If she were to be honest then she would say she was disappointed at the fact that kaneki didnt finished her off since saeko understands how petty some people are and those kinds of people will try to take revenge later
She was worried about that fact but Kaneki guaranteed that won't happen which is why she decided to believe him
She can understand that there should bea reason for him to spare since even though that woman is pretty but Saeko dont think that is the reason why Kaneki spared
Looking at the current reaction, they seem to be closed off, either since Kaneki clearly gives her a look like he is really annoyed with her
It's natural as day for her to realise that Kaneki is someone who doesn't care about such things even if he does then surely he would have behaved like that
Her senses are more sensitive than others and she knows that not even once has Kaneki seen them in a lewd gaze, since there was no disgusting feeling when he looked at them
Not to mention he was about to leave them all to die since his only priority was Shizuka at that time since unlike them shizuka clearly has bond with him, it was only due to the shizuka request that he saved them
