Even in her loli form, Kaima's aura while commanding a Blue-Eyes was in no way inferior to Kaiba's. Her small hand flung out another card.
"Quick-Play Spell—Silver's Cry, activate!"

"Revive from the Graveyard and show your pure and noble white radiance—Blue-Eyes White Dragon!"
She had sent Blue-Eyes White Dragon to the Graveyard as Ritual material—only to revive it immediately with Silver's Cry, pushing her going-second combo to full throttle.

Judging by the field alone, in the very first turn of this Blue-Eyes mirror match, Kaima's side was undeniably more spectacular.
She had even pushed Kaiba straight into lethal range.
"Battle! Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon—Blue-Eyes White Dragon!"
She declared her attack. Chaos MAX Dragon tore through the Blue-Eyes mirror match's defenses—4000 Attack overpowering Alternative White Dragon's 3000.
"MAXIMUM CHAOS BURST!!"
With a blast of chaotic power, Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon shattered instantly—granting Kaima the first strike.

And Kaiba's remaining 3000 Life Points sat perfectly within range of Kaima's revived Blue-Eyes White Dragon's 3000 Attack.
"Be erased by the radiance of the White Dragon—Burst Stream of Destruction!"
Kaiba raised his arm, the AR Duel Disk glowing, and flipped his Set card.
"I won't let you! Quick-Play Spell—Majesty with Eyes of Blue, activate!"

The released blue radiance halted the attack—not Chaos MAX Dragon's, since it cannot be targeted—but the attack of the normal Blue-Eyes.
"I send Blue-Eyes White Dragon from my Deck to the Graveyard—Majesty with Eyes of Blue seals your Blue-Eyes White Dragon from attacking!"
Using a Blue-Eyes to seal a Blue-Eyes—the clashing dragon souls collided, successfully sparing Kaiba from instant defeat.
"Tch!"
Annoyed, Kaima clicked her tongue and recalled her Blue-Eyes, which could no longer attack.
"I end my turn!"
She took one last look at her hand. No further cards to Set, and ended cleanly.
Dark Aisha was ecstatic. "Looks like Kaima has the advantage, Miles!"
Chi was equally shocked. "I didn't think President Kaiba could get pressured this hard. Truly… the only thing that can suppress a Blue-Eyes is another Blue-Eyes!"
Miles didn't comment. Instead, he turned his gaze toward the Blue-Eyes girl only he seemed able to see, her expression still troubled.
Tilting her head, she pouted. "See? No matter how fierce they fight, it doesn't matter… Seto and Seth could never have a decisive winner."
Turn passed.
"Hmph. Is that all? My turn—draw!"
Despite taking a direct blast from Chaos MAX Dragon, Kaiba maintained his usual stubborn bravado as the AR Duel Disk flashed and drew a card.
"The one who will face true annihilation will be YOU!"
With a flick of his wrist, the projected card materialized in midair. Kaiba adjusted the AR display over his right eye, activating his own Ritual Spell.
"Ritual Spell—Advanced Ritual Art, activate!"
[Send Normal Monsters from your hand whose total Levels equal the Ritual Monster's Level; Ritual Summon 1 Ritual Monster from your Deck. The monster Special Summoned by this effect returns to the Deck during your opponent's End Phase.]
He held a known card in hand—Blue-Eyes White Dragon, revealed earlier for summoning Alternative.
"I release Blue-Eyes White Dragon in my hand as Ritual material—Ritual Summon!"
Eight stars embedded themselves into the Deck as Kaiba opened a new gate of chaos.
"Between the light and the darkness—Blue-Eyes, transform into the chaos that shatters all! Ritual Summon—Blue-Eyes Chaos Dragon!"

Miles gazed upward. "Blue-Eyes Chaos Dragon versus Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon…"
Both dragons were overwhelmingly cool—just as Miles had said earlier. A Blue-Eyes mirror match was impossible to predict.
"In raw Attack Power, Chaos MAX has 4000!" Kaima reminded.
Kaiba countered immediately: "But on the turn it attacks—Chaos Dragon is stronger! Reverse everything! This is the power born from the union of light and darkness!"

Chaos Dragon didn't have Chaos MAX's 4000 ATK or double piercing—but it possessed something of equal terror:
Turning every opponent's monster into a worthless weakling, then crushing them with unstoppable piercing damage.

Chaos pierced through chaos. The 3000 Attack of Blue-Eyes Chaos Dragon broke through the 0 Defense of Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon.

The immense shockwave sent little Kaima flying backward.
"Hahahahaha!" Kaiba threw his head back in laughter. "A third-rate duelist, no matter how first-rate the Deck, can never defeat my invincible Blue-Eyes!"
Going from his usual "three to four" to a rare "three to one," it seemed even Kaiba's insults would never demean a Blue-Eyes Deck.
"Shut up! And watch closely!"
Kaima shouted back, forcing herself up from the ground, lifting her hand high as radiant light engulfed her.
"Pure white power born from the endless depths of time, spread your wings that tremble in the echo of souls, and appear from the abyssal blue—Deep-Eyes White Dragon!!"
Dimensional space shattered like glass behind her, overflowing with pure white power from the azure abyss. Deep-Eyes White Dragon burst forth, shaking its magnificent wings.
"Deep-Eyes White Dragon?" Kaiba's gaze faltered for the briefest moment—clearly, he understood the overwhelming power of this monster.
Kaima pointed to the sky. "When Deep-Eyes White Dragon appears—you will suffer the wrath of every Dragon in the Graveyards!"

Kaiba's Graveyard held two Blue-Eyes White Dragons and one Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon. Kaima's Graveyard held Chaos MAX Dragon.
Four dragon silhouettes gathered in Deep-Eyes' radiant circular wings, converging into a massive blast.
"Total damage—4 × 600 = 2400! Take this!—Abyssal Blue-Eyes Impact!"

In this relentless Blue-Eyes duel, Kaima was blasted away moments earlier—only to counterattack with Deep-Eyes and blow Kaiba back in return.
It was only the third turn, yet both sides' Life Points had dropped below 1000.
"Such an intense battle," Aisha murmured.
"Kaima really does have the advantage now," Miles added.
Deep-Eyes White Dragon, dealing damage based on the total Dragons in the Graveyards, was absurdly powerful in a Blue-Eyes mirror match.
Had there been even one more Dragon in either Graveyard, Kaiba would have been instantly defeated by Deep-Eyes' summon effect.
Even without the kill, Deep-Eyes now held the superior Attack Power.
"Deep-Eyes White Dragon inherits the highest Attack of any Dragon in the Graveyard! Let Deep-Eyes' Attack become equal to Chaos MAX—4000!"

Deep-Eyes now stood at 4000 Attack. Chaos Dragon had only 3000. With Kaiba reduced to 600 LP, he couldn't possibly survive a direct hit.
"I Set two cards—turn end!"
Even so, Kaiba rose again, dragging virtual cards across his AR Duel Disk with unwavering focus.
"My turn! draw!"
Kaiba barked, "This farce ends now!"
As Kaima drew, Kaiba immediately flipped one of his Set cards.
"Trap Card—Last Turn! Activate!"
