The Avengers started hitting Hydra bases one by one. They moved carefully and quickly, striking at hidden locations across the country in what they called as Mission: Culling Hydra.
The team had planned these attacks together after learning about Hydra's deep infiltration into SHIELD. They did not attack any of the bases that were under SHIELD because that would make it known to Hydra that the Avengers knew they were hiding themselves in SHIELD.
And that would mean they would try to stay low or disappear which Avengers did not want.
They wanted to end Hydra once and for all and that meant killing all their leaders. Kakashi's plan was to make the higher ups of Hydra make mistakes and make themselves known.
He still did not know who all were Hydra leaders and to get to them he needed to make them first panic. And for that they hit their supply bases or safehouses.
The strategy was working slowly but surely as reports came in about increased activity and confusion within the hidden organisation.

Natasha and Clint attacked one base located in an old warehouse on the outskirts of New York.
Natasha climbed up the side of the building using chakra walking while Clint found a good vantage point on a nearby roof.
"I have eyes on three guards at the entrance. They look armed," Clint whispered through the comms.
Natasha replied softly, "Take them out quietly. I will handle the ones inside."
Clint fired two arrows that knocked out the guards without making much noise. The arrows had special tips that delivered a strong sedative. Natasha dropped down from above and took out another guard with a quick strike to the neck.
Inside the warehouse, they found crates filled with weapons and strange technology. "This looks like advanced stuff. Hydra is clearly preparing for something big," Natasha said as she checked one of the boxes.
Clint nodded while placing small explosives on key points. "Yeah, and we are going to make sure they do not get to use it. Cover me while I set these."
They moved deeper into the base, taking out more guards with silent efficiency. One guard almost raised an alarm but Clint shot an arrow that pinned his hand to the wall before he could press the button.
"Nice shot," Natasha said with a small smile. They finished planting the charges and left the building just as the explosives went off in a controlled blast that destroyed the supplies without harming nearby civilians.
"One less base for them," Clint said as they disappeared into the night.

Cap and Hulk attacked one base hidden in an old factory. Steve led the way with his shield ready while Bruce stayed calm as long as possible.
"We go in fast and hard but try not to destroy everything. We need information from this place," Cap said as they approached the entrance.
Bruce turned into hulk who suprisingly nodded at trying to control his strength.
"Hulk smash bad guys but not building. Hulk promise." They broke through the main gate together. Guards came running but Cap threw his shield with perfect aim, knocking several of them out in one throw.
Hulk grabbed two guards gently and knocked their heads together softly. "Bad men sleep now," he said in his deep voice.
Inside the factory, they found labs with strange experiments. "These look like attempts to make more super soldiers," Cap said as he looked at the equipment.
Hulk smashed through a group of soldiers who tried to stop them. "Hulk no like needles. Hulk smash machines."
He was very careful not to break the whole building, stepping lightly and using open hands instead of fists when possible.
"Good work, big guy. Keep it up," Cap encouraged. They cleared the base and gathered what information they could before leaving. The factory was left damaged but still standing, and the team felt they had struck another blow against Hydra's plans.

Cyclops and Bobby attacked another base located in a remote mountain facility. Scott led with his visor ready while Bobby created ice slides for quick movement.
They broke in through a side entrance. Cyclops used controlled optic blasts to take down guards while Bobby created ice walls to block escape routes.
"This is almost too easy," Bobby said with a grin as he froze several soldiers in place.

Logan and Hank massacred another base in an underground facility. Logan charged in with his claws out while Hank ran on all fours.
"Time to dance, bub," Logan growled as he tore through the first group of guards. Hank flipped over enemies and knocked them out with his own enhanced strength.
"We need to be thorough but leave some alive for questioning," Hank said as he swung from the ceiling.
Logan sliced through weapons and armor with ease. "Yeah, yeah. I will try not to kill all of them." The two made quick work of the base, their combined experience making the fight one-sided. They gathered important data before destroying the main lab.

The other Avengers also attacked some of the bases.The Avengers had struck several blows against Hydra in a single night.
And they were sure that the hidden organisation was going to start feeling the pressure as their supply lines and safehouses were destroyed one by one.
