Chapter 81 - 79- Plans

"Tell me Hela, how does a rebellion start?" I asked her with a serious face.

"When some fool stands up to oppose, and some foolish people join them in hopes of becoming the next rulers?" Hela answered.

"To some extent, yes. But not entirely, still your answer works enough for our case.

You see, there is always class differentiation in every world, in worlds like ours, it's due to strength, and in most mortal worlds, it is due to money.

Now, you see, for us, if someone strong rises amongst the ordinary people, someone strong enough to challenge our rule, then he is a threat.

But, mortals have it worse than us, they don't have any strength, if simply enough people get tired of them, they can rebel and kill their leaders, replacing them.

Now, the main reason rebellions start... is hope.

It starts when the populace sees hope in the one leading them, they see hope of their victory...

Only then do they find the courage to revolt, now, to break this, there are two methods, either crush them so much that they can't even hope, or make a situation where victory seems impossible.

What if, for mortals, their leaders did not just have the support of military and wealth, but also possessed God like powers? What would they do? It's an interesting question, isn't it?" I chuckled.

"You mean to say that our strength would discourage them? Against ordinary mortals... perhaps, to some extent, but this is not a full proof method, is it? The chances of it functioning properly are rather low." Hela argued seriously.

"Yes, but I never said that the direct deterrent force would be us ourselves, right?

Whenever we conquer a planet, I just need to collect all the leaders, and 'bless' them... And you know what my blessing entails, right? There would be no more rebellion from them after that.

And whenever someone worthwhile rises up amongst the populace, someone who despite everything, still dares to challenge the rulers... jut give them a blessing too and make them one of the rulers.

Besides, the conquered worlds under my command would be governed mostly by an A.I. created by utilizing my divinity over wisdom... all the worlds are certain to flourish way more than they would have originally.

And, I will also make a bunch of planets interdependent on each other, facilitating easy resource transfer between each of them, at first glance, it would seem like efficient resource utilization, but in reality, it would remove the self-sustainability of worlds, making solitary existence nearly impossible.

That would remove any and all local threats." I said with a chuckle, it was like playing some game... I kind of understood the obsessions kings have with conquering stuff.

"I think I understand... This would stop rebellions altogether...

So, why haven't you done this in the Nine realms?" Hela asked curiously.

"Nine realms huh... Maybe because the nine realms are different, we are all connected together, makes sense I should give them special attention, besides, they are fun to keep around, I mean, whenever you feel sad, you can just go and kill Frost giants or Fire giants...

They are too weak anyways, so let's just let them be, and concentrate on the vast universe." I shrugged her question off, because there really wasn't any particular answer for it.

"If you say so...

Have you decided where you are gonna attack first?" Hela asked, back to her excited self thinking about war.

I looked at the small gremlin in front of me who was probably dreaming about doing some genocides... 'cute...'

"We will talk about that later, before that we have some serious matter to attend to." I said with a serious face, just a war was not something you had to do so much discussion over, we were the Aesir after all, even starting a war for fun is perfectly logical.

"Serious matter?" Hela asked with a confused expression, what would be more important than discussing about the upcoming war?

A smirk crept into my face as I lifted my hands and flicked my fingers.

Both Hela and I disappeared from our spot the moment I did so, appearing in a lavish room, but we were not alone, a few more figures appeared nearby, all wearing shocked expressions.

There was my lovely Freyja, who was reading a book on advanced space magic, written by... well, Eva...

Thena who was just in the training grounds a moment ago, sweat glistening her entire body, which somehow increased her charm instead of diminishing it.

Cersi looked somewhat surprised, but it was evident that she was not doing anything in particular.

Brynhild on the other hand, was commanding the Valkyries' training when she suddenly appeared here, a sword in her hand, she looked ready for battle.

"Huh? why did you teleport us all here? No wait, how exactly did you do it, I am pretty sure I applied passive space defense magic on myself, teleporting me without my permission shouldn't be impossible..." The first to voice out was of course, Freyja.

Everyone had adapted to the sudden change in their environment by now.

"The book you are learning from was written by me, my dear. And I can assure you... those are very basic stuff compared to the entirety of my abilities. Your space defense magic was indeed present, but someone as powerful as me can just ignore it." I chuckled and ruffled Freyja's hair to annoy her.

"As for why I teleported all of you here... Well, we are starting a war tomorrow, I would be leading it myself, so of course, there are some serious matters to be discussed before the war begins." I said with a serious face, not letting out any indecent thoughts.

"Whatever you command, my King. My Valkyries are prepared for war at all times, we can assemble at any moment." Brynhild, my ever serious guard and leader of Valkyries did not understand my meaning and was all serious.

Of course, not everyone was the same, Freyja just let out a sigh and put her book down, as she readied herself to remove her clothes... She really does understand me.

Now, we can't let her do all the work, can we?

"So the thing I wanted to discuss was..." And I once again flicked my finger, it was unneeded, but it felt cool doing that.

And as I did so, everyone inside the room had their clothes vanished.

Now, everyone understood. And Freyja just shook her her head at the others, her thought somewhere along the lines of,

'How could they take this perverted king of theirs this seriously, didn't they see that he summoned them in an sealed room with a massive bed?

The war discussion would probably be done while the orgy is ongoing...'

"Let's begin, shall we?" I asked with a very sweet, genuine and innocent smile.[1]

-The next day-

"Warriors of Asgard!!! Today we have gathered here for a celebration! A festival!

A festival of War! Of conquest!

I know all of you have trained the hardest you could, and all of you were awaiting the day when the warriors of Asgard would once again experience the thrill of the battlefield.

Today is the day... Today, we begin the greatest conquest in the history of Asgard, a war far greater than any your ancestors have ever experienced.

This is the time for you to create your legend, to be enthralled as a legendary warrior of Asgard, and the stage given to you will be the greatest you can imagine.

Warriors of Asgard, the time has come that we assert our dominance in not just the Nine Realms, but the whole wide universe, creating an empire so massive that it reaches every corners of the universe.

Any being who hears the name of the warriors of Asgard, shall have only awe and fear in their mind.

And today, we start the first step of this conquest." As I said this, I lifted both my hands up in a T pose, and as if synchronized with my movements, a massive spaceship started to rise, hovering in the skies over Asgard, along with several other smaller ones.

Another masterpiece of my creation, motherships even larger than the Sanctuary-2 of Thanos, these were Einherjar, the backbone of the Asgardian fleet, a technological masterpiece, crystallization of the peak of what current Asgardian technology can achieve once it gets into the hands of Eva.

The Einherjar is, by far, the greatest military spaceship in the universe, with an infinite energy source, it can can unleash strikes capable of destroying stars indefinitely, and is one of the greatest marvels of Magic-tech.

In the future of Empire of Asgard, more ships like these would would created under the amalgation of resources from a 100,000 worlds.

At this display, the entire army and populace of Asgard gathered here, broke into a massive applause, screaming their hearts out.

As I looked at the scene before me, the golden glistening warriors in armors, as they raised their spears towards the sky, Valkyries flying around in those winged horses of theirs, and the massive Spaceships above, a surge of excitement filled me.

Shit like these is what I start wars for.

Us Aesirs are warriors who revel in Warfare, not whiny bitches who yearn for peace all the time.
