Hearing this everyone was dumbfounded and even Kizaru are sweating. From what they know, there wasn't a single technology in this world that can extract the devil fruit from other person from their body, even for vegapunk that brilliant mind can only extract the essence before copy that devil fruit.

"That's impossible," Aokiji Admiral snapped, fists slamming onto the table. His voice cracked between anger and disbelief. "Devil Fruits don't just disappear!"
Garp stumbled on his chair, arms crossed and his face become gloomy.
Tsuru finally exhaled slowly, like someone accepting a grim truth.
Sengoku jaw tightened and the other marines inside the room looked uneasy with this news.
Tsuru looked at the report, then at the room. "If this Jack possesses technology… or an ability… that interferes with Devil Fruit lineage factors, then stripping a power might be possible."
The second Admiral shook his head violently. "That means every Devil Fruit user in the world is at risk!"
"Yes," Tsuru replied, voice steady. "That is exactly what it means."
The room temperature seemed to drop.
Sengoku turned toward Garp. "You met him, you fought him, tell us everything that you might forgot about him."
Garp gaze stayed on the floor for a moment. When he spoke, his voice was rough. "I can feel that he was different Sengoku, he become Pirates because of Justice and he believed only Luffy pirate crew can bring justice to this world, that is what I concluded after meeting him. ."
"That doesn't answer the question," Sengoku pressed.
Garp eyes lifted. "Before we went out with our way, he said the era of Tyrant and enslaving other people is outdated," Garp said. "He will bring the real peace on this world."
Kizaru Admiral laughed bitterly. "How scary that man."
"If word of this spreads, pirates will hunt fruit users. Governments will panic, the balance of power..." added Aokiji before paused because he still remembered the memory of they genocide the whole people on the island.
"Will shatter," Tsuru finished.
Sengoku slammed his palm on the table.
Garp told them more about what he think of Jack. "There's more."
Everyone looked at him.
"He didn't hate us," Garp said. "Not like most pirates do."
Sengoku frowned. "What do you mean?"
"He treated it like war, one of his strategy and sending a message to us," Garp replied. "Stripping Sakazuki's power… that wasn't just cruelty it was part of his strategy."
Tsuru nodded slowly. "It was psychological warfare."
"Yes," Sengoku said. "He wanted us afraid."

It wasn't just Marine who received a report, even World Government especially Imu and his Gorosei also just received a report from intelligence officer.
Deep within the castle in Mary Geoise, the Five Elders stood in semicircle.
Before them, the empty throne cast a long shadow.
And upon that throne sat Imu, the air felt suffocating.
Saint Jaygarcia Saturn lowered the intelligence report tablet slowly, though his fingers trembled almost imperceptibly.
"It has been verified," Saturn said quietly. "Admiral Sakazuki Devil Fruit has been completely removed. However… the lingering effects remain. His body is still weakened by Seastone."
Silence spread that if the pin drop they all could hear it.
A faint pressure filled the room, The Gorosei could feel it, the anger radiating from the throne.
Saint Marcus Mars adjusted his glasses. "Even Vegapunk could only replicate the essence of a Devil Fruit… never extract it entirely from a living host."
Saint Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro struck his cane sharply against the marble floor. "Then this Jack F. Corrie possesses something beyond science."
"Or beyond our understanding," murmured Saint Topman Warcury, his voice unusually low.
The final Elder, Saint Shepherd Ju Peter, exhaled slowly. "If such an ability spreads… the very foundation of our rule collapses."
Saturn's jaw tightened. "The Navy's greatest weapon has been neutralized without killing him. That is not rebellion."
He looked toward the throne. "That is a demonstration."
A long pause followed.
Then Imu spoke.
"Fear."
The single word echoed, Instantly, all five Elders lowered their heads.
"He wants us to fear him," Imu continued softly. "Stripping Sakazuki power was not vengeance, It was a declaration against thy rules."
Mars swallowed. "What are your orders, Imu sama?"
Imu gaze shifted slightly, though their eyes remained hidden in shadow.
"This man is too dangerous to be left Alive" Imu said. "Men who possessed not just power but also technology."
Warcury nodded stiffly. "He claims the era of tyrants is outdated."
"Then he aims to erase us," Ju Peter whispered.
"No one can oppose Imu rules," Imu become enraged. "Imu is the king of the world."
Nusjuro grip tightened around his sword. "If he can remove Devil Fruits… then sending Admiral without a proper army would just freely gave them devil fruit."
Imu presence grew colder.
"Find," Imu commanded. "Find his weakness and whatever can be used against him, especially find his village so Imu can turn him into our allies."
At this time Imu actually is scared with Jack because of the power that can deal with his branded tattoo, the instant regeneration scared imu so much.
There was no way, Imu would let his people to attack him and strengthen the enemy group.
