all." Fafnir spoke up.
"Ah, I'll actually answer that one." Ophis said with a nod "There is only 1 rule I expect everyone to keep, no mindless killing, this includes the dragons that have already spawned within this world. Not all of them have obtained higher intelligence, but many of them though lacking true language do possess intelligence to various degrees. If they attack you or if you attack each other then of course deal with it however you like, but mindless slaughter is forbidden. Otherwise you will be kicked from the realm forever." She answered, this time her face a serious one.
If they decided to just start killing everything and end up causing this to be a waste of time she may just erase them herself. She'll let the dragons of this world propagate and let this world be the only dragons that remain.
Softening her expression she answered the second question "About the second question, this whole thing was mostly my idea and I do admit it is for an ulterior motive but nothing negative for you all. This is simply something to help an acquaintance of mine while also helping the world and dragons as a whole. Take it as us just wanting to."
Looking over at Great Red she saw his completely disinterested expression, clearly not wanting to be involved in explaining anything.
"Hehe." Laughing a little to herself Ophis looked back at Fafnir "Is that satisfactory?"
Nodding he answered back with a simple "Yeah."
*VvvvBOOVM!
Suddenly the sound of a boom Rocked the air, everyone looked up to see a red streak of light barreling through the sky, as quickly as it came it was gone.

Though a rip in space Ophis appeared in Amaterasu's throne room.
"How come your always here?" Ophis said as she walked through the portal, closing it.
"I'm not, you've just always caught me while I am." Amaterasu answered, this time not surprised by Ophis's entrance.
The guards this time didn't react much as they recognized the way she entered.
"Since you're back again, does this mean the dimension is finished?" Amaterasu asked curiously.
Nodding Ophis answered "Yeah, it took a little bit but everything is finished and most dragons across the world have been transported there. Only a few have decided they won't be staying at all."
Amaterasu's eyes widened slightly not actually expecting a yes just yet. She'd assumed it would've just been another favor.
"Truly?" The Sun Goddess asked.
"What, you think I'm lying? There's no use in me doing that. It's not like I'm getting anything out of this outside of my own satisfaction." Ophis said raising and eyebrow at the Goddess.
Stopping to think about it for a moment Amaterasu realized it was true "You never did ask for anything."
"Nope."
Standing from her throne Amaterasu nodded to one of the guards and he quickly left the room.
"I've already informed the fertility Gods and Goddesses about the situation, they've agreed, although it took a bit of convincing. They should be shortly." The Goddess said quickly. Though taken by surprise she was feeling quite good about all this.
"So, how do you plan to go about doing this? Do you plan to make an announcement or do it in secret?" Ophis asked.
"I thought about it for a while and came up with this, firstly, we'll be keeping it secret for the most part, there are too many divine spirits to expect them all not to attempt to rebel. Instead we'll tell most true Gods and Goddesses in the medium and higher levels of power about the entire situation. Using the power of the fertility Gods/Goddesses we'll restrict child birth to less than 5% while applying a spell for them not to question why child birth is much less than before.
We've come to the conclusion that getting rid of it completely would make it so the spell wouldn't be able to hold as they are far too used to child birth being around the same rate as when they were still human."
Nodding along Ophis understood the thought process, "That should be more than good enough."

Hello everyone, this took longer than I was expecting it to gah damn. Writing 3 stories at once may be a torture method for someone like me.
Something I've noticed too is because I write multiple stories at once and it takes a while to upload reader count drops sound then drops then spikes very strangely. It's actually interesting to watch ngl.
Honestly I shouldn't have started 3 at once but genuinely I can't say I regret it since I have fun writing them. (Except Existence because I started it weirdly and I have to fix a whole bunch of stuff. But that's what happens when one improves)
The dragon realm btw will feature many wyverns and dragons from Monster hunter, I think they're cool. Anyone who's interacted with the monster hunter fandom knows exactly what that red streak was, even if you never played the game it came from. I found out about that specific monster from Wattpad. One of my favorites just based off design alone, hopefully they add it to wilds so I can fight it.
Anyways hope you enjoyed and have a nice day or night cya.
