After Sakura and Sakuyo Mikage returned, they temporarily resumed their normal lives, and both told people close to them about the Assembly.
For example, Sakura informed Kero and Tomoyo, while Sakuyo told Momoko. Both of them were considering returning to the Assembly later to learn more about what being a hunter meant.
But… both girls soon encountered small problems in their daily lives.

"Felyne, when are the last two new recruits arriving?" Kairo asked, concerned.
He was told the remaining two would arrive within three days.
"I was dead… wasn't I?" Mamika sat nearby, visibly confused.
She remembered going to speak with Altair, getting attacked by her, and dying in her companions' arms.
But now she was neither back in her original world nor in the Creator World… She had woken up surrounded by a bunch of oddly dressed people—and a black-haired girl in a school uniform tending to her.
Then they brought her to this canteen and said that two other girls would arrive soon…
Afterward, Mamika had listened to a whole slew of explanations about hunters and Frenzy Virus, gradually coming to understand her situation.
"Can I still go back and help!?" she asked urgently. "But what even is this Frenzy Virus?"
As Mamika panicked, Sakura and Sakuyo arrived at the Assembly. Seeing the solemn mood, both were confused and concerned.

She glanced at the profiles of the other three magical girls.

Each one more overwhelming than the last.
At this point, Sakuyo felt like her transformation into a musclebound man was actually one of the more normal magical girl tropes.
"Don't worry. We won't ignore things beyond the Frenzy Virus." Himmel smiled. "It's a hero's duty."
"Hero?" Sakura blinked.
Then Kairo clapped his hands. "You're damn right! Our Assembly's overflowing with big-name titles!"
"The Shield Hero—Naofumi Iwatani!"
"The man who defeated the Pillar Men and saved the world—Joseph Joestar!"
"The one who slew the Demon King who had killed for a thousand years—Tanjiro!"
"The true hero who defeated the Demon King decades ago with his companions—Himmel!"
"And the Demon King who stopped a catastrophe and tamed a demon—Laios!"
"Each more badass than the last!"
"Wait, why are a hero and a Demon King in the same Assembly!?" Sakuyo yelled, wide-eyed. "And why did the Demon King save the world!?"
