Everyone nodded. That situation was unpredictable.
Both sides were cosmic-level beings (Heavenly Father-tier)—far beyond anything they could handle.
However, what surprised everyone was that even after Asgard was destroyed and Ragnarok had come to pass, the video still hadn't ended.
Inside the spaceship, Thor looked at his missing eye.
In the mirror behind him, Loki appeared.
Loki looked at his brother and said,"You deserve it."
Thor finally relaxed a little and replied,"Sometimes I think maybe you're not so bad… brother."
Loki smiled faintly."That's not certain."
"Thank you. If you were really here, I'd hug you," Thor said.
He casually tossed something behind him—only for Loki to catch it.
"I am here," Loki replied.
Soon after, under everyone's gaze, Thor walked to the center of the ship and sat on the throne—symbolizing his coronation as the new King of Asgard.
"So, King of Asgard, where do we go next?" Heimdall asked.
Thor thought for a moment."I'm not sure. Any suggestions?"
Everyone waited for his decision.
After a pause, Thor said:
"Earth."
Outside the scene, Thor nodded slightly.
Indeed, Earth was the most logical choice.
Asgard's army had been nearly wiped out by Hela's undead forces. Only the elderly, women, and children remained. They couldn't survive in the other realms—but Earth, relatively weaker, was suitable.
But the video still didn't end.
As the ship moved forward, Thor and Loki stood at the bow, gazing at the vast universe.
Loki asked,"Do you really think going to Earth is a good idea?"
"Yes," Thor replied firmly.
It was the only place he could think of that would take them in.
"Besides," Thor added confidently,"people on Earth love me. I'm very popular."
Loki was speechless.
"Let me be clearer," Loki said."Do you really think bringing me back to Earth is a good idea?"
He knew very well—Earth had not forgotten what he had done.
To Earth, Loki wasn't a savior. He was a villain responsible for countless deaths.
"Maybe not," Thor admitted."But I'm not worried, brother. I think everything will work out."
But just as he finished speaking—
A massive warship suddenly appeared in front of their refugee vessel.
Everyone outside the scene gasped.
"Thanos!" Tony Stark blurted out.
He recognized that ship instantly.
It was the same ship from the final battle—when Thanos' army descended.
He had even had nightmares about it.
At that moment, everyone felt the same thing:
The fear of Thanos.
Only now did they truly understand what Lin Feng meant—
Facing Hela was already terrifying.Facing Thanos as well? That was absolute despair.
If you also counted Surtur, then there were three cosmic-level threats in succession.
There was no way to win.
The massive warship loomed over the small Asgardian refugee ship, triggering pure fear.

Then came a distress signal:
"This is the Asgardian refugee vessel… we are under attack…""Engines destroyed… life support failing…""Requesting immediate assistance…""We are civilians… not a warship…"
The scene showed Thanos' forces attacking.
The refugee ship had shields—but it wasn't built for combat.
They were quickly overwhelmed.
Thor's face darkened.
Even at full strength, Asgard would struggle—let alone now.
Then came the aftermath:
Bodies scattered across wreckage.
Heimdall lay dying.
Even without showing the full battle, it was clear—
It was a massacre.
Most Asgardians weren't true gods.
Only a few possessed divine power.
The rest were merely stronger-than-human beings—not capable of surviving space.
"Listen… all of you… rejoice!"
A voice echoed.
"This is your greatest honor!""To be saved by the great Titan!"
"You may feel pain—but this is salvation!""The balance of the universe is maintained through your sacrifice!"
"Smile! Even in death—you belong to Thanos!"
The speaker was Ebony Maw, one of Thanos' Black Order.
Then—
The camera shifted.
Loki appeared.
Everyone was shocked.
Did Loki betray them again?
Tony couldn't help but say,"I knew I couldn't trust him."
Thor's eyes filled with disappointment.
Just moments ago, things had felt hopeful.
Now—
Then, Thanos himself appeared.
"I know what it's like to lose," he said coldly.
"To feel so desperate… even when you did nothing wrong."
He grabbed someone from the ground—
Thor.
The once-proud God of Thunder now looked like a broken man.
Helpless.
"Fear is inevitable," Thanos continued."But what use is fear?"
"You cannot escape destiny."
"And now… destiny has arrived."
"Or rather—I am your destiny."
On his hand was the Infinity Gauntlet, glowing with the Power Stone.
Thor, barely conscious, still resisted.
"You talk too much…"
Thanos raised him slightly and said calmly:
"Your brother's head…or the Tesseract?"
