"You really did switch the medication!"
Summer Lowell pushed him away, anger showing on her face.
Seeing that she was truly upset, Maxim Sinclair wiped the smile off his face: "Are you blaming me?"
"No," Summer immediately shook her head and, after a moment, sighed wearily, "I was just saying, ever since I started taking this medication, you've been a bit crazy all of a sudden. I couldn't figure out why, but now I get it. You kept it hidden, but inside you were holding a grudge!"
Maxim didn't quite believe her. He leaned in and cupped Summer's face: "Are you really not angry? Because you seem angry to me."
Summer looked at him helplessly, her delicate brows slightly furrowed: "You want me to throw a tantrum at you?"
"Of course not," Maxim quickly shook his head, then softened his tone, "We agreed, no matter what happens in the future, we should lay it all out and not hide anything. We've gone through so much to be together, I can't handle any more setbacks."
