Chapter 91 - The doom war

Chapter 92: The Doom War

The six Daemons surrounded Alien x across the vast universe. Their wills, combined with Dagon's, clashed violently against that of Alien x, causing all of reality around them to start crumbling all around them.

As that happened, Alien x and Dagon left the Plane of Fate, and their powers clashed against each other once again, bringing chaos and destruction everywhere they clashed.

And deep within Alien x, the four personalities were stirring, disturbed by the battle.

"Shit shit shit!" Hugo, with panicked eyes, shouted in horror as he watched what was happening outside.

He was a part of Alien x , deciding how the creature would move and act, which felt very bizarre as humans did not function that way but that was the least of Hugo's worries now.

"It can just do that now?! How?!"

Hugo was in disbelief... He had never encountered an Unholy before, and so he did not know the full extent of its powers... but he also did not expect it to just be able to summon the Daemons themselves, the mysterious terrifying figures that existed long ago in the age of the gods, shrouded by mystery.

There was also the things they had seen within the tapestry of fate... The Forgotten God, the Doom War and countless more ancient history that has been lost to time.

Not to mention the ominous future he saw... It was the future of his world.

But none of that mattered right now. What did matter was the fact that there were six Cursed Titans and an Unholy Terror outside, threatening to destroy them and escape into reality.

"The real Dagon never did anything like this..." Ben said, his voice shaking slightly... It seemed that even the hero of heroes was petrified by such a feat, even if it was a mere replica of the daemons.

Alien x was vast and powerful but the Daemons weren't just any cursed creatures. They were beings that dominated their ranks and possessed unnatural authorities, belonging to their father, the Forgotten God.

And so being wary of them, even though Ben and Hugo were a Divine Titan, was only natural.

"Calm down you two, did you forget that Alien x can do everything that abomination does and more?" Serena said with a smiling face, unbothered by this world ending threat.

Bellicus meanwhile, simply grunted and said:

"Alien x can do anything, you idiots just need to use your brains for a moment!"

Hugo and Ben looked at the two personalities then back at each other...

Anything was a lot of things...

So, can't they just summon their own pack of Daemons to brawl?

No no... Why settle for the daemons when they can unleash a much more terrifying existence?

"I've got an idea," Hugo smiled wickedly, causing Ben to flinch a little. "Let me take control for a moment"

Ben wanted to handle the situation himself, as he was more experienced when it came to using Alien x, but he let Hugo have a go at it.

Back outside, Nether and Mirage were unleashing a relentless assault of true darkness and nothingness. The Daemon of the Underworld's blade, forged from all consuming darkness, was cutting the vast existence that was Alien x, and at the same time, the Daemon of Imagination was using the mist of non-existence to surround Alien x, attempting to seal him like the gods sealed the Void with nothing.

Mirage was not the Primordial Gods, born of Desire and so, she could not finish the job alone. Which is why Weaver, the nebulous Daemon of Fate, was weaving a grand and terrible spell from the tainted strings of fate. The spell was not as vast and imposing as the Nightmare Spell, but one just as harrowing and dreadful. That spell was meant to seal the will of Alien x, rendering the authority of the Divine Titan useless.

For such a dreadful task, the Daemon of Fate needed time, thus they were left on the other side of the universe. Far away from the chaos of the battle.

Ariel, Rime and Hope were not just watching. Instead the three Daemons were channeling their wills together in an attempt to pierce into Alien x's inner realm, and destroy the core of his being, his personalities.

Dagon, on the other hand, was fighting a battle of his own, attempting to wrestle the current world out of Alien x's grasp and attempting to embody the world itself.

It was a catastrophic battle, perhaps the most dangerous and terrifying one since the Doom War, with the nightmare spell shaking violently as it used all of its powers to contains those dreadful beings. To the point that all of the carriers of the nightmare spell in existence could not even use its basic features, such as runes and memory summoning.

Alien x, in the midst of being attacked by Mirage and Nether, simply caught their blades. One made of true darkness, and another of nothing.

And then, he crushed them in his hand, shattering the weapons of the terrifying Daemons.

Before the two could even comprehend what was happening, Alien x's arm glowed with a brilliant white flame, so overwhelming, so pure and so vast that it made the two copies of the Daemons shudder for a brieft moment.

Alien x had manifested [Soul Flame]. Nephis's flames, born from her divine aspect.

Then, he raised his arm causing the entire universe to move with it, and brought it down on Nether's face. Hitting the Daemon of the Underworld with his most dangerous enemy, light, and banishing the true darkness he wielded causing the Daemon to be sent flying through multiple galaxies.

Alien x X then turned his head towards Mirage, looking at her calmly. The Daemon of Imagination shuddered once again and called upon her authority, trying to use alien x's imagination against it by reflecting the Titan's existence in her body...

And she succeeded, however she had made a terrible mistake. Mirage could not contain the imagination of a Divine Titan, not even close, but she could comprehend it. She could see it, feel it and dread from it.

So, within her magnificent glass body, Mirage shattered into millions upon millions of fragments and scattered around the universe but she was not yet destroyed just yet...

Alien x raised both of his arms, and as he did something changed in the darkness within his body. It rippled, then six shapes split apart from his body forming into perfect clones of himself.

The seven Alien x's stood in the vast void of space, then the forms of the six clones rippled once again, beginning to change and transform into something else.

The first clone morphed into a massive shadow, engulfing thousands of galaxies. The suns and the planets across the vast universe were suddenly drained of all their life force, the suns died out, not even exploding but simply ceasing to glow and all life on the planet simply ceased to exist, dying and having their shade absorbed by the terrifying shadow.

Its will split into two, one as formless as shadows and another as deadly as death itself, unleashing a killing intent so deadly that even the original shadow god would be proud by the sight.

That shadow stepped into the Realm of Shadow, teleporting to the other side of the universe, and manifested claws from the depths of the shadow to grab the nebulous Daemon of Fate and drag them into the shadows, where the daemon of lies seemed pitiful and small in comparison to the divine shadow.

The second clone was the opposite of the first one, embodying the authority of life. And thus, it turned into a majestic dragon, with crimson red scales and crimson eyes filled with blood. Its mighty wings spread across the entire universe, and with it, came the blessing of life to the dead planets that had been engulfed by death, restoring their vitality and brining new birth to the world. The magnificent dragon launched at rime, its mighty wings bringing with it hurricanes that shook the entire realm and directed its will upon the daemon of repose.

Then, the third clone became a majestic black wolf, similar to Alien X, filled with numerous stars across its celestial hide. The wolf embodied the concept of beast and the hunt, and it was the most powerful of the clones due to it being in the Realm of Beasts. Its claws could tear the fabric of reality and its mighty teeth could rip apart divine flesh. The dark wolf raced through the universe, using its divine senses to find the scattered pieces of mirage and hunted the Daemon down as if she was a savage animal.

The fourth clone became a giant humanoid angel-like creature with fourteen wings, seven pairs of wings adoring each side of its incandescent body, clad in white hot fire that burned and purified anything it touched. This clone had channeled the authority of Sun God, flapping its pristine wings, and creating a spear of pure divine flames to clash with Hope in the depths of a dying sun. It was only fitting, considering Sun God was the one who imprisoned the original Daemon of Desire.

The fifth clone became a magnificent tree, with invincible dark bark and planet-sized leaves adoring its branchs. The magnificent tree roots's extended through the entire realm, and nearly spread beyond the cage of this nightmare, extending to encompass the entirety of creation, from the depths of the Shadow Realm into the War Realm... But alas, the nightmare spell denied it this glory. Its branches were like a world in and of itself, capable of supporting entire civilizations...

The tree bore golden fruits, produced golden sap and was bathed in Divinity. This clone had channeled the authority of Heart God, and it targeted the Daemon of Dread, Ariel

After all, how could a mere dreadful whisper compare to the divine spectrum of emotions?

The sixth and last clone transformed into a giant whale, one with dark purple flesh, surrounded and hidden by storms and thunder. The whale's body was a living storm of cosmic proportions, its dark hide crackling with lightning that could shatter galaxies, its roar echoing like thunder across the void and its massive form pulling entire star systems into its gravitational pull as it devoured everything in its path.

Wherever the whale swam, water followed, and thus, space itself bent, swallowing the whole universe in an endless ocean. The whale was vast, vaster than all the clones, except for Shadow, and consumed anything it set its sight upon.

With space and stars at its command, the whale swam towards Nether, the Daemon of the Underworld. And their romantic dance, which started between the original Daemon of Darkness and the Goddess of Black Skies eons ago, came to a harrowing end as the youngest Daemon was utterly engulfed in the whale's depths, which had assumed the authority of Storm..

Alien x had channeled the authorities of the seven primordial gods into his clones, a mere fragment of them as a mere Divine Titan could not possibly encompass the might of a Primordial God but thanks to Alien x observing the gods through the great tapestry, and its ability to do anything, it managed to channel that power and wield it to fight the defiled Daemons.

However, even Alien x did not dare to copy the authority of the seventh god...

The Forgotten God, the God of Nightmares, Dreams and Corruption who was slumbering somewhere, waiting to awake and consume all of existence...

If Alien x had tried to channel that being's power... Then he might bring doom to all of reality.

Meanwhile, the main body of Alien x looked upon Dagon. Now that its minions were being dealt with by the divine imitations, it was time to handle the Unholy God, once and for all.

A white pillar rose from Alien x's hands. As it did, the pillar shaped itself into steel, becoming a magnificent silver sword that seemed too advanced to be a mere sword. It was divinely beautiful, vast and ancient.

As that happened, silver armor formed around Alien x's s body, which he did not need of course, giving the Divine Titan the visage of a mighty warrior.

Alien x had summoned Ascalon into existence, manifesting the divine blade of purification to end the reign of this terrifying dark deity.
