When Vanguard Global had stabilized its absolute monopoly over the eastern seaboard, Kaya had realized a glaring vulnerability in their armor. The board of directors and the federal government were eventually going to look closely at the two massive, terrifying men standing behind the CEO. They needed a paper trail. They needed legitimacy.
So, using Vanguard's immense wealth and her ghost operatives' hacking skills, Kaya had fabricated flawless high school transcripts and enrolled both Veer and Cutie in an elite, highly exclusive private business university in the city.
The goal was simple: get them bachelor's degrees in Business Administration so they could legally sit on the Vanguard board as Chief Security Officer and Head of Logistics without raising federal red flags.
The execution of that goal, however, was a daily comedy of errors.
