When the group was on the other side, they saw a tunnel-like structure with a catwalk-like floor before crouching and walking forward. After Michelle was on the other side, she stood up before going through the small gap on the right.
When Michelle turned left, an Outimal with orange fur sticking out of it saw Glowby's light, which made them run away while making pained noises.
When Michelle stepped forward a bit and turned Glowby to the right, the light shone on an Outimal with yellow fur sticking out of it; they made pained noises before going through the hole. After the group caught up with Michelle, they walked forward.
After Michelle went through the other gap, she aimed Glowby's light to the right, revealing an Outimal with blue skin and red fur sticking out of it; it made pained noises before going through a hole.
After some of the larger toys moved some debris away from the pathway, they walked forward until they stood before a door on the left.
After Kevin opened the door, the group entered a room with stairs, a few pallets, red barrels, house-like structures, and two doors: one on the other side of the room, and the other on their left side with a red light above it.
Michelle looked at the door on the left. "That room... that should be where the key is," she said before the couple approached it.
When the couple was close to the door, Kevin opened it; soon after, they saw the key hanging on the pegboard. "Awesome, but uh..." Michelle said before looking at Glowby with a sweatdrop. "Without a right arm, I can't really hold two things at once."
Kevin hummed a bit before looking at Glowby. "I think these things have magnets on their backs," he said.
Michelle nodded as she held Glowby out to Kevin, which made him carefully grab them, before turning her left arm around.
When Kevin brought Glowby close to the yellow part of the prosthetic, the magnet on the back connected to it, which made Michelle smile. "Nice," she said before lowering her arm and walking forward.
Michelle stood before the pegboard and grabbed the key before approaching the opening. "Now we can move forward," she continued before the couple left the room.
When the group approached the door on the opposite side, Michelle put the key in the lock and twisted it, which unlocked the door before she opened it.
After the group entered the room, they approached the door on the right; after Michelle opened it, they saw another door on the left before entering the room.
When the group was close to the door, Michelle put the key in the lock and twisted it, which unlocked the door before she opened it. After the larger toys cleared the debris away, the group went through the tunnel-like structure before they stood up and approached the door.
Michelle put the key in the lock and twisted it, which unlocked the door. When Michelle opened the door, the group saw the elevator room. "We're back where we started," Bunzo Bunny said.
Michelle looked at the red door. "This key should unlock the red door," she said before the group approached it.
When the group was close to the red door, Michelle put the key in the lock before twisting it, which unlocked the door before she opened it.
As the group walked forward, they heard small growls. "Put a hole in their necks and bring them to the boilers for Bron," an Outimal said.
PJ Pug-A-Pillar, Yarnaby, and Pianosaurus looked around, growling, which made Michelle look at them before turning her head to the rest of the group. "Everyone, stay close," she said.
The group nodded before they walked forward; a few of the smaller toys looked around, scared. A Mini Bobby BearHug looked around the area, trembling, until they tripped on a small rock and fell to the ground.
As the Mini Bobby BearHug sat up, an Outimal came out of hiding and grabbed them, which made them scream. The group looked at the duo, shocked, as the Outimal dragged the Mini Bobby BearHug away. "Izzy!" DogDay shouted before they sprinted in their direction.
When the group was close to the crematorium ovens, the Outimal tried to put Izzy inside one of them. "Get off— HEY, GET OFF," a male voice said, which surprised them.
When the Outimal turned their head to the back, they got electrocuted, which made them scream and run away.
The group looked at the source and saw a chihuahua-like toy with an orange-brown color tone, with an eye with a magenta pupil shaped like a four-petaled flower and a black iris, square-shaped teeth, and brown fur sticking out of it.
The toy wore an eyepatch on its right eye and a frock coat with a large Huggy Wuggy pin on it, holding a cane with a baseball on the top, two probes at the bottom, and a battery on its back.
Most of the group's eyes widened as the chihuahua-like toy looked at Izzy. "You OK?" he asked.
Izzy looked at the chihuahua-like toy, slightly trembling, before nodding, which made him sigh in relief. "That's good..." he continued. "You wouldn't want to be Bron's next meal."
Kevin recognized the voice before staring at the chihuahua-like toy, shocked. "Hang on, that voice..." he said before stepping forward. "Giblet? Is that you?"
Giblet's ears raised up before turning his head in Kevin's direction. "Kevin? It is you," he said. "I thought I heard some familiar voices."
As Katelynn approached Kevin, Giblet looked at her, surprised. "Suzy?" he asked.
Katelynn smiled and made a peace sign with her right hand. "You can call me that, or you can call me Katie," she said.
Giblet smiled. "You got your memories back, that's—" he stopped midsentence when he saw Huggy Wuggy, Mommy Long Legs, CatNap, and Yarnaby behind the siblings, which made his left eye widen. "Holy shit!!"
As Giblet quickly turned away, Michelle looked at him. "It's alright, they aren't gonna hurt you," she said, which made him stop.
When Giblet turned to Michelle, he noticed her gentle smile. "They're with me," she continued.
Michelle approached Izzy and kneeled before her. "Here, let's get you back on your feet," she said before holding her hand out to her.
Giblet stared at Michelle as Izzy placed her paw in her hand before she gently held it and lifted her a bit. Soon after, Michelle placed Izzy back on her feet. "There we go," she continued.
Izzy had happy eyes before wrapping her arms around Michelle's right side. "Thank you, Misha," she said.
Giblet stared at Michelle, shocked, as she smiled and petted Izzy's head. "It was my pleasure," she said.
Giblet walked with his cane toward Michelle. "It's you," he said.
Michelle looked at Giblet, confused, as Izzy let go of her. "You're the human everyone has been talking about," he continued. "The one who calmed Huggy's and Mommy's frenzy. The one who gave the cat a new purpose."
Giblet slightly grinned at Kevin. "The one a certain dough person has a huge crush on," he continued, which made him glare at him with a slight growl.
Giblet looked at Michelle. "Down here, they're calling you 'Playtime's Hero'..." he said.
Michelle flinched a bit with a sweatdrop. "I don't need a title like that..." she said before holding her left hand out. "My actual name is Michelle Mercia, but you can call me Misha if you'd like. Giblet was your name?"
Giblet nodded as he placed his hand in Michelle's before they shook. "It's nice to make your acquaintance, Misha," he said.
After the duo let go, Giblet looked at the group. "You definitely live up to your reputation, but... why are all of you down here?" he asked before looking at Michelle with droopy ears. "I mean, wasn't Poppy...?"
The group remained silent until Michelle stood up. "She was with us, but she and Kissy lured the Prototype's hunters away from us..." she said before looking down with a slight frown. "Now we have no idea where they are..."
Kevin sternly looked at Giblet. "Now it's our turn to ask," he said before pointing at him. "What the hell happened to you?"
Giblet looked at Kevin before looking at himself. "Oh, this..." he said before looking down. "The Prototype got me, and well..."
Giblet frowned a bit, and his ears drooped. "I got turned inside out..." he continued.
The group remained silent as Giblet looked at them. "And I've heard about what happened to Safe Haven..." he said. "Sorry about losing your home..."
The group heard noises, which surprised them and made them look around. "We can't stay here," Giblet continued before looking at them. "I got a place; just follow me."
The group nodded as Giblet walked forward, which made them follow. Giblet turned his head to the group. "Was she really planning on blowing this place up?" he asked.
Michelle nodded. "Unfortunately, she was..." she said.
Giblet sighed. "That girl's heart's always been in the right place, but she's been behind glass for too long," he said.
Kevin chuckled a bit. "Took the words right out of my mouth," he said.
Kevin placed his hand on top of Michelle's head, which made her look at him. "And even though Safe Haven is gone, Misha's group and Safe Haven's residents are still alive thanks to her intuition," he continued. "And thanks to her part of the plan, we exposed Ollie as the Prototype."
Giblet looked at Michelle, shocked. "Damn, the rumors about you being an intelligent kid were no joke," he said before looking forward. "I wish I had the same intelligence when I was that young."
Michelle tilted her head a bit, confused, until Kevin looked at her. "Giblet is actually two years older than Matthew," he said.
Michelle looked at Kevin, surprised. "Really?" she asked rhetorically before looking at Giblet. "With your maturity, I figured you'd be a lot older."
Giblet chuckled a bit and looked at Michelle. "Well, aren't you a smooth talker?" he asked rhetorically.
After a few of the larger toys moved some pallets and bed frames away, Giblet opened a large vent grille. "This way, c'mon," he continued before entering it, which made the others crouch before following him.
As the group entered a large room, they heard clanking inside the room, which shocked them, as a bit of Red Smoke emerged inside the room. "No, no no no..." Giblet said, lowly, with his ears drooped. "He wouldn't come down here."
Giblet looked at Michelle's group. "Find places to hide," he continued.
The group nodded before they started splitting into different hiding spots. Michelle, Kevin, Katelynn, and Bunzo Bunny hid inside a house-like structure made out of pallets and a tarp for a roof as more Red Smoke filled the room; they heard the metal clanking get louder.
Soon after, Michelle saw metal spider-like legs with muscles connected to them enter the room, which made her eyes widen. The Prototype... she thought.
Bunzo Bunny held the base of Michelle's broken prosthetic, terrified, as the Prototype walked forward a bit.
Soon after, the small group saw the tips of the Prototype's fingers at the opening, which made Michelle and Bunzo Bunny quietly back away, while Kevin and Katelynn took fighting stances; before his fingers entered the tent, they heard a noise, which surprised them.
The group turned their head to the source and saw an Outimal with orange fur sticking out of it inside the tent, staring at the Prototype, terrified. When the Outimal attempted to run away, one of the Prototype's legs stabbed it, which made the small group flinch.
As Bunzo Bunny opened his mouth, Michelle covered it with her hand, and they looked away before the Prototype stabbed the Outimal with his fingers.
The Prototype picked up the corpse as noises came off him before walking away, and the Red Smoke began to dissipate. Michelle looked at Katelynn, which made her nod and grab Bunzo Bunny before she looked forward.
When Michelle took a step forward, one of the Prototype's legs slammed near the entrance, which made her quickly back away, before walking away. When the Red Smoke cleared, Giblet poked his head out of his hiding spot before standing up.
When the others got out of their hiding spots, Giblet sighed a bit. "He doesn't usually come down here," he said before looking at Michelle. "You guys must'a really pissed him off."
Michelle chuckled a bit. "What can I say? I'm a natural at pissing people off," she said.
Giblet looked around before gesturing to the right. "This way," he said before walking forward, which made the group follow.
Soon after, the group saw a large open vent in the corner; as Giblet entered, Michelle looked at the group. "Let the smaller toys go in first; then we'll follow behind," she said.
The group nodded as the smaller toys entered the vent. When all of the smaller toys were inside, Kevin looked at Michelle. "You're up," he said.
Michelle nodded. "Right," she said before crouching and entering the vent, which made the rest of the group follow.
