Brandon's POV
Luxury had never really impressed me before—perhaps because I grew up around it. Five-star hotels, expensive dinners, private lounges, velvet ropes—these things had always existed in the background of my life like familiar furniture. They were expected.
But tonight?
Tonight, the Grand Velmont Hotel looked less like a hotel and more like the center of an empire. Buses curved through the massive circular driveway while photographers flashed their cameras nonstop at the arrivals. Tall glass doors reached for the sky, framed by golden lights that reflected beautifully off polished black marble walls. Huge banners for the London Fashion Fest hung from the entrance pillars, while luxury cars lined both sides of the driveway.
