Chapter 383 - Chapter 383: Kusu's Evaluation of Zamasu

Beerus was the God of Destruction of Universe 7. Before Gran appeared, his laziness was known to everyone.

Unless absolutely necessary, he would never leave to destroy unqualified planets.

Now that Universe 7 had undergone such tremendous changes, someone must have been clearing out those unqualified worlds.

And other than Gran, Universe 7's God of Destruction candidate, Rumsshi truly couldn't think of anyone else.

"If that's really the case, then Universe 7's foundation must be terrifying."

Gowasu's tone turned solemn.

Rumsshi nodded in agreement.

Even if all the accumulated unqualified planets were destroyed, no matter how many there had been, the increase in Universe 7's Mortal Level should not have exceeded 0.2.

Yet Universe 7 had risen by 0.42.

That meant the improvement wasn't solely due to clearing out unqualified planets. It had to be tied to the universe's own hidden potential as well.

"That damned Beerus already has a disciple like Gran, and now his universe is still improving like this. It's infuriating!"

Every time Rumsshi mentioned Beerus, he gritted his teeth.

Especially now.

Universe 7 didn't even need to undergo punishment, yet it was still actively raising its Mortal Level.

Wasn't that deliberately provoking everyone else?

"Alright."

Gowasu signaled for Zamasu to refill Rumsshi's teacup before speaking.

"Everything we've discussed so far is just speculation. We still don't know the true reason behind Universe 7's transformation. So perhaps..."

Before he could finish—

"You mean we should go to Universe 7 and secretly learn from them?"

Rumsshi blurted out.

"Exactly."

Gowasu rose from his chair and stood upon the grass, gazing toward the distant sky.

"As you said earlier, Lord Rumsshi, if we continue relying solely on the traditional cycle of creation and destruction, there is absolutely no way we'll fulfill Lord Zeno's punishment within ten thousand years."

In the end, time was simply too limited.

And Universe 7's changes had shown him a path forward.

If they could secretly learn even a fraction of Universe 7's methods, perhaps Universe 10 could soar as well.

"That's impossible."

Rumsshi shook his head.

Gowasu turned around.

"Why?"

"Because of my relationship with Beerus. There's no way he'd allow me to sneak in and learn his methods."

Clenching his fist, Rumsshi sighed.

"The moment I enter Universe 7, he'll probably show up immediately."

The expression on Gowasu's face stiffened before he let out a bitter laugh.

That was true.

Among all the universes under Zeno's rule, Beerus practically had no friends.

In the past, including Champa, nearly every God of Destruction disliked him.

Likewise, Beerus disliked nearly all of them.

How could he possibly allow people he hated to steal the methods he used to improve his universe?

The Supreme Kai World fell silent.

Rumsshi's face was filled with unwillingness.

Meanwhile, Gowasu frowned deeply, trying to think of a solution.

"What if..."

At that moment, Zamasu suddenly spoke.

His voice instantly drew the attention of both Gowasu and Rumsshi.

"Zamasu, what are you thinking?" Gowasu asked.

"You have an idea?" Rumsshi frowned.

Bowing respectfully, Zamasu replied:

"Lord Gowasu, Lord Rumsshi, what if you sent me to Universe 7 to learn their methods instead?"

Zamasu lowered his head slightly, his manners impeccable.

"Send you?"

Both Rumsshi and Gowasu widened their eyes.

"Yes."

Zamasu explained:

"Ever since watching the God of Destruction Candidate Battle Royale five years ago, I have regarded Lord Gran as my idol."

"Since Lord Rumsshi cannot personally travel to Universe 7, you could send me instead."

"I have no grudges with Lord Beerus or the others. If I visit under the pretense of meeting my idol, they likely won't suspect my true purpose."

As he spoke, his eyes burned with enthusiasm, as though Gran truly was the person he admired most.

Hearing this, Rumsshi didn't find anything strange.

After all, Gran really was an extraordinary existence.

If not for the difference in seniority, Rumsshi felt he might have worshipped Gran himself.

After thinking for a moment, Gowasu nodded.

"Lord Rumsshi, this might actually work."

As Zamasu's teacher, Gowasu also saw nothing unusual in his words.

Admiring Gran was perfectly normal.

After all, among the gods, who didn't know of Gran?

And who didn't respect him?

"I can't think of a better solution at the moment. Since even you agree, then we'll let Zamasu go. However..."

Rumsshi paused before shifting his gaze toward the muscular man standing nearby.

Primo.

Universe 10's God of Destruction candidate.

Back during the God of Destruction Candidate Battle Royale, Gran had killed him.

Fortunately, Gran had not erased him with Destruction Energy.

That was why Kusu had been able to revive him afterward.

"Still, your strength is rather lacking. If you run into danger, it could become troublesome."

Rumsshi continued:

"It would be better if Primo accompanied you. He can protect you."

"Primo?"

Zamasu's gaze shifted toward the muscular warrior.

A trace of coldness flashed through his eyes before disappearing instantly.

"Lord Rumsshi is right. Having Primo accompany me would certainly make things safer."

"Then it's settled!"

Rumsshi laughed cheerfully and glanced toward the little angel beside him.

Kusu had been quietly observing Zamasu all this time.

Noticing Rumsshi's gaze, she waved her staff.

A Universe Travel Cube immediately materialized upon the grass.

"This is a Universe Travel Cube. With it, you can reach Universe 7 very quickly."

Walking over to Zamasu, Rumsshi patted him on the shoulder.

Gowasu also looked at him encouragingly.

"The fate of Universe 10 rests in your hands."

"Please don't worry, Lord Gowasu, Lord Rumsshi. Leave everything to me."

After giving a respectful bow, Zamasu entered the Universe Travel Cube together with Primo.

Under Zamasu's control, the purple cube shot into the sky and quickly disappeared from the Supreme Kai World.

Only Gowasu, Rumsshi, and the little angel Kusu remained.

"That fellow..."

Kusu stared at the spot where Zamasu had vanished and murmured softly.

Hearing her words, Gowasu turned curiously.

"Miss Kusu, is something wrong with Zamasu?"

Kusu narrowed her eyes slightly.

Her tone became strangely subtle.

"I find Zamasu rather unusual."

"There is something incredibly firm about his heart."
