Elisa couldn't believe her ears. If she was still in her body—as someone who only saw the good in people—she would have agreed immediately.
"My head hurts but my memories are still intact." she replied firmly.
"I understand, " Ethan replied calmly. The way he said it though told Elisa he was only agreeing with her so she would stop arguing.
Even though she wanted to counter, she calmed herself and instead asked "have you checked the footage?"
"Yes. But if you want, when we go home, I'll show it to you"
"Okay" Elisa replied but she was itching inside. She couldn't wait to go back and see the footage.
"Okay. Can you process my discharge please? Bring in the hospital is sickening "
Since she entered this body, she has been frequenting the hospital a lot and she didn't like it. She hated hospitals. It has this weird smell attached to it that makes her want to throw up sometimes.
